Best Sports Bar that I've ever been to. Went to grad school at ND and we would go here for Sunday ticket. Roc would post all of the games and have them neatly labeled. Try the homemade Hot 'N Spicy nuts. Wings and chili are also delicious as well as the waffle fries. Food is standard bar food but the service is exceptional. Waitresses and bar tenders are very attentive and Roc is a great owner. A great place to watch a game with some friends.

Smoke free!!! Food is decent and typical bar fare. NO draft beer at this newer location. Weird and was told by waitress... "its cheaper for us not to serve draft beer". Really???

Best Martini's in the state for the price. Great food, and great Atmosphere. The owner Roc is worth the visit. He is very entertaining.

The food here used to be really good and the location used to be in a great spot. Then new management came and changed the menu and location. Not a favorite of the new location either. This place used to be a favorite of mine when coming in for a Notre Dame football game, but my buddies and i have decided to go somewhere closer to campus with better food.

Terrible food, ordered Chicken Parmesan and it tasted like cardboard... Decent atmosphere. Service was ok at best. The server was on her phone sitting at another table while we were waiting for her... Nothing to be impressed with.

I really like it here, especially on Thursdays when the bar hosts trivia night. I like that Roc is always working behind the bar; you can tell he loves his place.

Took the wife and kids here for lunch on a Saturday and were surprised how few people were there just after noon. Atmosphere and service were good as were the food. Nothing blew me away, but we will likely return... Maybe on a kids eat free night.

Best martini in town. Big glass, filled to the top. Love these peeps, Roc and his staff.

Great sports bar environment to grab a beer with friends or have even have a business meeting with a colleague. The decor of the place is one of the most unique and coolest in town for any sports lover. You could easily spend an hour just looking at all the memorabilia on display. The restaurant side is kid friendly, very clean, and has good food. My only two negatives; The price for the type of food offered seems to be a tad bit pricey for dinner. I am thinking maybe 10-20% more expensive than what I would usually expect. Not too much to keep me from ever going back, but maybe enough to give it a second thought depending on how much we are looking to spend for what we get. We have had various experiences in terms of staff friendliness and service. Those experiences of probably varied between decent and mediocre with little consistency. The mediocre experiences are usually due to staff not being very friendly or attentive and mistakes with food orders. I still give it four stars because Rocs does a lot of things right and I have never walked away feeling too bad about patronizing the place. However, at this point I am much more likely to grab a drink and maybe some food there with friends than I am with my family.

Very good atmosphere for sports fans and those who might appreciate sports memorabilia. It didn't look like there were any walls, because they were covered with sports stuff. Food was what you would expect at a place like this. Decent burgers, bag chips served with it. Server forgot to order my wife's burger along with mine. Not sure how that happened, but not impressive. Downtown Mishawaka now, so parking isn't really customer friendly. Overall, ok. But nothing I would rush to take friends or out-of-towners to.

Roc's has the greatest burgers in the area. Burger specials of $5.95 (with fries) are on Tuesdays now since the restaurant is closed on Mondays, which is a downer. Everyday of the week there is as least one special and Roc is always trying to introduce new things. Homemade soups are equally as amazing as the burgers. Staff is friendly and owner is always there and ready to please the customer. Only downside is no draft beer and sometimes in the weekend parking can be an issue.

  • Adam B.

OK, this really is the best burger in town! The Monday lunch special is $5.95 for any burger with (great) fries included. The bun was a fresh bakery bun and the burger was as good as burgers get. WAY better than Five Guys or, say, Logan's Roadhouse. I really enjoyed my meal here and definitely recomend the place.

They don't get any stars at all. I witnessed the most rudest scene in this joint The owner was so rude to someone. He didn't want him in the way of the opening of the bar. Instead of nicely asking him, he rudely yelled at him. I do not know the guy he was yelling at personally only met him once. Then the owner's girlfriend came out and was standing there and she purposefully ran into this guy and then he said something to her about why she did it and started to tell her about the owner, not knowing this was her girlfriend. Nothing lady like about this person She totally cussed him out in front of people. F***you if you don't like this get the F*** out. I had been frequenting the place and this would have been my 5th time. I will never return and will be sure to give my opinion about going here when asked. Shame Shame on them I have had my own business No matter how many times i wanted to scream I never took it out on the customer I guess he is sure that his business will make it But after hearing of his girlfriends reputation later that night I realize I am not alone.

Great portions of great food at great prices. Great service, too. Fine selection of beers, but I wish they carried Dos Equis Amber.

I am normally not a customer of the burger-bar-sports taverns... But I have to agree I crave their burgers. Hand made patties, nicely seasoned, juicy and served with a choice of buns! Pretzels buns in fact! They have good salads too. The wings and their serving size looks awesome! CHOOSE THE WAFFLE FRIES! The staff have great personalities and are actually friendly! Even better-- Non Smoking! I haven't been able to go in places like this for fear of my health! If you're a savvy, intelligent, good times person, who like a hometown welcoming place where you don't have to strip and burn your clothes after eating-- Roc's is the place to go! Ditch the Cancer Stick emporiums, get happy, enlightened and well fed! I guarantee the people, the customers and the food is so much better at Roc's! Now if they could just expand their beers to more microbrews, like Red Barn... hmmm......

  • Mark I.

Great local restaurant. The servers and bartenders are always friendly and trying to make sure customers leave happy. There isn't a draft system, but the bottled beer selection definitely makes up for this, as they have probably 30 or so beers. Great beer/liquor specials as well. Entertainment on the weekends is something you don't want to miss in Mishawaka, especially if you like 80's or 90's music.

  • Eric L.

No draft beer, no parking, a ton of sports memorabilia "non for local teams" and the food is average. I gave them two stars because I went to high school with a lot of the employees and don't want to offend anybody. It is nice real estate! Hope to see a real sports bar with a real beer selection in here one day. Maybe one that stays open for Monday and Sunday night football! Can you be considered a sports bar with a crappy beer selection and Detroit redwing crap everywhere?

Awesome food, service, decorations, all that. Delicious food. Can't even describe. Go Wings.

  • Kara M.

Go here for the fish and spaghetti on Friday nights. Seriously. It's the best battered fish I've ever had. I've been seeking out a replacement for Rocs on the west coast and have all but given up. I love to soak my fish in lemon wedges, no tarter sauce needed. Lightly breaded so the fish still comes through and isn't overwhelmed. Served with slaw and bread as well. Cannot beat the price too. Too bad the last time I was in town Roc was all out of fish. I was devastated!
