Good food and something different than other fast casual restaurants. Posted calorie count also helps those of us who are trying to eat thoughtfully. Great customer service. A coke machine with add in syrups is nice when I don't care about consuming corn syrup.

Noodles & Company is very hit or miss for us. I always get the pesto cavatappi with shrimp and it is typically very good, but the flavors are not consistent. The kids like the mac and cheese and the hubby gets the penne rosa with the parmesan crusted chicken. Sometimes the pasta tastes fresh and hot and sometimes it is lukewarm and rubbery. The cheesy garlic bread is yummy and very garlicky. The potstickers are lack luster. They are too thick and the only redeeming quality is the sauce. For the price, I would like a more consistent food experience.

Wow. First time here. I travel plenty and always Look for good food options that are healthy This place is great. Had the pesto buff bowl, adding some marinated steak to the pork. Outstanding. With the glass of wine, $18 Check it out. You will not regret it!

I normally enjoy this place but its been awhile since I visited. I don't know what happened but the place was filthy! Every table and booth had grime, the tile floor was slick from some sort of spill but the worse was looking up at the HVAC vents to see black dirt caked on them. We mentioned something to one of the staff and she basically shrugged it off. Very gross. I am giving it 2 stars because if they clean up the place it is a nice place to eat.

I'm a cultural enthusiast, so given the opportunity to try Americanized renditions of popular oriental dishes is something I keep my eye out for. Today was my first time at Noodles n Co. and won't be my last. Great environment and music choice made for a great lunch. Pricing was not too bad. Nutrition, if you're about that "lyfe", is something to be cognizant of. While I had the Bangkok Curry (delicious), someone ordering Wisconsin Mac N' Cheese would have been surprised to find out that it contained 1000+ calorie value. Definitely a good eat. Try something from a different country and enjoy!

Overall I'll say that l've always have been pleased with their food. It's an Americanized version on some ethnic items, but it's a nice scene and affordable place to chow down. Sorta like a done up version of fazoili's, but with more ethnic choices on their menu. And it's not all Italian. The prices are reasonable, and I love their meat balls!! Yum.

I don't get to pumped about a chain restaurant opening up but when I saw a Noodle and Co in Mishawaka my stomach did a back flip! The Japanese pan noodles are amazing and the mac and cheese will blow your mind. I haven't tried the entire menu but everything I've had so far has been fantastic. My only gripe is the new age hipster Enya music that is always playing, ugh it blows hard! Aside from the music Noodle and Co is a great addition to my lunch scene and try the tomato bisque!

Overall, great experience here! The customer service was great and the food even better. We will definitely be back to try more dishes. The pad Thai with chicken and the Thai hot pot was yummy!

I love eating here with my family. They have a wide selection of healthy options. My son lives the curry soup. It definitely has curry, the noodles are fresh and soft. I love their salads which are always crisp and delicious. We all love the edamame. The fact that they serve beer and wine takes this place to four stars! It's also extremely clean and everyone who works there is really hospitable. If you like fresh ingredients you'll love this place.

Good food, especially for a chain. Like the variety of salads, soups, noodles, and sandwiches.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. Went here last night and ordered a small chicken and noodle soup with a steak sandwich. I certainly wasn't disappointed, and I was also happy to see they included the calorie count in the menu. I just wish the girl at the register, when giving us our number, had told us to seat ourselves. At first we were just standing around not knowing what to do. So keep that in mind: when they give you your number, seat yourself and they will serve you your food.

I loooove this place! Most, if not all, menu items are vegetarian by default and have the option of adding meat. It's nice to go to a restaurant where I have more than two choices!

I tried the Indonesian peanut sauté noodles with organic tofu, a few days after this chain opened in Mishawaka. The good part : 1) The food is inexpensive. 2) I ordered take-out and the service was really fast- got my food in less than 5 min! But the dish itself was very disappointing. The noodles were pasty and soaked in the sauce to form a gooey mess. It was tasteless and clearly no attention was paid to how it was prepared. The worst part: It gave me an upset stomach :( I will not be going back.

Overall, on par with the expectations of a well loved national chain restaurant of its caliber. The service is friendly and quick overall (though grabbing the staff's attention at the beginning was difficult) and the selection is broad enough regarding pasta/noodle dishes, salads, and sandwiches that even the most finicky of dinners would be sated in this comfortable casual dinning establishment. The quality of the food is what I found the most impressive about the experience. Although this is not by far the best pasta I've had, for the value ($5-$8 a full sized plate) it was quite impressive. I had the Pesto Cavatappi and the Truffle Mac on separate visits and on both occasions the noodles were not overcooked and only an appropriate amount of sauce was used. Additions (chicken, other vegetables) met the same level of quality as did every other aspect of the meal. Overall, I am quite impressed and will go back soon.

They have 312 in bottles! Reasonable prices especially considering the quality of food. I always add chicken. Portion sizes are excellent for lunch.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
