Possibly...POSSIBLY one of the fastest services I've gotten at Dunkin. Got my order correct and very friendly. Ice Coffee on point today!

I like this Dunkin, doesn't matter what time of day (or night) it is. Service is consistently fast bag friendly, though the drive thru does have it's quirks when there's a long line. It's expected I guess. Breakfast sandwiches are good and are ready almost the instant you order it... Probably coz it's nuked or whatever. Donuts are... well they're Dunkin Donuts, good, not great but they get the job done. Coffee... I love it for a simple no frills caffeine fix. When I ask em to add a shot of flavoring, they never overdo it which is nice. The store is clean, there's free wifi like all DD's too. All in all, it's a standard Dunkin but, in my opinion it's customer service is a bit better than others in the area.

My orders need to be repeated EVERY time and still there is no guarantee I get what I asked for. Just left there this evening to arrive home with a bag of rock hard donuts!! I gave them a call and got a less than genuine apology from "Erin". My question remains...at what point do you toss donuts? The ones I got were pretty bad...such a disappointment. I paid money for them - they were not free!!! Had I checked the bag, I sure would have returned them instantly. Erin explained "The donuts are all delivered at the same time...I'm sorry ma'am." My response was - "They are HARD...I'm sure you felt them through the paper you used to grab them." Again, she said "I'm sorry." So with that said...check your donuts!!! Coffee and ice cream were fine.

I don't remember the last time I went into the lobby of a dunkin donuts, they get my order right, they were pleasant, I wish I could just add more value to their breakfast items

Stopped here tonight around 8 or so and no donuts to be found!! Well needless to say my craving went unanswered, unsatisfied. I know plenty of people that, like me have a craving towards night, and is this the place to come too??? Nope. All I saw were bagels! BAGELS!!! Nope! I don't want healthy stuff, well you know. Needless to say I left saddened and empty.

This place was rocking and rolling all night, and even during the day. This place made me want to KISS the people that worked there. :) I mean, how brilliant of a business model. Sell donuts during the morning for the breakfast crowd (not to mention yummy sammiches) and Baskin-Robbins ice cream for the dessert crowd later. But I had to switch it up on 'em. I ordered ice cream for breakfast instead, and of course, my all time favorite flavor from here that no imitators can duplicate: Baskin Robbins Peanut Butter and Chocolate. The flavor and consistency of this ice cream never fails. And of course it's a chain, but Baskin-Robbins has always had a place in my heart. One: Because they are ALL franchised, these are your neighbors, friends, classmates, etc., in a somewhat risky business venture. Two: Baskin-Robbins is very involved in their communities whether it be school programs, firefighter fund raisers or giving young people one of those first jobs for a high school teen that is pretty enjoyable!
