I have been coming here since I was a kid but I will never come here again. It was busy but we weren't in a rush so we waited for a table and got our drinks and order taken in just a few minutes. We got a meal to split (the hungry man with a biscuit and extra gravy.) And then we waited. We sat there for at least 30-40 minutes for a food. It was busy so we didn't mind the wait but our food was cold and the order was wrong, but the waitress sat it down sat down our check and walked away. We didn't see her again until it was time to pay. When we paid the bill we told her we needed a take home container and that we never got our biscuit we ordered. She told us that we didn't order it and she would not give it to us. She told us that she was busy and didn't have time for this. She then dropped the lid to our take home cup on the floor and handed it to us. We asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes and said "it's not like it will touch your food " That is disgusting and she is an absolute bitch. There is no other way to put it. I was so upset my hands were shaken. I worked in resurants for 3 years as a server and there is no excuse to act this way to anyone, yet alone customers. I don't care if you don't smile I'm not there for your smile, but rolling your eyes breaking health codes and telling us you are to busy to DO YOUR JOB is not the correct way to act. Besides for how busy it was there sure wasn't a lot of people in the diner. It's not like there was a line going out the door, for the most part the diner had started to empty out when this all happened.

We were down in the area for the weekend and saw this little hole in the wall and decided to try their breakfast. Everything about this place seemed as if it was frozen in the 1950s or 1960s. A typical diner, which was charming in its own way. The server greeted us promptly and was very friendly. I opted for an omelet with hash browns. I was very surprised to find out that the hash browns were cooked inside the omelet, not on the side. Not so sure how I felt about that, but it was a good omelet all the same. My partner opted for pancaked, which were HUGE. He also got a side of sausage which was a very different kind of sausage (came out in a big plate size patty). It looked good. Price-wise, it was pretty standard for a diner. All-in-all, it was a typical greasy spoon sort of place and I would go in again for a traditional breakfast if I was in the area.

Cozy little diner with good cheap food. Not much to look at from the road, but has that broken in charm inside. Fish sandwich, fries and an ice tea set me back less than $10.

Been eating here for years and the breakfast is great. Huge portions and an old school diner. For the most part service is good unless they are really busy....

The best spot in Lawrenceburg. Such charm and the waitress was a character. Yummy comfort food with amazing jelly, biscuits, and gravy!

Huge portions of great food. All their breakfasts are delicious, and their homemade jelly is something our son scrapes the plastic container for. My only complaint would be that they close too early!!

Great breakfast. They serve large portions of everything at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly. Coffee is good. It has a country diner feel. Don't be surprised to see people dressed in camo or lace.

I went here for the first time on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was DELICIOUS! Basically it is your typical diner type place. The service was good and you get huge portions for the price.

Ditto on the breakfast. It is, though, a smoking restaurant.

A friend took me here for breakfast. It would have been easy to keep driving right past what looked like an old rundown place. Don't let the outside fool you, this place has an unbelievabley awesome breakfast. HUGE portions and cooked to perfection. The biscuits are the size of a softball. The pancakes are the size of a plate. The goeta, OMG, perfect! I'm a pretty big guy and it's pretty rare when I can't eat it all. I think I may have ate 1/2, maybe 3/4 of my order.

Stateline is definitely a gem when it comes to diners. Located conveniently on Rt. 50 I can call in a to-go order on a busy Sunday morning and it will be ready in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and the food has that large portion, homemade comfort. When it comes to breakfast there is never a doubt that our family will be heading to Stateline Restaurant.

Great little dive, a little different than a nj diner. But food and service was perfect.
