I once had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant which prevented me from returning. However on Saturday I decided to give it another chance and I was blown away with great food and excellent service. We had an outstanding waitress named Tiffani. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality I would recommend requesting her! She made my experience one to remember and I will be returning to this restraint due to her service and the amazing meal that I had. I had the chili con queso dip for an appetizer and it was great! It was very flavorful and it came out very quickly. Then I had some of the boneless mild wings which were the prefect level of spice for me. Overall great place to dine!

Terrible place. Our service was nearly non existent. Appetizer showed up after our food was served. Our order was totally incorrect... 4 of us ordered, all 4 orders were wrong. New food brought out eventually was cold. The burger was cold and the cheese on it was cold and not melted. The manager gave us 1 burger free... But 3 still sucked. Definitely would not eat here again.

Our healthcare team placed a multiple person order tonight from work and one of our girls picked it up. Upon receiving my order, it was incorrect. I called and spoke with Ashley, and we not only kept the incorrect order, which a hungry patient wound up eating, but they made it right. Accidents happen, especially on busy nights like tonights NFL draft, but it was handled well and I appreciate it, as does the patient. Thank you!

Fun for date night or meeting up with friends. A bit pricey, but always good quality. The expanded parking lot is a way overdue upgrade for this usually busy location. New inside looks really good and the screens are much easier to see.

Made the mistake of going on a very busy Friday evening little more than a week ago. The poor server, she had every table in the bar area with several large parties. No one helped her until about the time we left. She was friendly enough but spread very thin, so our wait time was longer than necessary. Food was pretty good, but more expensive than some other chains. Boneless wings with honey BBQ were nice. I may try again on a day when it is not so busy. Like I said, my mistake, but that is always good for business to be so busy.

Do yourself a huge favor. SKIP THIS PLACE. the waitstaff was horrible. My husband and I walked in around 4 on a Sunday afternoon, and a bored-looking hostess told us "sit wherever you want". ooooook. So we pulled up a booth and looked at the menu. On their specials menu were these southwest bites, so we ordered those to split, a side salad, and my husband got wings. So my meal was going to be the southwest bites and the salad. So comes back TEN MINUTES later (apparently it took her that long to figure this out) and said they were out of the southwest bites, so I needed to pick something else. Then she stood there waiting for me to look at the menu. I asked her if she could come back in 2 minutes. She sighed SO loud and stalked away. Meanwhile someone else delivered my husband's food and he was halfway done when she came back. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I waited and waited and waited for it. My husband had been done eating for about 15 minutes by this point--oh, and she was nowhere to be seen. Finally, I walked up to the kitchen to find her, and told her to cancel my order. She looked at me like I was crazy and said "but it'll be done in a sec". I told her I didn't care, I was no longer hungry, and take it off my bill. Then she slammed down the check and practically ran away. Worst.service.ever. There is seriously no reason to ever go back to this place again.

I've always had a good experience here. Last visit was on Sunday during NFL season and this is a place a lot of fans go to watch games. The host asked people what game they wanted to watch and seated them near that TV. Service was fast and friendly. Despite being busy we were in and out in less than an hour. This was not my first visit here. Definitely will be back.

Used to be such a big fan of this place but I'd say in the past year it's gone downhill drastically. Went to watch a football game and as I knew it'd be it was a bit busy but it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally got a booth and our waiter was friendly but forgot things from our order, and had to keep returning to the table and apologizing. He tried so I won't dock him too much. What happened to the infamous wings, they are tasteless and hard to eat. I hate leaving bad reviews but between the service and food unfortunately I'll just go for the drinks at the bar.

I stopped in for a quick drink while waiting on a co-worker who had a meeting. The bartender really wasn't too friendly. This BW's was a good size and would probably be a good place to catch a game or UFC fight. Lafayette has a smoking ban so that was kinda nice.

This is a great place to get wings and meet your friends for a drink or two after work. The only thing that would make it better would be for Lafayette to go smoke free. I'm sure that will happen soon enough. Great wings, good drinks, lots of tv to watch any kind of sports you want to watch and good music.
