Wendy's has traversed the fast food balance beam for years. Freshness as a concept started here. Well, not here at Post Road, but as an idea to separate from the normal trend of bag 'em and feed 'em. The young team here is trained well. Yep. Fresh burgers. Fresh approach.

RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service. The only reason for 3 stars is that the food is more often than not acceptable. The little foreign looking "manager" girl (that couldn't have been more than 18) REFUSED to give us our food! She told the people working to hold it; meanwhile, we had receive 1/2 our order and it was sitting there getting cold while she decided to be RUDE hold our food. The poor guy standing there holding the food waiting to sit it down on our trey was so confused. He could tell I was waiting and saw the food in his hand, but she was telling him to not give it to us!

I stopped at this location because I was starving & it was the first restaurant I saw & I thought to myself, I haven't been to Wendy's in forever. I love their spicy chicken. I ordered & the guy behind the counter was friendly. Food was fresh & tasty. My only negative was the atmosphere. There was this white trash looking chick on the phone talking loudly. She was using bad language so I quickly ate my food and left.

There are a few reasons why I prefer Wendy's amongst the big three of fast food: 1. Food is made to order; 2. Better choice of side items for those who tire of french fries; 3. Reasonable prices This location is no different. In addition, there is a self-serve beverage machine, something rare at a Wendy's location. Food is passable for a Wendy's, and it kept me going until later in the evening. That's about all I can say.

I had a great experience at this Wendy's. We stopped here for food on our way home from an out of town family gathering, and ordered carry out. It was very clean and my order was received quickly and accurately. No real complaints. They even had a Christmas tree inside, which made me happy. :)
