This place is seriously my go-to restaurant when friends come to town. Everyone can find something they like on the menu, and although their vegetarian options leave a little to be desired, that's forgivable since half the restaurant is a bar. I would definitely check out their flatbread pizzas, burgers, and Columbus sauce (kind of a mix-up of horseradish, barbeque, and buffalo sauce). Also, don't forget their beer selection. They always have a great selection of craft beers on tap. Although my boyfriend and I love a lot of things on the menu, including their baked potato, stuffed mushrooms, and sliders, our absolute favorite dinners start with their nachos. Instead of a huge plate piled high with random stuff, they give you individually-crafted nachos, each with its own helping of cheese, meat, and sour cream. They serve romaine lettuce and absolutely delicious salsa on the side. If you're looking for quantity, this might not be your best bet, but they certainly are delicious. For our actual meals, we'll typically both get steak. I love mine Pittsburgh-style (on a sizzling platter) and my boyfriend loves his grilled. Honestly they're both delicious and it's up to you. If you're not in the mood for steak but still want a substantial meal, get the pork chops or grilled chicken. For sides, I would recommend their clam chowder, fries, baked potato, or fried cauliflower (with Columbus sauce). The only major downside to this place is that seating for more than a group of 6 can get pretty difficult especially if you don't call ahead. They have a number of regulars that tend take up the large tables. Thankfully they do take reservations. The only other downside I would mention is their brunch buffets. Although I regularly order off the breakfast menu on weekends (almost as good as their dinner menu), their brunch buffets, which they do on major holidays like Mother's Day and Easter, are just not that great or special.

Love Sahm's Place! And all of Sahm's other locations as well. My family goes here almost every Friday night. We love it! The wait staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my young children. The kids menu is great and contains really good food! Great place with a family room and a bar room. I have sat in both. Sometimes it seems like the lights are a little too dim in the dining room. But the environment is nice. The decor at Sahm's Place is nothing special - but that is fine with me. Drinks are a plenty - full bar with a lot of local beers available. They have nightly specials with about 3 different drink choices (on special each day) The Bloody Mary is amazing! The bar is nice. Plenty of seating and lots of TVs to watch your favorite game with 2 dart boards. Food is usually pretty great!. I have ordered from almost every category (sliders, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, dinners). All food I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed almost all of the slider/appetizer menu (early dinner/9p and after) for $2.42 each are all pretty amazing and filling. Burgers and Sandwiches are always amazing. The bun on the burgers are incredible. If you like a little heat - try the Sahm Bomb Burger or the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - amazing. Salads are typically fresh and a great combination of ingredients. Oh and get the onion rings! They are some of the best. I just wish they didn't remove the Veg-Head sandwich. I have been a vegetarian for a year now and the veg head was amazing! Price is very reasonable. I feel like we are some of the younger people when we go to Sahm's (I'm 35) but I really like that. I feel like Sahm's Place will be my Cheers as the years roll on.

I had first been here about 3 years ago, and while the food we ordered was cooked really well, the place just seemed "too old" for us. We were the youngest people in there by far. Well, fast forward to now, and Midtown Chow Down is going on, and we decided to stop in again and see what was going on. We were pleasantly surprised by a huge remodeling in the restaurant part. It looked fresh and updated and definitely ready for a younger crowd. The menu for Midtown was delicious. We ordered the shrimp and rice starter, which was spicy and very good. This was followed up by a good salad, and I got the tilapia cakes for dinner. They were really good, and were accompanied by a spicy chipotle cole slaw which went well with the mild, crispy cakes. Overall, the Midtown menu looks to have been revamped completely and everything we ordered was great. The main menu looks to be mostly the same, with tons of choices. While the beer menu is quite expansive, sadly the wine menu is not.

Sahm's is my favorite place to go when I don't know what I want because they have a little bit of everything and it's all good! Definitely try the tenderloin and the fried mushrooms! Both are delicious.

I've never been to Sahm's Place and tried it for the first time this weekend. It was so much more than I expected it to be! The menu options are all delicious sounding and include a lot of local ingredients. Everything was so fresh and the service was maybe the best I've ever had! Shoutout to server Molly...she was amazing and very friendly! I got " Ryan's Current Edition" with some fries and it was the best patty melt I've ever had. I consider myself a patty melt expert because I've grown up eating them. I plan to go back time after time to one of these mouth watering burgers!

The food and beer selections are out of this world. The vibe is great and welcoming. If you go in ask for Amanda or Gabby.

Went this Friday night.food was great, service wasa slight off but they were busy and all the staff was hustling. Problem I had was with a drink order. They had JD on special for $5.00. I ordered one and the server asked how I wanted in. On the rocks I said. When I got the drink I felt it was a light pour. When dinner was served I ordered a Second not saying anything about the first drink. This one was double the first. When the check came I was charged $7.00 a drink. I challenged this and was told by the mgr that these were "Rocks Pours"which were 2oz instead of the 1.5 oz. std. I stated to her that I never ever heard of such a thing. They comped the $4.00 but said it was a misunderstanding that their servers would better explain next time. This is a great place and I will be back but....has anyone ever heard of such a thing. Forty years of drinking and its a first for me.

It's Sunday so ribs full rack. What i love about this place is you have two choices, the bar side and the dinning room side. Want to watch the games and have a beer or two this is the place to be. Want to have a great meal, then hit the dinning room. You will find that both sides have outstanding service, so no worries there :) Every night they have a menu for the specials. I have not found one that i do not like. The beer there changes and will have lots of local beer and also it has a full bar.

I have lived in Indy for almost 10 years and have never been to Sahm's Place. I'm glad I finally did! I met friends there in the bar side. They have a great tap beer selection. I can't wait until the Oktoberfest beers are gone, so I can see what they put in their place. The decor was fresh and modern, pretty hip, actually. My favorite part was the Two Twenty-Two specials. Small plates at $2.22 each! I loved it. I wasn't hungry, so I only had their slider of the day. Yummy. It was roast beef with carmelized onions and swiss. Again, yummy. I'm told they make their own bread there, and I believe it! I am going back soon, probably on Wednesdays when they have $3.50 pint specials!

Just had the pork tenderloin and steamed vegetables. I am a bit of a nut when it comes to pork tenderloin and it was very good. Huge and tasty. Had a side of zuccini and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Served quickly - nice people. Great food and great price. Sahm's Place is a great neighborhood eatery - like the other Sahm's spots!

I thought this place was great based off of one visit for dinner with my buddy. We ordered nachos as an appetizer - delicious. I got a house salad as my side - well done and good value. And finally a fish sandwich with cheese - wonderfully done with breading that was NOT too thick and very tasty. Overall I was very pleased with the food (obviously most important), the service, the value (my meal was $16 w/o tip), and ambience. I will definitely be back!

Pittsburgh style steak is the best priced in toe. And best quality! Must order Pittsburgh style. That's the key.

I agree with the other reviews, it is typical restaurant. The food choices we made were very varied, but none were worth writing about. The service was great and the many sides selections was exciting.

How have I not heard of this place nor been here before??? TASTE is EXCELLENT!!! This place at first seems like a run of the mill, not flashy, no big deal kind of place, but their motto is completely true; "Lacking in Fancy, Abundance in Taste". Each thing we tried was exceptional!! Ap = Peppy Naner (Banana Peppers / Smoking Goose Garlic Sausage / Indiana Farms Bacon / Cream Cheese / Muenster) what an odd name and odd pairing you may first thing... but these were Very tasty!! I was impressed with the appetizer and figured a salad would just be a salad, but no, salads are unbelievable equally impressive. Not detail in taste of this meal has been over looked! Salad = The Hoggmann (Mixed Greens / Roasted Tomato / Capacollo / Cucumber / Radish / Basil / Parmesan Vinaigrette) slightly small, but that's ok when it is as full of great ingredients and flavors and perfect amount of dressing. So ok, you've got my attention and now I am anxiously awaiting what else is going to blow my mind/pallet with amazing pairing and flavor... here it comes... Entres = 1. Fish n' Chips (Tilapia / Pineapple / Bell Peppers / Trinity Veggies / Bread Crumbs / Cilantro Chipotle / Fries). I hesitated ordering this because you never know how greasy it is going to be, but it WASn't, it was moist and fresh and above all a whole lot of flavors all going with the rest SO well! 2. Sizzle, Broil, & Hash = (London Broil / Fingerling Potato Hash / Swiss Chard / Asparagus / Parsley Butter) Very well cooked, tender and juicy, very tasty potatoes and great asparagus, fantastic flavors!!! Wasn't sure what to order for dessert as it all sounded fantastic and I couldn't imagine how great each and every one must be, so our server suggested this one. Dessert = Fortune Cake (Wonton / Cream Cheese / Chocolate / Strawberries / Whipped Cream / Powdered Sugar) Every bit as good as it sounds. But how could it not be, it's got cream cheese, chocolate and strawberries! Yum! Service was pretty good, though I'd say there was room for improvement. Seemed a little lacking in focus and more concerned about store closing clean up and tasks and such than the customers. But above all, as I have said numerous times, it is ALL ABOUT THE TASTE! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!! FANTASTIC FLAVORS!!!

I really like this place. This spot is intimate but still had a really communal feel to it. I met a friend here today for a late lunch. Great drink specials everyday. Nice to see a varied list of food specials daily, too. I settled on the Bison sliders, which were pretty darn good (I subbed cheddar for pepper jack). The staff is really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning here again.

I'm a Sahm's fan for years, from the old white road house to all of their newer places. I have been to almost all of their offerings, I just made to the Place and what a great bar! I like eating in their bar space when ever I can, no kids. The nice thing about Sahm's many places is the food its always good. The menu are alike but with some different offerings at each place. I think this keeps them from becoming a chain which is cool with me. Remember to live well and to eat well, and please no chains!

This place rocks! If you like great food, great beer and great service this is the place to stop at. The first time I came here was because of the rating on Yelp. When I left I thought that the place was under rated. So my second time was for a "Just in case" visit before writing them a review and putting up a rating; my second visit was better than the first. First visit: A group of 6 of us showed up, no call ahead of time, at 1PM on a Saturday. The place was busy but we got seated right away. Drink orders taken quickly and brought out faster than we thought possible. The menu is not insanely large or too meager. The selections are right on the money. Everyone's food came out cooked as asked and everyone loved their dish. One of the sides for one of the persons was late getting to the table by a stunning 90 seconds and they were apologetic and even took some $ off the bill. The kitchen was fast, the staff was great and the food was lovely. Second visit: I was in Indy for a meeting and needed some food before heading home. I have a quirky diet (Paleo, go google it). The waitress had my drink on the table before I had had a chance to turn my iPod on. I was going over the menu and she asked me if she could help, I explained my diet restrictions and she came up with a way to modify 3 different dishes to meet my diet, fantastic. So I ordered the fish tacos (the day's special), hold the tortillas and fruit instead of fries. The fish was cooked perfect, seasoned great and the rest of the meal was just as great. Again the service was quick and when I was done no one rushed me out the door (as is the case in too many places). Even after I was done they refilled my iced tea a couple of times while I sat and read email on my phone. This place is really outstanding.

Braving the wind and rain, I came here on Friday night with a friend since our original plans to go to an art gallery in Zionsville were scratched due to weather. This place packs them in but we were lucky to get a booth almost as soon as we walked in the door. I wanted to try their Wine of the Week which was a Spanish red, but unfortunately they had run out of it earlier in the week, so I had the Pinot Noir, which was okay. My friend's palate runs more to beer, so he stuck with that. Not being overly hungry, I opted for the blackened Orange Roughy sandwich with fries...but there were about 23 different options of sides to try. Kind of wish I had opted for another side as the fries were okay, but just okay. My friend had the pork loin sandwich with fries. Neither one of us finished the fries. My sandwich was okay, the fish was good, but too messy to eat as a sandwich so I ended up leaving most of the bun untouched. My dining companion also tried the chicken artichoke soup which he declared to be very good. Service was good and food was okay. If I come back, I'd like to try one of their steaks...and hopefully bump them up a few stars :-)

Absolute perfection !! Dinner salad was as fresh as it could get with a nice array of greens, cucumbers and tomatoes along with homemade croutons that are AWESOME !! House dressing...some kind of creamy parmesan was excellent. I had the filet and it was cooked to perfection with mushrooms. Tender and so tasty as a filet should be. Husband had sirloin which was seared beautifully and tasted excellent. Menu has a nice variety. We are already looking forward to going back.

Where my wife and I always end up when we want to relax and not worry about what's going to come out of the kitchen. Eddie and the staff work hard to be attentive, but not smothering, which results in great service! They have 4 or 5 daily, good sized and thoughtful specials, a soup of the day, a veggie of the day and good desserts. The dining room is a typical restaurant dining room, but if you want to mix it up w/ the staff, sit IN or AT the bar and don't be afraid to dish it out. Just be prepared to get it right back!

Fun environment and staff make this an enjoyable experience. A local meeting place and neighborhood favorite for Indy's northside. I met my bro after a long drive from WI before band practice at a nearby residence. Sahm's had just added happy hour eats to the menu. (No Happy Hour drink specials permitted per Indiana law.) We sampled a couple quesadillas at the bar. Cheap and tasty!

A good, inexpensive local joint that fits quite well into the fabric of Indy. I find myself eating here about twice a year when down visiting family. The only thing I think Sahm's does exceptionally well is fix one of the best steaks in the city - maybe the best outside of downtown. Overall, their menu is classic bar and country club style food, meaning the choices are all across the board, yet incredibly familiar. Don't come here looking for any surprises. However, they usually have a couple of decent beers on tap, which can make for a convenient afternoon pit stop or lunch at the bar.

Sahms is your basic continental restaurant, if you are looking for a solid meal with nothing too adventurous, then this is the place. Decent prices for pretty good food, about ten dollars a person depending on sides and drinks. I'm a big fan of the club sandwich and loaded fries. The loaded fries, I would say, are one of the better dishes at the restaurant, not to expensive and a large enough platter to share with three or four friends. Other favorites are the steak sandwich and meatloaf sandwich, when it comes to making sandwiches, Sahms definitely excels. The Service staff is polite and you can get in and out of the restaurant fairly quickly if you're in a hurry. Although be warned, most lunch hours Sahms is filled with the elderly (Just mentioning for anyone who has a problem with that). Sahms gets a three star rating because it's a solid restaurant with pretty standard food and nice/quick service. Some of the dishes are made well and very tasty, but the lack of anything fresh makes it all feel a bit boring. If you need a quick lunch and don't want anything adventurous, stop by Sahms, and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

review is for the bar on the south side of the bldg, not the dining room to the north. sahms is a great casual place to grab a drink. eating tables to the right, separated by a divider from a row of 2-person high tables and the bar itself. bar is classic wood with a nice rail and footrest. bar back looks great and is well-lit, as is the entire bar area. enough hdtvs to catch the game. great food and service. like so many other places, have moved to a craft beer focus, large beer menu that changes daily.

Great Place to meet family and friends. The best part about the place are the portion sizes as well. These are about as good as you can get for the price.

I absolutely love this place. The food is good, not the best, but very good. Some items, like the iceberg wedge, ARE as good as it gets, and the service is definitely top-notch. Crystal is one of the funniest waitresses of all time. The sandwiches here are quite commonly ordered, and quite good. The meatloaf sandwich, which my counterpart ordered recently, was enough for at least 2 meals, so keep that in mind if you go that direction when ordering. The salads are pretty darn good; I usually order the dinner salad with salmon. The dinners come with great sides, and there are about 20 or more to choose from, including the wedge, as well as a great baked potato. The brunch...fabulous. Get up and take the family or your hungover friends. It's one of the best places to eat breakfast in town. The bar is also a wonderful feature, and is a great place to belly up on a rainy day or cold, winter afternoon to watch a game or two. It usually does not get too crowded, so getting there and finding your spot should not be an issue. If you've got the kids, the restaurant side is completely family friendly. Don't forget to sign up for their membership club, which accumulates points based on how much money you spend, and rewards you with free meals. Nothing like an incentive program...

Consistent good service, improved beer list , and best lunch specials in town. My favorite is chowder and chopped salad. The location is great. It is a good midpoint to meet Indy friends when coming from Carmel. They bring it with the brunch. Blueberry pancakes pair well with mimosas. If you don't want to go all the way downtown or pay Broadripple prices, Sahm's is it. I think they may be working on outdoor seating...unless they were just fixing something...

I always feel like we bring the average patron age down by 20 years when we step into Sahm's, but I love it anyway. Their beer list is local and on point. They typically have several styles from Bier that I haven't seen anywhere else around in town. They have a decent happy hour menu and nightly specials. Be sure to check them out on fried chicken night. :)

Every once in a while you find your way to a place where there are so many excellent choices that you know you'll be back. Sahms is one of those places. The service was great, thank you Taylor. The selection of local brews was outstanding. Well done. Looking forward to our next visit

Very inconsistant. I had good...then bad Steak Dianne...the bad was mushy steak that tasted like it had been around a while and tasted like waterlogged pot roast. Last night the pork on mash potato special had veryy dry pork with a greasy sauce to hide it. My neighbors noodle dish was colorless and salty as if a lot of juices had evaporated leaving a salty concentrate. My girlfriend ordered Reisling...was surprised at the tiny half full glass...and blown away at the $8.50 price. Lastly..the waitress was 'pseudo friendly'. I love their spinach melts...love their salad dressing...love some of their beers.

I really really like this place. The menu is very interesting. Makes you want to try everything! and from what I can tell, THEY MAKE EVERYTHING SO GOOD! They're known for their tenderloin, which they should be, because it's the absolute bomb man. I'm telling you, freaking awesome, one of the best I've ever had.. Juicy.. Crunchy.. Tender.. Succulent.. Man.. I'm having a hard time not drooling over it right now. and they have this super awesome after-hours menu that's.. Just amazing? Delicious sliders, wings and more for days. You'll have a hard time NOT ordering constantly BECAUSE EVERYTHING ON IT IS 2.62!!!!!! AMG, CHEAP GOOD FOOD? AM I IN HEAVEN?! I think I might be because thestaffing is really nice, and the seats are very comfy and the margaritas are super yummy. Yah, I'm pretty much in the best place ever. They got a great beer selection too, lots of different MADE IN USA type shiz. If you're looking for a nice local bar with great food to spend your moneys Sahm's Place is definitely worth it.

I can't remember the name of sandwich but it was awesome! I would have liked to taste my husband's fish n chips but I feared for the safety of my fingers and he gobbled it down. He even liked the tarter sauce and he never likes tarter sauce!!! The wing flavor, which was a server recommendation were glorious. It was spicy garlic I think. Check the pic I posted. Beer selection was good, the server knew his shit! And I truly reaped the benefits of his knowledge. Special points for utilizing local suppliers : Smoking Goose is one. We went at dinner time on a Friday and sat in the regular dinning area. We were seated quickly and it wasn't loud at all in there. Ya know sometimes you don't go out or try a new place cuz the acoustics might be horrible? Not thid place. After a long week you just want to relax and be waited on while chatting with your companion, then come here. Quality choices in a good atmosphere. Will definately be back!!!

I am adding an extra star for great customer service, because the manager (?) took the extra time to read and respond to my review with a lot of respect and I really appreciate that. I will definitely come back again another day and try it again, I think judging from the ambiance and from the response I was given, I might have just caught them on he tail end a long/bad da (and everyone has an off day sometimes).

There's plenty of places to choose from in Broad Ripple but Sahm's Place is hands down the best. The food is amazing and quite frankly there's nothing bad on the menu and the staff is equally as good. Come to Sahm's Place, you won't be disappointed.

Sahm's place was a bit disappointing. The location wasn't terrible because it's right down the street from my job. So we could go at the end of the day; which is great. I had checked it out on Yelp before attending and thought it would satisfy. The menu looked liked there was a variety of food for all taste-buds, a little American....a little Italian....little Mexican. There were plenty of dishes I thought I could find something good I could try. Upon entering, we were greeted pleasantly. I did notice it's kind of a small space. we were brought to our table....right beside the door. (Maybe I should've asked to move; I really don't like sitting by the door.....but no biggie). The server was nice, but did our children's orders wrong; and I felt like it took a bit long to bring out their dishes. It didn't seem very busy but.....I don't know. Their Alaskan clam chowder was really good. Honestly, I would go back just for that. They had removed some of the other dishes I wanted to try. I ordered the stir fruit sent it back because it was not appetizing at all. Whatever sauce they cooked it in was way too acidic....too much vinegar....too overpowering. I decided not to order anything else as it was getting late. My husband's steak Diane was meh. The best didn't taste like steak and was a little chewy. So not a place I would go to again unless it is to pick up some soup.

I love the atmosphere in Sahm's and the food is really good. My sandwich had locally sourced meats and was put together to please. The veggie hippy gumbo was spicey and comforting. Service should be first class with all the help running around, but when I asked for my water glass to be filled, she missed my wife's glass. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

It is difficult to find good food nearby late at night, if you're trying to avoid chain restaurants and/or Broad Ripple Ave. We got out of a movie after 10 PM on a Saturday, desperate for food and despairing of the options, when Sahm's Place popped up on my Yelp app. We arrived around 10:15 PM to find that they were still serving the full menu. We sat on the bar side; the decor looked a little dated, but I instantly felt comfortable in the homey atmosphere. I was surprised at the breadth of the menu and beer list, and saw many local breweries' symbols charmingly hand-painted on the walls. I ordered the VegHead sandwich with onion rings. It was a delicious grilled sandwich overflowing with tofu, avocado, red pepper, spinach & artichoke dip...3 types of cheese. It sounds like ingredient overload, but it actually was an extremely tasty mishmash of flavors. The onion rings were thin-cut and greasy, but still enjoyable. My partner ordered the My Boy Bleu burger, minus the mysterious-sounding "Columbus" sauce....which our waitress informed us was a slightly spicy, mustard-horseradish type sauce (possibly fry dipping possibility?). We enjoyed our meals, the service was very friendly and we were checked in on multiple times. We'll definitely be back, especially for me to try out the beer list, and are glad to have found a closeby late night alternative.

We have recently discovered/decided to give Sahms a shot as it is right down the street from us. I had heard from so many that it was a bland old restaurant. Well, I am here to contend that bland is far from reality. The menu is well executed with local meats and a variety of great sandwiches and entrees. The beer (Bier) selection is fantastic as well. I suggest trying the meatloaf sandwich, think Frisco Melt, but 10x better. The shrimp cigars and wings are also great choices. Give this place a try, great service, great food, and a centralized location. I plan to frequent many nights with a short walk over!

You just cant go wrong here. The food is amazing and is really cheap. The drinks are cheap and always strong. I can't even give a long review because everything is awesome. My favorite meal is a fried chicken salad with ranch and you get a piece of their to die for coffee cake with it. So good. One of my favorite places in Indy.

  • Lynette M.

The dishes I ordered sounded exciting, but we're lacking in flavor, with the exception of the wings. The spicy garlic wings were good. The service was also slightly below average and the restaurant wasn't busy. Overall it was a mediocre dining experience.

I hate to say it but breakfast was not good. Lobster étouffée was mediocre and my toast was hard, chewy and cold, the eggs were still clear and runny. Then our child's breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold and chewy. The bacon (I personally like well done) so not their fault but it was more chewy. I really wanted to like this place for breakfast because we're looking for a place after church Sunday brunch. I guess we will keep looking. Bloody Mary's were very good!! And our other child's mac and cheese was decent.

Long time favorite but not your mama's Sahm's amymore! They have really stepped up their menu with Smoking Goose meats and more interesting menu items. I ate there with my patents and we all had very diverse meals. My mom had the Steak Diane, my dad the tried and true Taco Salad and myself I feasted with 3 of the twosixtytwo small plate items. All were delish!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. I had a terrible experience at the Sahm's Tavern downtown, so I wanted to make clear: I consistently get great food and at least good service here at Sahm's Place. We have a good time and feel like we get our money's worth. It's our go-to place.

Sahm's has one of the best draft beer lists (and prices) that I've come across. And this girl likes her beer with dinner. Or lunch. I've had several items off of Sahm's menu and have visited many days and at many different times, and I've not been disappointed once. The London Broil, Italian Goose Sandwich, wedge salads, Spaghetti with Meatballs in housemade marinara - all fantastic. Sahm's offers Third Thursday dinners where they pair up with Bier Brewery to offer three courses that integrate beer into the food along with a beer pairing for the appetizer, entree and dessert. I highly suggest that you attend one of these meals, but be prepared to order your tickets on the first of the month. They sell out!

This isn't my typical stomping ground, but when I meet some previous work buddies and such... We come from north, south, easy, and west... This general area is just about central to is. If I just came in to have a beer and leave, I probably would have given this place five stars. So I arrived about 5:30, maybe a minute or two past, and ordered a drink with a friend. As we checked out the slider menu and special, he told me how good they were. I picked out a few I was wanting to get my mitts on. I finish my beer approximately 5:50; long day at work. Our server came back by and we said we were ready to order, and started ogling the sliders. She informed us we were too late for the special. I looked at my phone, and it was literally 6:01 (not the angry stereotypical 1 minute late...). Literally, it was 6:01 when I looked at my phone after she told us no. I thought she was just blowing us smoke, but she was for real. Were it to have been 10 after, or had she stopped by multiple times checking on us... I would not be as butthurt. But other than coming over and asking us how many people we had coming as we pulled another table to us (and not in a friendly tone) we weren't paid excessive attention until we had a huge group and it was past the slider special. I'll probably give it another shot. In their defense, good beer selection, and the burger was a bit above par... Some of the fries were undercooked, but I'd say over half of them were good. I must say though; the service left a bitter taste. I do my best to not judge a business by one employee... When over half of the table says "wow, she's being rude" I think that will make me in much less of a rush for a re-attempt.
