Awesome service! The cedar planked salmon was absolutely perfect. Always have to get the Blackberry Mint but they were out of something so I chose the Watermelon Heat Margarita. It was yum!! Definitely one the best OC locations in Indy!!!

Went back for Prime Rib Sunday dinner with the family. My Fried fish and shrimp was excellent! Now for the Mistakes: Delivered a Hard Apple Cider rather than a Sam Adams Draft....corrected Delivered a house salad rather than the requested Caesar salad..corrected Prime Rib delivered cold..one replaced, the other eater was too hungry to return the other. Order for a Sangria was never delivered..cancelled. Baby ribs are baby sized!!! The place was busy..it was dinner time on Sunday in Indy, but the service was TERRIBLE. I can only suspect our server was very new and over whelmed! Now may not return in spite of the fact in the end the manager did VOLUNTARILY give us a 50% discount!

Nice restaurant. I haven't been here in over 4 years. It's been remodeled and it looks like the menu has changed a bit. I like it. It's your Friday's / I want to say crackle barrel. I don't know, I could be wrong. The feeling is a bit familiar. Reminds me of a place I just can't think of. Worth a try I think. But don't expect 5 star dining.

We decided that stop by and give the prime rib lovers for two weekend deal a whirl. We arrived around 4:45pm on Sunday afternoon. We were quickly seated after being asked if he wanted to sit in the lounge to watch the Colts game. We were seated in the back right hand corner of the restaurant. Our server quickly stopped by our table to take our drink order, as well as to tell us the specials of the day. When she brought the drinks back we placed our order. Fried pickles, prime rib, César salad, and pumpkin pie! First to arrive at the table was the salad. The greens were just that... green. No limp, soggy, brown leaves. Good mix of dressing, which made me very happy. Just as the salad was gone the appetizer arrived. Delicious fried pickles. Our server did keep our drinks full while we waited for our prime rib. Once it arrived I as so happy. It was delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. It was so much food, and the pie arrived just as I was finishing up. Sooo much food. Now, the deal doesn't include pie and salad, but for $3.99 it added both... which is a good deal since pie alone is $3.99. It was a good meal, and it was a good value with the amount of food we got.

Sunday evening. Busy, but can sit in bar area if space is open. (Was told high top tables only; however people who walked in after me strolled in and sat at a comfortable table. Friend ordered tea, had to wait, still brewing. Had to ask for rolls. Were initially told they were still in the oven but they never served any to our table. The hostess who told me high top table only just bused a table and seated two people. Hmmm? Ordered chicken finger dinner. Salad was just ok. Needed ketchup for fries , finally went to server station and got it myself since no one offered to bring it. No one ever checked on us after food was served and was never offered a refill for my drink, Service not as good as it usually is (and the hostess needs to stop complaining about the lack of servers) she was a bit annoyed because she had to wipe a table off.

I will give a solid 3 stars. Had Sante Fe tilapia. It was good. Not fantastic, not terrible. Service was good too. I would go back here.

I had a 9-oz grilled salmon entree with baby green beans and broccoli. It is good, nothing special. I would say it is a notch above Applebee's, but it is also a bit more expensive. I would still recommend it, because for the price it charges, it does offer good-quality food.

I didn't have a good experience! My food was ok, but the service was bad and some customers were drunk and getting out of hand! I was thankful I didn't have my family with me. I was eating here since I was in town for business. I sat at the bar and listened to the employees whine about their jobs to each other or the drunks at the other end. I won't be going back!

Kudos to our waitress. We had a party of 6. Two of who were kids. One was 5 and the other 3. One spilled apple juice all over, but she was so calm and accommodating. I don't believe because she knew she was going ky get a good tip. She genuinely cared. She made sure that our drinks were refilled and was as our rolls. As you can imagine there was a variety of meals ordered from pasta, seafood, burgers, and buffalo tenders. I had the buffalo tenders. They were delicious. They really were. Moist on the inside, slathered in buffalo sauce and delicious!!!! I also had the asparagus and bacon smashed potatoes. Potatoes were wonderful. The asparagus was good, but not anything special. I've bad better. However, the rest of the meal was really yummy. I enjoyed the fact that the food was good, it arrived in a timely manner, and we had a great waitress!

Not bad, not great. About what you should expect for this price. I came in for lunch and service was attentive and got me taken care of quickly but without much interaction. No suggestions or help navigating the menu, just "what do you want to drink?" and "are you ready to order?" After paging through the menu for a while and finally asking for a suggestion, I got the and chips and substituted the twisted chips for fries (ironically...). I also had a side salad which was crisp and the balsamic dressing was surprisingly good. The twisted chips habe a lot of seasoning but were pretty tasty. The fish however was disappointing, especially after the server talked about how great and popular it was. The food came out hot but the fish was far from crisp.... Really a greasy mushy mess. Everything tasted... Okay. The service could improve with a little more conversation, and do some upwelling! 7/10, will probably return. NJM

No one greeted us when we entered. There was no one at the hostess stand...no one who passed by us said a word or even "someone will seat you shortly". When someone eventually did come, she said "two?" then, without waiting for an answer, turned around and led us to a table, where she laid down our menus and then just turned and left without saying another word. After 10 minutes, we still had not been approached by anyone else, so I got the attention of an employee, who said he was the kitchen manager, and explained our situation, up til that point. He took our order and offered a free appetizer as compensation and we thought the matter was done. Unfortunately, 25 minutes later, the free appetizer arrived...cold chili-cheese nachos...yum. Luckily, there wasn't enough chili or cheese on them to really matter that they were cold. Again, no one stopped by our table until our food arrived 35 minutes later. By this time, mom was fuming and ready to just get up and leave, but I made her wait so I could speak to the manager again. I told him how long we had been waiting and asked what the average ticket time was running. He answered that question by comping our entire meal plus 2 desserts. Then mom started in on him for ruining her 98th Birthday lunch, which got her a $25 gift card! We had our lunches and desserts packed to take home and left. We shant return to this one. The recent remodel also did nothing positive for this location. As she stated, this truly was the worst restaurant experience we've ever had!

Typical o Charley's...decent service, good selection and adequate food. I always get the club sandwich. Its fresh and hits the spot when I want something that's not greasy.

Just okay. Pot roast. Steak salad not good. Just mediocre food....a chain that needs help.

I just love O'Charleys. We no longer have one in the town we live, so if I see one, I am begging to go there. The food is always good. Nothing extraordinary, but always good. Give me a glass of Mango Tea and a basket of rolls and I will be one happy happy person!

Ocharley's is one of my favorite chain restaurants that have healthy food, kinda quick, open a litlte late and offer decent prices. This is one of my favorite locations in the city too because their service is continuously good, unlike some of their other locations (ahem keystone and 65th-the WORSE, 38th and moller, greenwood location, 86th and michigan, and sometimes Fishers 116th location) Their salads NEVER disappoint me, the prime rib is suprisingly good, loaded potato soup is also delicious, and their rolls are AMAZING(and unlimited)! It's always hard for me to decide on any one thing there because a lot of items are good. I usually tend to keep ordering the Fried Chicken Salad. Lately they took my fresh mushrooms out and substituted the tomatoes but if you ask them they will change it back for you. The ranch and honey mustard are delicious. They also have other salads if you like shrimp or fruity items in your salad those choices are very good too! I always leave feeling like I get my money's worth because their salads are HUGE and they always have some type of dinner special going on.

If you are looking for great service & have a desire for some hearty food O'Charley's is your restaurant. Fast, friendly, and a great taste with a decent price.

I enjoy O'Charleys every now and again, if you sign up for there email program you get some free dessert & appetizer coupons which are always helpful in this economy. I like the location on 135 better but this is still a decent chain where you can get a nice meal with out feeling like you were ripped off.

This one is a mix. - consistency is a huge issue here. We've had amazing service/food or we've had terrible service/food. We love their Teriyaki Tilapia (on the 8 under $8 menu). Last time, two of us ordered the exact same dish. One of us got a nice amound of peppers and onion, the other person had very few. We also had to practically chase down our server. The restaurant wasn't busy and we could see her down the aisle talking with a group of servers sitting in a booth. Seriously people??? Most of the time, it's not that bad. Other than the tilapia, we don't typically go for the healthier items (that's what home cooking is for!). The twisted chips are great if you can get a nice hot batch. We typically get a nice fluffy batch of rolls (complimentary with your dinner), but there have been a few exceptions. The bottomless soup and salad (lunchtime) is a great deal. The caramel pie dessert is very creamy and rich. We typically order the "mini" size because the regular size is just too much richness.

Good food portions, slow service but it was St. Patty's Day. The rolls, chicken tenders, smashed potatoes, potato soup, & doughnuts were very good. Will definitely be back, but might look around for another O'Charley's if the service is lacking again.

Although this O'Charely's had a good number of servers running around the place, we waited over 8 minutes before we could place a drink order and even longer to place our food order. Our waitress didn't seem to care to be attentive. The Manager had to come around to refill our drinks, finally. Our food order came quickly after we placed it and the food was good, but I wouldn't come back here because the service was poor.
