We've been here twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. It's a great value at $4.99 for a "regular" size of ice cream or frozen yogurt with unlimited mix-ins. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful (though we've never interacted with the owner) and the ice cream and waffle cone are always delicious. We much prefer Maggie Moo's over your typical self-serve frozen yogurt shops or Coldstone Creamery.

Honestly surprised this place is still open! I walked in around 7:30 on a weekday expecting it to be packed with the after dinner crowd...no one was there. It took the two ladies a few minutes to walk out of the back room and greet me. The toppings tasted a bit stale and the ice cream looked like it hadn't been touched. If I'm craving ice cream I'll just make the trip to BRICS.

I hate to give a ppace 1 star but this place was horrible. The workers were not very friendly or helpful and the ice cream was freezer burnt and the toppings were stale :( Go across the street to the Cheesecake Factory or fond a froyo place. Do not waste your money here!

I really hate that I have to give them even one star. I stopped in this place to grab a bottle of water, and I have never experienced such rude service. I have never had their ice cream, but I can guarantee I will never try it. I don't know how this place is even open. I rarely write reviews, but I still cannot believe how rude this place was. I almost wanted to return the water because the thought of giving them any of my money makes me sick.

The lady that owns this place is straight up mean. I went in when I had a few minutes before my next meeting and thought I'd give it a try having not been here before. It's just ice cream, right? While perusing the selections, the lady in charge looked up from what she was doing and asked what I wanted, but not in a professional 'how can I help you' tone. It was almost like I ruined her day by coming in. I felt pressured to get something at that point and just went with a basic oreo type mixture because I just wanted to get the heck out. If you're looking for great service, don't come here. I know a lot of other places that would love your business...obviously this chick has too much going on to appreciate her customers. I will not be surprised when she goes out of business...

Beware, the "one scoop" is in reality 1/2 scoop! Maggie's scoops are not round but a spiral with sides that cave in with a few licks, mine only half filled a small cake cone. For $3.50 I left unsatisfied and won't return. There are plenty of other ice cream shops that aren't stingy. I hope Maggie figures out that her customers are not fools!

I was craving the sweet cream icecream. I haven't had Maggie moo since my wife and I moved out of Indy. So we went and it was a disappointment nothing tasted good the location is very dated not very clean. The staff was very friendly so that counts for something. But I now know why most of the locations have closed.

They have really good ice cream and give you several ideas of items you can add/mix in. If you're in the mood for ice cream you should give this place a chance.

The 4 stars are all courtesy of the people working the day we came in. Came in here to score some free ice cream for my bday. Yes, I signed up for Maggie Moo's bday club, and pretty much any other place I could find (don't judge me, there's a recession going on people!). I'm not going to go into a lot of detail on this one. This Maggie Moo's is pretty much like any other one you'll find. Though I will say they are in an odd location. Across a busy intersection of the keystone mall. I can't imagine it gets all that busy there. At any rate, as I was picking out my freebie, the staff was super friendly and made recommendations for good mix-ins with the flavor of ice cream I chose. As I went to give them my coupon, the lady working behind the counter yelled "this coupon is for coldstone!" Color me red. Luckily, I had the other coupon on me, but the woman totally called me out. It was alright though, she and the other two people working joked about it, and we all laughed it off. Kudos to the staff for not making me feel like a complete ass. btw- the ice cream was alright. Four some words: YUMMY IN MY TUMMY. Ice cream is awesome. The people working are ok but the ice cream is so good that I have to give five stars. But with the workers it is pretty hit or miss sometimes the teens can be a little snotty but they also have very good teens so be careful they can bite

Ice cream was okay but owner at cash register refused to accept our Entertainment Book coupon that was issued as a fundraiser. She was rude. Definitely not worth over $13 for two medium ice creams. I won't be returning here.

I'm not sure what TCupp means...we've always had adequate portions here. I'm not sure how long the current owners have had the shop, but we've not been disappointed to date. We love the Udderly Cream with mix-ins and also often buy the store's homemade ice cream sandwiches...again, Udderly Cream is the only way to go here. In the dead of summer, though, I personally prefer one of M. Moo's sorbets or a sorbet shake as they tend to be more refreshing than the fat and sugar-laden - though yummy - ice creams. I haven't tried the shops ice cream cakes or their "cupcakes" made by putting ice cream in cupcake liners and then decorating them "Hostess" confections style, but these all look wonderful. My favorite Maggie's item? The "ice cream social in a box" that allows you to take frozen happiness to the office instead of your usual coffee and donuts or bagels! Pretty cool idea ;-)

The ice cream is good, the service is hit or miss. It is a special treat every now and then since I do feel it is a bit over priced. Today the youngster's mixing the cream complained to each other about the working environment. Not cool even if you do work for a pain in the tushy.

Picture a Coldstone ice cream store whose interior design hasn't been updated in a few years and you'll get Maggie Moos. I thought the people that worked there were absolutely great and had a fun attitude. The ice cream was good - not exceptional. When I was there late on a Friday night half of the lights were turned off inside. Perhaps the bulbs were out or they were ready to close up shop, but either way it looked dark and outdated inside. Nevertheless, it was a nice night out so me and my finance ate outside. I had their most popular flavor, cake batter. It didn't knock my socks off. Maggie Moos is querky enough have a fun time visiting and would be a nice reward after being dragged on a long shopping trip in Keystone Mall. But if given the choice between Maggie Moos and Coldstone... it's a toss up. I'd have to try Maggie Moos a few more times.
