Jimmy Johns is the best! All across the board. Their food is always tasty, the staff is always in a great mood, and it's cheap. What more could you want? Everything is fresh, made daily, and the atmosphere is fun, entertaining, and quirky. Jimmy John's is self-admittedly 'cocky' but that's only because they have the goods to back it up. Wonderful lunch option or quick meal. An absolute must for anyone who has not been. My only complaint is that they didn't have root beer but whatever right?!

It's frustrating when employees cannot figure out the right thing to do for customer service... Employee: Anything to drink? Me: Just water. Employee: We are out of water cups and regular cups are 25 cents.

Short, simple and sweet... I placed my order online. I paid with a credit card and was able to leave a tip online. I liked that. It's was easy, nothing to complicated. As far as Freaky Fast?.. Uh, not exactly. It took almost an hour from start to finish, and the store is right across the street. Not my first choice for a meal, but since I wanted a sandwich and wasn't willing to drive, this wasn't to bad.

The food is so-so. I think subway offers better subs then JJ's. The only why I order from is because they are "freaky fast" at this location it is not the case. Today, I have waited upwards of 45 minutes for my food and I live a mile from there. I might be a mile from the store, but today I had other things going on and I can't leave right now. Worst Jimmy Johns service I have ever dealt with. Here is another item that this location lacks. Once I had to get 10 French baguettes for something. So I thought I would go to This location (since it is a mile from me) and get 10 loafs of day old bread. When I ask for 10 loafs the cashier checked and said they had 20 in the back, so she starts to package them and the MANAGER stops her and tells me that I can't have ten. I asked why and he told me because it was HIS policy. So since I already paid I asked for my money back and he threw my money at me. Personally I will never eat at this location again!!!

BAD delivery service. When I called them, they argued with customer, and insisted they did not deliver because I put in the wrong address. Well.... You have done delivery so many times, don't tell us that you cannot find us. When the delivery driver came in, they were rude to our front desk lady. Bad service. Mean people. The one on 86th street near Nora is a lot better.

I love their food. The service at this location was terrible. We had a friend in the hospital and decided to bring his family lunch. We didn't know if they wanted lettuce, tomato or mayo so we asked for it to be on the side. They refused and said it's a company policy. We explained what we were doing and she didn't care. I then asked for a little lettuce, tomato and then more lettuce so the tomato juice wouldn't be on the bread in case they wanted to scrape it off. Nope couldn't do that either. This was the manager that I was dealing with. The entire time the two other employees are quietly apologizing.

Truly Freaky-Fast, and they know me by name when I call... Oooops I am a regular for sure, I can't help it! I order from here at least once a week, and I love it every time. They are always fast and in the 4 years I've been ordering I have NEVER had a problem!

I ordered the Pepe and had it delivered to my work. The sandwich lacked meat to the point where I ate half of my sandwich with lettuce and onions only. Bread is too hard. And for $7 it was ridiculous. Subway it is.

Ordered two subs. 40 minutes later one sub arrived. I called and barely an apology and 20 mins the second one arrived. Very dissatisfied, no offer of a drink or chips or another sub on the house. This store has 0% customer service skills and I won't be going back, firehouse subs is way better anyways.

It is a standard Jimmy Johns in terms of food (though they have never messed up an order and it always tastes yummy) but what stands this one out for me is the people they hire. For some reason, no matter who is working they are always super friendly and patient. They are quick with whatever you ask and seem to enjoy their jobs. One summer, I came in quite often and one of the workers remembered me and I thought that was a nice touch, not sure if he still works there or not. The restaurant is always clean and chips and cookies are always stocked which I have seen lacking on some other Jimmy Johns. There are quite a few Jimmy Johns on the north side but I prefer this one.

Jimmy johns is one of my favorite places because of the 'JJ Unwitch'. This is a great gluten free option that allows me to eat a normal lunch with friends. It is a little more messy than a sub, but very worth it to be able to have something not in the default salad form!

This has to be the largest Jimmy Johns restaurant I've ever eaten in. Most of them back in Chicago range from a hole-in-the-wall with 2 tables to big holes-in-the-wall with 7 tables. This location is huge; lots of seating, no key for the bathroom required, clean and really friendly sandwich makers. Drive past too fast, and you won't notice it in the strip-mall near the Kroger's.

Jimmy Johns is Jimmy Johns, which is high-quality fast food. This place gets a nod for quick friendly service that can be lacking in this part of town where teens have a job not to earn money, but to earn a generous allowance and keys to the bimmer.
