I get Jimmy John's a few times a month when I'm really busy at work and need lunch fast. Usually this Jimmy John's is really fast and reliable, but lately they have been making a lot of mistakes. Once they made my sandwhich incorrectly. I called to let them know (since I'm pretty picky and didn't want to eat it as prepared), and they sent me another one right out. However, my lunch hour had already passed and I didn't get to eat it for a while. Next they sent me the wrong side. It didn't see worth a trip out to exchange, so I called to let them know and they credited me a free side next time I call. I'm pretty happy with the customer service, but maybe sometimes being so fast isn't a great thing when orders are made incorrectly.

4 stars is based on comparison against other hoagie shops. In fact against other hoagie shops....it is more like a 4.5 but I round down for safety sake....plus....it is a hoagie shop and a 5 is hard to swallow unlike the sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. Staff is generally friendly. The sub combinations are wonderful and quite delicious. You definitely will not leave hungry and you aren't go to pay a lot of money for en enjoyable meal if you are looking for something simple.

I have a tip! Order a #10, but get it on a SUB bun. Yeah. That's my fix! I love the bread on the sub bun, and when you add a metric ton of roast beef to it, you get the only sub worth eating on the planet. Crazy fast, in and out, what's not to love?

Fast than a bolt of lightening, your sandwich is ready! JJ's is a solid choice when you are craving a lil sammy sandwich. The menu has a lot of great choices - my favorites are the beach club, club lulu and the Italian night. There is something magically delicious about the wheat bread. I love it more than words can express, but beware . . . . your sammich should be enjoyed immediately as the wheat bread does not keep overnight. Other solid things about JJ's: they have online ordering AND they deliver. Fast (see a theme here?) Side options include crisp pickles, chips and cookies. For those of you that detest Pepsi like I do . . this is a coke shop (thank god!). Quick tip for those of you that like to lighten your sandwich - they have packets of light mayo. A bit about this location - the staff is always super friendly.

I love this Jimmy Johns because they are really, really fast but I HATE that they close so early. I have always associated Jimmys as a late night thing, and I crave it late night. It's such bullshit that they are only open til like 10 most nights, especially since this JJ's specifically cater to the college market. (They answer the phone "Jimmy John's IUPUI"). I came here for a quick lunch and enjoyed my #10 on sub bread as suggested by a fellow Yelper. The line was reasonable, the atmosphere loud due to the customers trying to talk over the blaring one speaker sound system. Maybe if they added a few small speakers to the front of the shop the overall volume of the area would subside to a more reasonable level for chatting with a friend. My sandwich was promptly made, but the wait was longer than expected - about 9 minutes. I noticed a few people waiting at the tables for their sandwiches as well. Mostly due to a pile of sandwiches being prepared for a company picnic... Express lane for single orders please?

The Un-wish is the best, my fav is the #9! All that meat is just right for a carnivore. I also purchase their extra bread loafs so I can make garlic bread at home.

Not so fast anymore, I only buy these wack sandwiches is bc they get here fast, of course they should get here fast it is cold cuts they are making and have to deliver but you can't take too long and the sandwich is room temperature

I ordered extra meat, cucumbers and tomatoes on my samdwich along with families other order. I guess they were upset I ordered extra, they included over 40 packets pf mayonaisse and mustard. I asked for 2 each. Just lost my business smart butts

Rudest cashier ever! When I ordered a sub for my child who has a milk allergy and asked that they note it so there would not be contact with milk she said to me (sarcastically) "I'm not a doctor, I don't even know what that means!" When I then politely explained that the sub just needed to not contact milk and asked for a manager she turned to the teen at the front of the line next to her to confer with her. The teen just rolled her eyes. Needless to say we will not be bringing an allergic kid there again anytime soon.

Basic subs done right. Good service, super fast delivery. Friendly folks and you get so far with the money. Large sub, large pickle and chips come out to $10. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a good deal to me, especially for the quality of this place. Country folks got this city girl all twisted up. The food is amazing out here.
