It's Jimmy's Johns -- which if you have had it, let's say, EVER, you know what you are getting. IF not, this is a place that prides itself on fast service and fast delivery, and even during busy lunch hours, do not disappoint. Sandwiches are always tasty, but do not let them fool you, most are outrageously unhealthy, with the Italian Night Club ranking the worst. Don't get me wrong it is pretty much vinegar-y salty heaven in your mouth, but I wouldn't suggest eating one every day. Since dropping the gluten, I like that I can still eat here (my office orders in from here often, and it makes it convenient to still be able to order/eat with everyone else). I didn't know how much I would like the "Un-wiches" (aka Lettuce Wraps), but they are really good and make your sandwich feel really fresh. I usually get the Turkey Tom and double up on the meat (if I am not eating all the carbs/ filling up on bread, why not?!) and it is plenty. Nice lunch / quick dinner stop and you can rely on it for consistency.

Looks like I am the first one to rate my beloved Jimmy Johns by my office! All locations are very similar. I've never had a bad experience! The online ordering is a breeze and the delivery is ALWAYS fast! Same guy delivers every time. Super friendly and always a delicious lunch! The few times I've been inside this location the place is always clean and tidy and the people are super nice! LOVE LOVE LOVE Jimmy Johns!

I brought the family in here on the 4th of July. They hadn't been to a Jimmy John's, only I had. The service was unfriendly and a shock to us all. We ordered our sandwiches, but when we realized we weren't getting drink and chip combos, I wanted to change it. The two employees made it sound very difficult to change the order and rang up our drinks separate. They even had a conversation that indicated they would be reprimanded if they voided the order and fixed it. OK, I accepted their excuse, although I'm usually treated better when I've wanted to buy more food from a restaurant and usually I'm asked if I want a drink and chips. I've never had this problem at a Jimmy John's before. While we waited for the sandwiches, I realized I really wanted their chips. Jimmy John's chips are really good. When I asked if there was a way I could get the chips still, I was hostilely treated and told they could not give out free food that I didn't order or they could get fired. I said, "Just give me my sandwiches, and I'll leave." I would have happily paid the difference if I had been treated better, but this store appears to operate under fear of reprisal and does not know how to treat customers, especially on orders that are almost $50. Too bad this was the first impression for four future customers. As for me, I like Jimmy John's chips, but not so much that I'll be returning here.

WICKED FAST. Work two doors down from this place. Ordered, hung up the phone and a dude was standing in front of me. I don't know how they do it. Subs are great, especially the BLT.

I LOVE Jimmy Johns! However they are really starting to skimp on the veggies. I always order the veggie sandwich with extra veggies. Lately it looks like I'm not even getting the regular amount of veggies let alone extra. I don't get cheese or mayo so my sandwich is pretty lame without the extra veggies. The delivery at this location is always fast and the drivers are decently nice...they really don't like to chit chat and often times don't even respond to what I say...but here's your $2 tip on my $7 order! Hopefully we will see a change...from what I have read/witnessed they are crazy about food cost. I understand that but when someone orders extra...you gotta give it to them! I'd even pay for it if necessary. Unfortunately this is something I think about when considering what to eat. I used to get Jimmy Johns weekly!

Normal high quality unwiches. I was at the end of the delivery route so I got my sandwich after 40 minutes. But I was comped my next sandwich. All is good.
