I believe this may be the third Jimmy John's I have reviewed, I may be obsessed. Anywho, this isn't my favorite location but still a solid option in the area. Good: Fast which is awesome when grabbing a quick lunch, they get the orders right, mostly friendly staff, food is so tasty Not so good: Getting in and out of this place when busy, argh, it can get so crowded at the intersection going into their lot and you can get stuck in weird spots trying to get out. I have almost been hit here at few times. Try parking around the back/side to make it a little less stressful. Staff sometimes seems new and confused and mildly rude, this isn't though and I am guessing it is just due to turnover due to the fact they do hire a lot of teenagers.

JJ's is right down the street from my place of "business," so many of us enjoy their great sammitches. I have a few personal favorites, but I tend to gravitate toward the Hunter's Club or the Beach Club - both are filling and delicious. I must also comment that the service has always been fast and friendly. It's amazing how quickly the sammitches come to the counter - they live up to the "freaky fast" moniker. About a month ago, I used JJ's for a large order for my company and everything turned out perfectly. I used their online ordering system and it was very easy. Well done. Keep up the great work!

No bueno. I've been eating JJs for years & years and my first experience with the Nora location was simply frustrating. Its bad enough when you're at work & about to take your lunch because you're STARVING but the girl taking your order on the phone doesn't know how to add chips to the order. She said she would create a separate order for the chips but when the delivery guy arrives w/ the sandwhich - no chips! I had to call twice to confirm the chips were being sent. Both times the person on the other line (different each time) was rude & short with me. The chips finally arrived...over 30 min later. Way to live up to the "freaky fast" service MOST JJs are known for. Shoddy customer service all around and the sandwhich (beach club, what I always get) didn't even taste as good as usual.

This is a difficult review to write, since the food itself is always great. Very fresh and incredibly fast. However, if you're looking for "friendly" service, this isn't the place. Caveat: this only applies SOME of the time (we're there between 5 and 7 pm) and with just a few of the employees. I'm talking about no greeting, no smile, no thank you...just a sort of glare while you stammer out your order. And when sandwiches are ready and you've paid, you ask "sooo...where are my sandwiches?" And you're told "oh, they're down there" - she points to other end of counter and resumes her conversation with colleague. If you want a bag or napkins you're summarily told, "they're down there". Might seem petty to some but it's not to us. And we're going elsewhere for subs from now on.

I always get delivery from this JJ to my office, but today I went and got my sandwich from the store. My #9 with no mayo and no cheese was PERFECT. I feel like they just knew exactly how much Italian dressing I wanted, which was soaking the sandwich. I am so happy with my sandwich, I could burst, well from that or because the giant subs are huge! GET HOT PEPPERS!
