this is the best Hardee's Ive ever been to it might be do to the fact that I'm a regular here and the staff knows this. But they are always fast and courteous. And unlike McDonalds each employee seems to know there role so they aren't tripping over each other. And if there's an issue a shift supervisor or manager is always on the front lines and easily identifiable.

Went they the drive-thru this morning for breakfast...then realized our order was incomplete once we got home...so I called to address the issue with the manager and was told he'd resolve the issue. So I drive back to get our missing food and upon arrival I wait in line behind several other customers and receive no apologies. I wouldn't normally make a huge fuss, but this is at least 3 strikes now of similar service. Mistakes happen, which is why customer service can go a long way.

"Always have a breakfast special!" That was my tip from the Yelp mobile app. Yelp does not let you post reviews from your phone. For some reason you have to come to the full service website. Would make more sense to let you post a review from your phone, but have a word minimum... but I digress. Breakfast specials at Hardee's are like mosquito bites after it rains. You expect to have a few, but they are not always what you expect. And when you get an itch from one, you really have to scratch it. That is my similar experience with Hardee's. Hardees's ALWAYS has some deal that is 2 breakfast sandwiches for 3 bux or $3.33, etc. However, it is usually not what you were expecting and kinda annoying. Ok, you have the Kanye West croissants* (which are fluff with your choice of hardly any meat and a sliver of egg) or the (completely opposite) loaded monster sandwich on sale, but the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is $3.79? Ouch! That bites. Usually, I'll go across the street to Steak N Shake if there's nothing on special. But if they do have the bacon, egg and cheese on special... I'm on it like a freshly hatched mosquito on yo' azz! Nothing beats those Hardee's biscuits, especially on sale! *Hurry up with my damn croissants!

Good food for the price, but if you don't get the monster combos then there is nothing special, and no reason to frequent the joint as their food is about on par with everybody else.

At first, I liked Hardee's. They used to be clean and serve good food. They don't anymore. The last time I was there, there were ants on the floor, the food was soggy, and the coke and all the other sodas were white and watery.
