I get nothing but terrible service here. Employees don't care and at times are completely rude. I was here a few months ago and had an employee snap at me and tell me she didn't like the way I ordered my drink, and then give me the wrong bagel because she was texting the whole time I ordered. Would not recommend. The dunkin donuts in carmel has provided excellent service, I go out of my way to go there instead.

The service here is really spotty. Sometimes you have an amazing girl in the drive thru who tells you that you are "dripping with swagger" despite being extremely hungover, (thank you awesome DD employee) and other times every single part of your order was wrong because the lady was talking over you while you were making your order. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich is killer, despite obviously being a microwave creation. It really doesn't matter to me though. There's not a DD near where I live. I'm obsessed with Dunkin Donuts. I will return because coffee tastes better in a styrofoam cup.

Don't ruin your evening by trying to get a donut at Dunkin' (No) Donuts. Pulled up to the drive thru. No glazed, no chocolate covered, no muffins so I ask what's the name of this place. I say how can you call yourself that when you have no donuts and I get a "If you wooda ax me what kinda donuts we had I'd a toad you but you didn't ax me. They did have chocolate sprinkles and I was was eyeballed by the "shift leader" when I pulled up and he said "if you disrespect us, I can refuse to serve you." I decided to drive off versus attempting to carry on a conversation with someone who either hasn't been able to graduate from high school or just got a passing grade so he could get out and is too stupid to realize how uneducated he really is. 86th and Ditch, Indianapolis, IN location!

I am die hard Starbucks fan but I have a Dunkin Donuts walking distance from my house and my husband had been dying to try their food and drinks. We have now gone a few times and one we love their prices and their breakfast food has such a large variety past donuts. Neither one of us are big on sweets so we have been avoiding going just thinking that it was donuts only. We love our quick stops to Dunkin Donuts now!

Not sure why it took me almost two years to check out this place -- which is literally right down the road from where I live. I have been a die-hard Starbucks fan ever since I decided my taste buds loved coffee. But as we all know, Starbucks isn't always the kindest on our budgets. At Dunkin Donuts I ordered a vanilla chai latte and a blueberry muffin, and the total came to around $3. Score! Loved my drink and loved my muffin. I'm not much of a donut gal, but if I'm ever up for being adventurous for one, I'll probably go ahead and make my way to Dunkin. They have a drive through, which is always convenient when I'm scurrying to work in the mornings. The lady at the window was super friendly and cheerful. Overall, great experience! Don't think I won't stop going to Starbucks (let's not be ridiculous,) but I'll give this place a go every now and then.

Awful service! The Asian lady at the register doesn't speak or understand English very well so she keeps getting orders wrong and she is so busy talking that she doesn't hear you anyway. Getting rid of her would improve things but they have along way to go. East coast Diukins could teach them a thing or two about customer srvice

I stop here a couple times a week when I'm up early in the morning to bake cupcakes. I always park and walk in because usually there is a huge line of cars waiting in the drive through. Usually I am out of there before the last car I saw makes it to the window, so I am assuming that if you are in a hurry, maybe waiting in a line of 10 cars in a drive through is not the smartest idea. I like this DD, I don't eat donuts, but their bagels are good, and I enjoy the egg white veggie omelet flatbread. Much better than a McD breakfast, and comparable in price.

Can't really complain... the Sausage Egg and Cheese crossiant was good, the hashbrowns were great (for to-go hashbrowns) and the service was quick! Keep up the good work!

I usually come here with my kids for special fun treats - DD sells a refreshing Coolata drink (blue raspberry is my favorite) and OK donuts. I have visited this particular site probably once every 2 months since the store was first open. The service has never improved and got worse everytime I come. I can't think of anything positive about this particular establishment. but here are some of the CONS: 1) Ever changing price - DD often offers special price for special item. For example 99 cents for small Iced Coffee or 99 cents for small latte or $5.99 for a dozen of donuts. My problem is I will never know how much I will have to pay on a certain day for donuts and drink, because their price and promotions is always changing. 2) Poor basic skills - staff are not well trained. They often mess up your order (wrong size, wrong price, wrong item). I have several experiences where they charged me more than the listed price or charged me more because they upsized my order (their mistake) - and none of the staff knew how to process the refund except for the floor manager... The bad thing was one of the guys told me if he could just give me the large size, so he did not have to give me the refund. 3) Overpriced - $8 for a dozen of junky donuts, $3 for small blueberry Coolata (which is basically just blue syrup with crushed ice cube). In my last visit, I had to spend $14 for a dozen of donuts, a small cup of blueberry Coolata and a small cup of Iced Coffee... very expensive treat....uuugh.. 4) Bad customer service.etc etc... I will stop going to this DD or I will stop eating donuts completely...

I had high high hopes for Dunkin Donuts. Some friends of mine from the East Coast SWEAR by this place. We stopped in there a couple Saturdays ago to pick up a dozen donuts for a group meeting. We also wanted a jug of coffee. The line was out the door. The service at the counter was slow. They didn't have enough coffee made to fill our jug. We ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes before we had our order and could go. And honestly, nothing was that great. The donuts were average, the coffee was average. And it was expensive! It was around $30 for a dozen donuts, a box of coffee, and 2 large coffees. Sheesh!

I defer to Amanda J.'s weekend assessment because I've only been runnin' on Dunkin' during the week. So, I don't eat donuts anymore save for the occasional Long's variety but I do like the egg white flatbread breakfast sandwich at Dunkin Donuts. In a combo with a vanilla chai, it's a pretty good way to start the day. Not sure what the chai packs in terms of nutrition quality, but the sandwich is pretty hearty and tasty and still keeps my guilt-o-meter in check. I like the wheat flatbread option in particular...pretty sure it has flaxseed sprinkled throughout it. The service I've gotten here at the drive-thru has always been good - prompt and friendly, haven't experienced any of the issues Amanda has on weekends.

I have to knock a couple of stars off because weekends here are not great. Coffee tastes watered down, orders are screwed up, workers seem to be too busy talking to each other to engage with the customers, not great... 4 stars for weekday mornings, 2 stars for weekends.

Growing up in the heart of Dunkin Donuts territory I was happy to see that Swill pit on the south side of 86th and Ditch be torn down. That place was a dive and absolutely filthy. I was more ecstatic when they started opening all the new modern DD's here. I drink large Iced coffees year round. I order them Black, because the machines that dispense the cream can't seem to figure out just a little splash and no sugar. The staff knows its me when I make my order and they have my large iced black no sugar ready for me along with the single little creamer I always ask for to add myself just to take the edge off. I'm not a huge sweets fan but I do like some of there flat breads and egg white sandwhiches. They are a much more healthy alternative to most drive thru's. The coffee is usually good and great service. My daily DD stop burned down so I have been venturing here almost every day. Some of the old crew have actually been hired own here from Rangeline Road and the one at 146th street so I get to see all my friends.
