I'm so disappointed by this Denny's. About a year ago they were somewhat decent. The last 3 or 4 times I have gone there they have gotten something wrong. Even take out orders. The staff is horrible and the management doesn't even care. I will no longer be going here.

This Dennys can be amazing and some days a disaster. Depending on the staff. 90% of the time I have a good experience.

Super dissatisfied with the cleanliness, but it is cheap average food, service usually good, especially during the week in the morning. The friendliness and attention of staff is hit or miss. Fill up your coffee in a to go cup!

I had a great experience at this Dennys. I'm from California visiting on business and stayed next door at the Country Inn. Almost didn't try it based on the previous yelp reviews, but there weren't many other nearby choices. I was greeted by Charlotte immediately and taken to a nice booth. The floors were well vaccumed and the restaurant was clean. Charlotte was eager to take my order, accommodated all my picky requests, and refilled my beverage multiple times without having to ask. The food was exactly what I ordered and served hot. Upon departure, Charlotte even offered to make my ice tea to go.......which I really appreciated since I was staying in a hotel. The food was standard "Dennys quality", so that coupled with the clean establishment and excellent service by Charlotte, gets them 5 stars from me.

It took a while to get noticed and seated, but the food was decent, and our waitress was both friendly and funny. The place was clean, although it was a little creepy sitting there in the early afternoon while slightly shady seeming investment guys chatted up their elderly customers the whole time. Looked like they didn't order much either. I won't get an egg white omelet again. That was just wrong. I know, healthy fare means slightly weird and unsalted, but no seasoning? The lady who seated us was kinda grumpy, but our waitress was excellent.

What can i say about a Dennys at 4 am. The service is OK. The poor staff has to deal with all the drunks and strippers coming in and so it is not a high caliber of wait staff. Food is consistent as all the others at all times.

Wish I could rate a 0. Arrived and waited nearly 5 min to be acknowledged, we were seated at an extremely sticky table, waited over 10 min for a server with people walking by and looking in our direction but not willing to acknowledge us. We finally walked out after over 20 min. There are banners stating under new management, must not be concerned about customers any longer. Most likely will not be back.

When the one thing they probably sell the most of (chicken fried steak) tastes like it sat naked in their dirty freezer for 6 months before they dusted it off and severed it to you.....RUN DON'T WALK AWAY!

So we had a terrible experience with the Kentucky Ave location in Indianapolis and after sending in a complaint via facebook and the company website the general manager sent us two $8 dinner coupons so that we would come back, for starters there isn't any dinner items $8 or less, secondly we really didnt want to return to this location but the voucher insisted it only be used at their location, we get there and it appeared things were better than before, that was a mistake to think that, Miss Kiki came over and got our drink order and she was very friendly, it goes down hill from there, we tried to order burgers and chopped steak and the next words out of her mouth is we are totally out of Burgers, well that just wiped out everything on the menu but breakfast, how does this even happen on a Friday night at a burger joint in the first place, so we asked politely for the manager on duty, he came over said he was sorry and that he was just trying to finish up his paperwork and was going to run to another store and get some burgers, ok so let me make sure you heard me correctly. he was going to finish up his paperwork and then go get some burgers. Forgive me but i think food for your restaurant would come before any paperwork. At that point he said if we wanted to wait it would only take him an hour to go get the hambugers, seriously i am not going to sit at a restaurant for an hour to wait for him to go get food to cook. So we opted for the sizzling bbq chicken skillet, (NOT WHAT I WANTED) but it was ok. Our waitress Miss Kiki never once came back to our table after we asked for a manager, I guess she was offended that we were upset that they were out of their main menu item, who knew that would upset a customer, especially one returning after a bad experience just a couple weeks ago. You really need to either fire the entire staff especially the management that obviously have no clue what they are doing. and just start all over, or tear it down and make room for some airport parking. the table of 8 next to us had one problem after the other as well, the grits they brought out you would have needed a straw to drink them. of course they wanted burgers too and had to settle for breakfast. This right here is exactly why i detest the day that corporate owned restaurants started franchising out, because now you never know what kind of food or service you will get. This is one of the worst franchises i have ever seen and this would not go on if they were still corporate owned, now the corporate offices only care about one thing, their money every month. Sad day for the customers. I will NOT be back to this location. this will be posted on trip advisor, yelp and to the main Dennys offices yet again.
