Love this place, I'm a regular here. Love the servers and sweet tea. I've gone at all times of the day and have never had a problem getting a table in my favorite servers section

Everything served here won't blow your mind but for the price is pretty good I guess. We usually come here for their breakfast. The rye bread toast is so good! Skillets and omelettes seem to be the popular items to order. I can't complain. When it's very busy, which is usually in the morning, service may be a little slow but waitresses and staff are very friendly and they try to keep your coffee cups filled at all times. And yes, it would be great if they accepted credit cards. There is an ATM available inside if you forgot to stop at one beforehand.

This place totally sucks. Honest to God I'm 39 years old and I've never complained about a meal I've had in a restaurant before (even if it was bad) until I ate here I stopped in for breakfast before and ordered steak and eggs and cutting the steak was like cutting a tire it was so tough! And needless to say it tasted terrible. The Greek woman who works the register (and I believe to be the manager or owner) is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. While paying she asked about my meal and I politely told her about the steak and she responds "Oh, you're the one who complained about the steak after you ate half of it." This was a total lie I ate one bite of the steak, I just cut the steak in pieces. Thanks to their terrible food and extremely rude boss, I'll never be going back there. If I want breakfast I'll go to Lake Park restaurant down the street. Wish I could give the place no stars but yelp made me choose at least one.

BREAKFAST IS NOT HARD TO MAKE... the menu is limited so you would think you could get a good breakfast experience. Guess again. The food was overcooked and I will not be going back to see what dinner is like. I know the waitress was a larger woman and she must have been tired, but she sat in our empty chair to take our order and I flagged the place right there...that is not a good display of 'we try hard to win your repeat business'. Disappointing but expected of this place. I have lived here for 13 years and just finally decided to go in, my hesitation has been validated.

No credit/debit cards, but the convenience of an ATM (with a $2 surcharge, hmmm). Food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time.

I went to this establishment this morning 10/18/14. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!First it smelled mildewy then I went and sat at the breakfast bar. The waitress didn't even say good morning practically threw a menu at me and yelled coffee. The last draw was when I asked if they had ESPN on the tv they had on. The The waitress just laughed in my face!! That's when I got up and walked out!! It's not even worth one star but u must put a rating. It's more like -5 star Establishment!!!

Eek, not really that good. Here's the problem, the place overall is dirty. The floors are dirty, booth and table dirty, bathroom gross...makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. I had a BLT and fries and although it wasn't terrible, the outdated decor, sloppy waitress, and the overall dirty feeling made me lose my appetite. Prices are steep too for Hobart. $6.50 for a BLT and fries with watered-down lemon rice soup is not a bargain to me.

With all the other breakfast places to go in Hobart it is a waste of time to go to this greasy spoon and put up with the rude, Greek owners.

I used to go here a lot wit the folks when I was a wee lad, but not so much anymore. It's nothing fancy. I'd go there for breakfast, but probably not lunch or dinner, although I do remember that you got a piece of cake with your dinner, which was always nice.
