Every time I visit here I wind up walking out. I want it to be just me. But it's really more about lazy complacent employees who take 10-15 minutes to even notice me after I've been seated. I just tried to eat there. At 6:30. It wasn't busy. And they ignored me. I asked to be seated someplace where I will be served. They moved me. I ordered 8 wings, 4 salt and vinegar 4 honey bbq. I was then informed that I can only order 8 pieces 1 flavor only. Because they don't want to back the kitchen up. With such complications, like sauce. On wings. When I told him I order the exact same thing every time, he told me that was wrong. I said see ya. It's nice to know that you get consistent service at all Bdubs. Consistently garbage service.

Worst customer service ever! I'm telling my friends about it and they shared same stories about the same location. Friend 1- "Oh the bdubs on Kennedy? That place sucks, It's the suckiest bdubs in the area I wouldn't go there again" friend 2- "I hate that bdubs, I rather go to the one in Lansing" Never going back again. NEVER! Waited 1 hour and 45 mins for our food to be ready because she forgot to put our order in. Spilling drinks on our table. Our waitress had pink eye, and she told us we had to tell her who got what because it was too many people ordering. Dafuq? If management would train their employees better, the experience would have been better. But we did dig the big screen tvs. That's where the one star comes into place.

I was very pleased with this location! Me and friends occasionally go to Buffalo Wild Wings, usually in the Schererville location. We just finished bowling at plaza lanes and decided to give it a try! We arrived at 11pm- and previously working in a restaurant we were going to leave since it closes at midnight during the week. The staff was very kind and told us to stay, felt very welcomed! Corey was our server. His service was absolutely amazing! He was great with handling our food and drinks, very kind. He received a nice tip from my friends and I. We were definitely skeptical, but pleasantly relieved with the success of our visit. The interior was very fresh and clean. The food was perfect and Corey even cooked up some new tenders for my friend because they didn't look right, so he got us a fresh batch. There were no issues and I recommend you try this location out. Remember, they are just starting up getting in the swing of things.

My expectations aren't exactly high when I go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is just OK, and it's a convenient place for my friends and I to watch sports and UFC events. My friends and I came to the new Hammond location to do just that, and it was flat out the worst restaurant experience I've had in quite some time. Because this was a new location, we were unsure if they would be showing the event. By the way, this is not something that is highly unusual. Pretty much every buffalo wild wings location that I'm aware of shows these events. When we walked in, the place was packed obviously because it is a new, nice location and attracting a lot of attention. There were 3 hostesses at the front. We asked upon entry whether or not they were showing the UFC card. One of them told us she didn't know what we were talking about, the others simply ignored us. No one made an effort to answer our question, and just sort of ignored it and looked to "move us along the line" as we were then seated in the bar. When we sat down we asked our server again if they were showing the fights since our question had already been basically ignored by multiple staff. She said that they WERE showing the fights, and that they would be on shortly. At this point I noticed that not only were the Bulls and Blackhawks (local teams) both playing, there were two major college football games also going on at the time (it was approximately 730PM). Not only were none of these games on any TVs, the biggest TVs were showing a news documentary show on CBS and the audio (some narrator telling a story) was blaring throughout the restaurant. It was ridiculous. I don't mean to make a big deal about a non-food aspect of a restaurant, but please consider that people come to BW3 so they can eat WHILE they watch sports. This place was busy, which to an extent explains any delays with ensuring the TVs are tuned to the right stations. But every staff we spoke to was completely oblivious to what people wanted to watch. I looked around the room and there were heads turning all over the place, wondering why they could not watch the local teams, etc. Eventually, they turned the Bulls and Blackhawks on (again, well after the games were started), but they kept the CBS news show audio on while these games were going throughout. It was so obnoxious. The next thing I noticed was the absurd prices. Because friends and I bring our business to BWW relatively regularly for fights/sports, I'm familiar with regular prices at these places. Perhaps they were raised recently, but bottom-of-the-line Light draft beers were $4.50 (later, we went and got a few at another chain competitor of theirs for $2). Small wing order? $11.99. (over $1 per wing). Medium wing order? $17.49. For 15 wings. For 15 wings, fries, and a few beers (3-4), I would be looking at a near $50 tab after tip. Considering the mediocre quality of their food, that is a flat out joke. I wouldn't be eating though, because at the moment the UFC card was to start (at this point, many people had come to the restaurant to watch), it became increasingly clear that this would not happen. Not only had we been asking about these fights since approximately 2 hours earlier, I overheard many other customers around us asking about whether or not they would be showing the fights. The staff had to know that this was something they would need to consider, well in advance of the event. Long story short, 45 minutes after the event started the handful of excuses we were given about why the fights were not on ranged from "the manager having a lot of boxes to control" to "my manager's been on the phone with Comcast for awhile now trying to fix this for you guys" (DirecTV is the service provider for TV throughout the restaurant). Not only were we getting irrelevant excuses, but at this point our server more or less began ignoring us, probably because she could tell we were frustrated. She forgot a beer order she took and had to take it again, which made us wait longer. After waiting almost an hour and being told a bunch of excuses, we asked to close our tab so we could try to watch elsewhere. I obviously do not exclusively blame the servers for what was going on with the programming on the televisions in this restaurant. What was most frustrating for me, and what prompted me to write this review, was the COMPLETE and TOTAL lack of anyone taking initiative and being accountable and responsive to our inquiries the entire night. In the end we were apologized to, but it was too little too late. I could have accepted the inconvenience if SOMEONE was accountable/responsive to our inquiries in any kind of REMOTELY prompt manner and/or was honest/up front about the situation, but this never happened. It was nothing but excuses and a total lack of accountability and organization - all at a higher price! Unless this location hires a manager or staff willing to be accountable and attentive, will NOT consider returning. Awful.

Had a Birthday celebration at this location. The waitress was extremely nice. Right away she got our drink order and made sure to check on our table in a timely fashion. Also everyone's order came out correct which surprised me considering we had a large group. The only small concern was the restaurant was kept cold. Over all we had a wonderful time.

We have been sitting in here for almost an hour. The manager stopped at our table and challenged us. He said it just "seemed" like a long time. I'm a diabetic. I really need to eat. We are never coming back here again. B3W just lost the biz of an IHSAA REFEREE crew. More crews should boycott.

Besides the food just being worse than any B dubs I've ever been to (which isn't saying much) the service was terrible. The waitress spilled a drink on my boyfriend and did not apologize and to top it off watched him while he cleaned up half of it himself. I rarely ever complain because I know the service industry is difficult work however, this is basic manners. I asked to speak with a manager who apologized and said he would make it right but then we never saw him again. An assistant manager then came to ask how our food was and I again let him know the situation. He explained that he had reviewed the security tape and stated that the waitress might have been in shock. Give me a break. Instead of taking the opportunity to apologize, "make it right" and take the high road he decided to make excuses. Workers reflect their leadership I suppose. We left our meal after a few bites of terrible food and will not return.

Awful service. Constantly waited for server. Took forever to order, receive drinks and had to constantly ask for the damn Cubs game to be turned on. You're in the Chicago sports market and have 90 tvs. You should always have those games on. Took an account out there after work. Never again.

Love the B Dubs redesign. New look. Welcoming upgrade. The old style at the bar has your back to the action but here with the horseshoe bar, there is plenty to see. The Wings come out plenty wet. Manager Mike put on hockey for me on the first day of the NCAA tournament! Just 1 tv out of 64. I'll take it. Their Tuesday special traditional wings doesn't go all night. Lame. But their boneless does on Thursday??

In my opinion this is the BEST Buffalo Wild Wings in the area!! I've been to a few other ones in the past and I have never felt so welcomed! The staff is very nice and the managers are on point! I saw three male managers circulating the restaurant tonight!! Frankly this is rather impressive! Seeing how when I go to other bdubs I'm lucky to see a manager the whole visit! The server Cecilia was awesome! She made sure our drinks stayed full and got us our wings quick! Usually a random person drops our food off at other bdubs, but not tonight! Cecilia actually brought us our food! Wings were still steaming hot st the table too! Perfect sauce coverage for sure!!! Nice and messy wings! About half way through the meal one of the managers came over and asked about the food and service! Impeccable customer service at this location! I would recommend to all! Give them a try!! I will definitely be back over and over again to this nice new bdubs! Also the layout is like none other! Lighting is so much better than Schererville or Lansing, much brighter here! All in all a great looking location with great customer service!

This is my wife's favourite chain,I go out of my way to go to them. I saw this new location on our way home from Wisconsin and thought I would stop. Big mistake, the volume in this restaurant is staggering, for giggles I downloaded a decibel meter app to my phone, it was steady at 80db. I am not a prude I market nightclubs for a living and this level of sound is obnoxious. I think they are going for a live stadium feel. I will pass! On the plus side the food was good as well as the service.

If I could give no stars I would. The food is great but that's about all you can say about the place. Service was horrible. We had a party of 7 and it took 48 min for us to be seated. Note we are all here to watch the Thursday night football game. We ordered our food right away and didn't receive it till half time which is about 1 hour and 20 min. Not to mention half our party received their food before anyone else. Their appetizer came out with their main course. Then the rest of us got our food about 30 min later. So it took almost 2 hours for 4 of us to get our food after standing in line for 45 min.

I recently checked this BWW out and my dining partner and I had a great experience. The food was fast and fresh and the service was attentive. I was happy to finally see a restaurant such as this come to.Hammond.

Stopped while traveling, I know it's a chain.....but normally it's not bad.......well not this one, the bartender and training manager both seemed to not care nor interested in waiting on me. Not much in the area so I guess this poor service is the norm, keep driving stop at the next exit and by pass this place, sorry

Wanted to dine somewhere that wasn't too expensive being that my family & I wanted to catch a movie also Thursday night. I made a great choice! Our server, Tonei was awesome! She made my family & I feel at home and she was very informative. Although my first visit for a carry-out wasn't top notch as it relates to the wait (being this location had not been open long) but this visit was very satisfying. I work in the field of entertainment and customer service and I pride my self on providing red carpet service at my place of employment, so when receive great service I like to talk about it. My husband was pleasantly surprised when a different employee approached our booth when she saw my husband's cup empty and refilled his drink. I'll definitely return and expect the same great service.

Excellent service, can you believe it? They've got outlets all around the outside of the bar for your cell phones! Awesome and more functional floor layout. Mike the manager and Brandi the bar tender are the coolest, put on the hockey game and gave us Margarita samples...

First time at this New Buffalo Wild Wings...Blahhhh! Was seated right away but waited for about 11 mins before I had to go back up to the hostess's booth and express that we have been waiting over 10 mins and NO ONE has even looked at us! Even the girl that sat us didn't even come back to look at us either! My wife had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and looking forward to it, BUT...NOT a Good, But an AWFUL 1st impression! When I went up to the hostess's booth, she was dumbfounded by what I said concerning the wait tine but I just irritatedly expressed to give me a snack size to go and she pointed me to the takeout register! Brittany was also walking around earlier but didn't see us but was now at the Takeout register. When I went to the Takeout area there was one server sitting down and eating and talking with the customer and then 4 minutes later went slightly over to a few tables across from where she was sitting and served the people at another...Wow!I guess they are really laid back here! Afterwards, when I expressed how we changed our mind about dinning in but just a taste for takeout, she was very sincerely apologetic and expressed to give us a server right away...but we didn't want to stay after such a long abandoned wait. But I did want to see that playoff game between the Clippers and Spurs! She took my order and asked if I would like ranch or blue cheese dressing to go w/it and hurriedly place the order! I must say with in 5 minutes our order was ready and she said to wait just a moment for her to add the celery! Horrid service at first, but Brittany made up for it a bit! Would have given a NO Stars at first. but only 2 Stars for Brittany!

The sound was way too loud from the moment we walked in the door. I asked(yelled) the server how can you hear? She agreed it was loud and asked to turn it down. That did NOT happen. Do not come if you want conversation. I could see a group of guys here to watch sports. Was greeted by hostess but couldn't hear them. We heard "bar" and shook our heads yes. Had a couple drinks and to go order. App at table was good.

The place was nice but the service sucked first off the server didn't know the menu we had to tell her what it said on the menu. Her shift was about to end and was rushing us to leave so she can get a tip. My boyfriend is a wct for another Buffalo Wild Wings and it was said that he had to tell her the menu. The girls in there were too busy looking at my boyfriend and not doing there jobs. Never going there again.

I called in my order & was told it would take 15 minutes! I arrived in less then 10 minutes my take out order was ready. Latrell took my order & greeted me when I walked in. He was very friendly!
