This place is good. You walk in and see the meat in the window. It can be very loud. You almost have to yell to carry on a conversation. Food has always been good every time I've eaten here. Service can be poor due to them being really busy. I think I've had to wait the majority of the time before being seated.

Yes, it's a chain restaurant. I get it. However, I'm not a foodie snob. When I want a good steak this is where I go. The kitchen has never screwed up my order. (Knock on wood.) They understand that 'medium' means I want my steak bright pink throughout and hot. Whatever they cook the broccoli in is delicious. The house salads are fresh and come with cheese, tomato, egg, and croutons. The rolls come with whipped cinnamon butter, which is also good. As far as entrees go, nothing here has ever disappointed me. The roasted chicken is juicy. The pork chops are fantastic. And their steaks are really good. Very tender (and naturally so, I can taste when a place artificially tenderizes their meat, TR does not) and cooked perfectly. Adding A1 to one of their steaks should be a crime. The service is excellent as well. On the rare cases that there's been something wrong with an order the waitstaff quickly corrects it, even comping part of the meal on occasion. They keep beverages filled, which has always been a test of a server's attentiveness for me. The prices are reasonable and I eat here whenever I want to have a nice sit-down meal without having to drive to Greenwood Mall.

This is my husband's favorite place to get prime rib. Ordered a full rack of ribs..his meal comes out mine does not. We are informed that ribs aren't printing out on the ticket. Manager stops by and apologizes for the issues and bought my meal. I appreciate the manager taking the time to explain the issue and resolve it.

I've visited other TR's in other states and the food has always been exceptional, but this one was a little off. The food was below fair and my steak was over cooked twice.

We visited for Veteran's Day and were treated awesome! our server was awesome and very efficient. My grandmother was also celebrating her 85th, but didn't want the noise, so he was very kind in honoring her wishes. All she wanted was Texas Roadhouse!

Have been here before when kids want this. Filets are fair.. not as good as other chain steak houses yet cheaper. Susie was great as server. Good place for kids!

For a chain steak house, this location has it together. Food is really good, service is great. If you're looking for a decently priced dinner that doesn't sacrifice quality of the food (and you want to get REALLY full), I recommend this place.

TR has a good menu and reasonable prices. The buns are soft fluffy and sweet. I found a new favorite with the catfish dinner! We have always had great service and the popularity is clear when there was an almost 2 hour wait on Friday night! Great place but not quite worth that long of a wait for me :)

Love this TR, the food is always great (strong drinks, cold salads, hot rolls/dinner selections), service is generally good. My expectations are a little low though since this place is overrun with employees from CGHS. I suggest not going on the weekends because the wait can creep up to 45 minutes.

Wow, it has been a long time since we last ate here, ? Maybe 2 yrs? Josh our waiter was ON IT. Fast, energetic, and yet patient with questions. Salads were very crisp, cold, and refreshing. Caesar dressing is better than most casual restaurants can muster. Perfectly prepared, "Dallas fillets" were the star attraction though, all 3 of us devoured them without any need for adding steak sauce or salt or anything... No scraps or bits left on the plates, meaning no fatty blobs or gristle to fight with! (Yes--I've had that oin more expensive steak places). 93 yr-old MIL said her baked sweet potato was the best she had ever eaten; kudos to the chef(s) in the kitchen on all accounts. Very impressed tonight (Sunday 6pm). Thought it would be waiting line only since parking lot looked pretty full but no waiting, immediately seated. During our chat with the manager who checked on us, we learned that this location is a national training facility, who knew... We will be Back !! Look Out !!

I am not a sirloin fan, but theirs is pretty damn good. All of their steaks have been delicious, as are their sides. I'm not a fan of their chili, but I am pretty picky when it comes to that. For food, I give 4-stars, however the noise-level, birthday shouts, and children everywhere loses a star from me. Definitely call ahead for quick seating!

Don't order a Martini here. They don't know how to make them. Everything else is great.
