I have visited this location several times. I am not a coffee fan, I only get Frappuccino. The service here is prompt and adequate. I do not use the drive thru. I have always found it easier to go inside and get my order. I.double check everything before I leave the premises. Out of principle I don't give 5 stars to chains. This location seems up to par for me. I have not had any of the issues that others report here.
The service at this particular Starbucks is fast and very friendly. I'm never disappointed at how helpful the staff is. When the line is long they have even compensated by giving me my coffee free! This is my favorite Starbucks yet! The inside is clean too and that's important.

Worst Starbucks I visit. I order the same 2 drinks everyday and it always cost $7.09. I've been to this Starbucks 4 times and all 4 times the price was wrong the drinks were wrong. Not once have they put whip in my white chocolate mocha. I complained and I was informed I'm ordering wrong. Hmmm I've ordered the same drinks over 600 times but apparently everyone else is wrong but this Starbucks has it right. Sure

Not one of the better ones! I live right down the road and used to go here often. My first few visits happened to be when hardly anyone was inside and it took too long to get my drinks. The employees were more worried about chatting than doing their jobs. I gave them several other tries though. The last straw was a NASTY restroom and a drink order that was completely off.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I live directly by this location but I drive the 15 min drive over to the 135 location. I've have been through the drive thru maybe 6 times.... Drove off twice after 15 min waits with only 3 or 4 cars in line. Was served tall coffee when ordered grande. And the last time I gave it a shot the lid I was served had red lipstick already on it. I am a male that does not wear lipstick so this was a final straw for me. Stay away.

This is by far the best Starbucks around town, I love it! I pass so many other Starbucks just to get to this one. It's like they're all trained well. To treat customers right! I will continue to make this my Starbucks! Keep up the great work management!

This location is close to my apartment so I regularly visit this location. Its convenient to I-65 as well as most of the Greenwood area. The people here are very friendly. There have been a couple times where my order wasn't correct, but they've always fixed it. I've noticed that the errors have been in the drive thru, so I do recommend with complex orders you go inside verses the drive thru. Its not a 24 hr location anymore, but opens early in the morning and stays open late into the night. The inside has always been clean and a relaxing environment to just hang out with friends or get some work done. For the most part the service is fast, but there are times it seems to take forever. I don't know if it is because they are just really busy, understaffed, or just move at the speed of a turtle.

Ive beenbhere several times, but this is the second time in a row here in the drive thru and can't get a drink order right. Gave me a grande but I know I paid for a venti. Not a fan of the drive thru here. Will drive a couple of extra miles to go to the other location at 135 and main instead from now on.

Close to home and close to the interstate! During rush hour in the morning, expect to wait a while whether inside or out at the drive through. Staff is friendly, products are made well. This location is a little on the small side.

While driving from Louisville to Chicago, I made a stop over here. It's conveniently located next to the interstate near the exit. Quick service, friendly staff and clean store. The coffee tastes as same as every Starbucks coffee tastes. I love Starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The drive thru here can be SSSSSOOOOOO slow. But 24/7 is awesome and as Andrew S. said if you wait to long you might get a free java outta the deal.. but that has only happened once to my dozens of times of waiting 5+ minutes for a cup of joe.

Just like any other Starbucks. It's a light or two away from the Interstate, not yet into downtown Greenwood. Plenty of parking but not enough seating. Place was packed when we went. Bathroom was kept clean. Drink was made perfect.

this has been one of my favorite cafés since it was a 24 hour store. it's not open all night anymore but still a good cafe. clean restrooms and strong wifi signal. recently renovated in a retro design, and the baristas wear vintage style hats and ties. i always stop here when i'm in the area.
