Great place for quick Italian food, love the breadsticks! My favorite meal here is the Penne Romano very tasty! The kids love the pizza very much so it's a win win for everyone! The staff is very nice and super quick at getting your meal to you!

Tired of lack of customer sercice in the food industry. We walked in at 9:26 and no one said a word to us. The line help told management 2x there was customers up front and both times she replied "I know", but never said a word. There was also a employee that was clocked out, and she walked in and out and also never said a word. After 8 mins and drive up window getting the only service we left. People need to remember you can go anywhere and service is the difference maker that brings people back! We come here about 3 to 4 times a month and it would just be nice for a little communication.

For a fast food Italian restaurant, Fazoli's can't be beat. I love their Twice-Baked Lasagna and their breadsticks! They have great food and friendly service. Always a great experience.

Really nice since they remodeled. My only complaint is the don't have Diet Coke. Only caffeine free diet coke on both fountain servers. I mean really? Diet coke is one of the most popular drinks. I need my caffeine. Give us the option Fazoli's!

My family ate here on a Sunday night and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food for 5 people to arrive, in a party of 10. I have three small children, and they were getting very restless. There were two managers arguing in the back about something. A few minutes after our food arrived, the assistant manager came out to apologize and to refund us our full bill, as well as give us a $10 off card for a future visit. He was very sincere. The food we ordered was fresh and the portion sizes were average. The temperature could have been a bit hotter, for my tastes. The quality of the food was quite good, and my wife enjoyed one of the newer baked dishes. The restaurant was clean, and the decor is up to date. I would eat here again, but hope that the service speed improves.

If you want to save a few bucks and still get a quality meal with outstanding service... Then come here. The staff is always welcoming to us and eager to make everyone happy. Food is always tasty and we keep coming back with a smile :-)

I love this place!!!! I know its not exactly gourmet Italian but its cheep and tasty :) Also very yummy breadsticks-pretty similar to Olive Garden. Also the staff was really friendly and the place seemed pretty clean. We used to fave them in Illinois and they closed :( So I'm very happy to be in Indian with yummy Fazolis!!
