This is the Starbucks that I always start my day at and every time they have always gotten my order. When I place an order for a drink to be decaf and soy they will be sure that the drink is able to have those ingredients. I once ordered a chai tea coffee with special instructions and my barista at the time informed me that it would not taste remotely close to the original drink. I order it anyway and despite it tasting horrible, i was warned. (I drank it anyways, bottoms up) They sometimes run out of breakfast items, but there hasn't been a Starbucks that I know of that DOESNT run out of ingredients. So far it has been pleasant on the inside. I advice going in the drive thru during 8:30-10:30 in the morning to avoid the busy line.

I visited this Starbucks while on a roadtrip with a friend. I ordered a earl grey tea with soy milk and 2 pumps of vanilla. When I asked about my drink (to make sure they added the vanilla because it wasn't super sweet) the lady making it made a mean face and replied with a snotty rude comment. I understand you're busy but when someone politely wants to make sure their drink is right before starting a long drive home the least you could do it be polite back.

This Starbucks is insanely busy. Located off I-70 it is the place to go when craving a coffee before or after Indianapolis. Since I travel this interstate often this is the coffee shop for me. Normally the service is good, s-l-o-w but good. Last week was not the case. My order was simple - a grande, decaf vanilla latte. No special instructions. And I waited...and waited...and waited. I looked at the array of mugs, coffee, teas (should have purchased the Tazo mint), pasteries...waited...then finally I hear "Mocha, no foam." Not me. Waited...waited. Then those magical words, "Grande, decaf vanilla latte!" Hooray!! Took a sip - ACK!!!! What is this??? Took another sip. Oh - this is not right. "Excuse me, " I say to the coffee artist, "this does not taste right? Is this the vanilla latte? Our barista is NOT happy. However he finds me amusing and laughs. "Yeah." I go on to tell him it taste really odd, perhaps like Chai. Keep in mind I am being kind here. It tasted like a trash fire. This brings another surly chortle from the barista. Look, misterI just paid $5.00 for a coffee in a paper cup and I must say, the Starbucks experience. If I want to be laughed at I can do that at McD's for $1.00. Actually, McD's will make it right. My daughter tastes the coffee and says it is burnt. Grumbling and never making eye contact mutters he will fix another. So we wait.....and wait....and wait....and wait....dollars to donuts my man used regular coffee this time to get back. No apologies, no pleasantries. Here is your coffee now leave - Nice. Our party returned to the car where we relayed the story to a person who waited in the vehicle. He said his Chai was very weak and not the usual Starbuck standard. Sir - you have no reason to be arrogant. You can't even make coffee.

Coffee is typically good and doesn't differ from the locations across the U.S. However, the lobby is always trashed, I'm not sure when they clean or sweep but can tell you it's not before any of the times I go there. Someone please pick up a broom!

We stop here on Sunday mornings every time we are in town visiting family. Usually it's a long wait and quite crowded but this time we couldn't believe how efficient they were (even though it was crowded)! The people working were friendly and seemed to really know their stuff. We were impressed! My mom has discovered their caramel apple spice drink- I recommend you give that a try sometime for something different.

Excellent staff and service. The place is clean and the drinks are well prepared. The restrooms can get nasty since they're unisex so make sure you visit the whizz palace at home before heading here.

Great place as we passed through this part of the country. Very nice baristas and clean, well tended to bathrooms.

This is -hands down- the best Starbucks I've ever been to (and I do Starbucks 5+ times a week). They give consistently excellent service and beverages. I love that they uphold the Starbucks ideal!!!

This Starbucks, the first I encounter on I-70 on my way to Indy, is normally pretty decent as far as Starbucks go - fast service, drinks made to order, unusually speedy drive-thru - but my last two trips have been a bit disappointing. You know how at some restaurants, you figure out pretty quick that if you want your steak done medium, you have to order it a cooking temperature above or below what you actually want? Apparently this is now the way the Greenfield Starbucks handles their sizing system. The last two times, I've ordered venti-sized drinks (one an iced chai, one a water) and gotten talls. Hm. Also, if you're going to advertise something on your menu board at the drive-thru, wouldn't it stand to reason that you'd want to make sure you stock your restaurant with enough supply to meet the demand? I tried to order one of those Fruit and Cheese Plates yesterday, based on the lovely picture featured on the drive-thru board, and was given the run-around by a very ditzy girl who first told me they didn't have any, then informed me that the plate and the venti - er, tall water I ordered would cost $8.32, then giggled and said, "Oops! We don't have any! We go through those really fast here!" I contemplated asking her to correct the water situation, but decided it wasn't worth it. I'll probably continue to stop here, as it's convenient, but consistent it ain't.

Remembering this place from stopping there the previous month on my way through. I wanted to stop and get my coffee refilled. I was told by the girl at the counter that it was against the health code to take a used cup across the counter. So, I left and as driving down the road considered that the health codes of this state can not be so different from other places and having gotten refills at many other Starbucks, I called back to speak with a manager. I buy a cup in the morning and stop at a Starbucks further down the road to get a refill, until today this has never been a problem. I am quite clear, NOW, that it will surely bankrupt this Starbucks to refill a cup that was purchased at a sister store 1-2 hrs earlier. The manager wanted to know what places I had gotten refills before, so he could call them and make sure they were on the same page as him. But HA, I was not born last night. I was born some days prior and have already experienced good customer relations when I see it. So good luck if you chose to partake of this places services.
