Unfortunately I have to give this location 1 star. Popeyes is great but this location needs to get its act together. Today I waited in the drive-through line for almost 20 minutesOnly for them to get the order wrong... Good thing I checked before I left the parking lot. I've been to this location when they were out of french fries! How does a fast food restaurant run out of french fries?I know this location has only been open for about a month but they've got to learn how to make things work. Until then I'll just go up the road to KFC.

We finally tried this location, since we have enjoyed the Carmel one many times. However, we got home from the drive thru and my son didn't get his Mac n cheese (all I ordered him). Soooo frustrating. I took my receipt back later since I don't like being charged for stuff, not getting it and then having to make my son something else! This was supposed to be a fun treat! I explained to the cashier that it wasn't the $ but the principle. She didn't apologize and yelled to the manager about getting my money back. He barely apologized and that was it. First and last time to this location

Great place for fried chicken and red beans with rice. The mild does not have very much flavor or seasoning. The spicy however is packed with flavor and very little heat. From manager to the counter employees everyone is very friendly and want to help . Glad to see we now have a real chicken place in Fishers.

FINALLY! Popeyes has returned to Indiana and so close to my house. Service was great and my order was ready quickly without errors. Everything tasted fresh and was hot. No downside to my visit whatsoever. Will definatrlh be returning to this location.

On opening weekend, this restaurant hired a security firm to prevent traffic entering their shared parking lot from the neighboring Graeters and City BBQ. The traffic flowed in the same direction and would have caused no issues, but they wanted to prove they were in charge. As the guard stated, 'that was their day, and wasn't for people from City BBQ (Graeters wasn't open yet) to drive through'. So, instead of keeping traffic flowing, they forced cars to turn around in an area that is barely two lanes wide and was full of other cars and pedestrians. From the other reviews I've read, that guard actually did me a favor by preventing us from eating there. On a side note, does anyone know if Popeye's ever paid all of the back sales tax that their restaurants owed? That is what caused all of the one's in Indy to be shut down a few years ago. This place is just another eyesore adding to the already congested traffic. I'll be glad to see it gone.

Shrimp was not good. You couldn't taste the shrimp. The green beans were over cooked and horrible. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The biscuit was salty and tasted over processed. I did like the bread on the po boy. I won't be back.

The food was good. Was disappointed because they were out of sweet tea and out of coke in the dining room. The tables were dirty and the floor needed swept, customer service was decent and the guy that took our order was nice and helpful.

This is the slowest 'fast food' place I have ever been. Waiting on our food now for 25 minutes.... Still here so I am not quite sure how much longer it will take, but 25 min sure isn't quick.

This location is a little slow but not anything out of the ordinary for the fast food places in the area. Food has been delicious and if I ever had a problem, Melissa has handed it very professional and fast.

Very clean and modern looking Popeye's. Had no idea it was here until I drove by. There was nothing wrong with the food other than it wasn't what I ordered...specifically said a fish and shrimp combo and they rang me up for (and fulfilled) a Cajun fish combo. So yeah...definitely need some work at this location still but no issues with fresh or timely food. And everyone was exceptionally polite and friendly.

Poorly ran. Employees completely unsanitary and apathetic. Touching their heads and faces while boxing food. Removing their hats over opened food containers. "Threatening" to walk out on the job. Manager was meek and completely non effective. Actually sweeping the booths while all the chaos is going on in the kitchen and serving area. Observed all this in the 10-15 minutes I waited for our meal. If you decide to go here, make sure you watch how they prep and bag your food. Dare not go through the drive thru. I was completely disgusted and refused the 50% of next visit coupon. Got a refund and not looking back.

I ordered 8-pieces family meal with MILD chickens and GREEN BEANS through the drive-thru. Drum rolls, please..... And I got SPICY chickens with BEANS AND RICE. wow! My KIDS have decided that will be the last time we'll go there. Smh.

Food is usually pretty good, but the service is ridiculously slow. We gave them a pass the first couple of times because the location is new. This time we waited for food for over 20 minutes. We won't be back.
