We have gone to this Wendy's since it first opened as we live nearby. The staff turns over pretty frequently it seems. It is pretty clean but still new. The service is consistently.....um, inconsistent. It is pretty harmless stuff but irritating nonetheless. Mixed up orders and a missing fry from time to time. We have grown accustomed to the botched orders so we always check and about every third or fourth order need to have something corrected. Sometimes they nail it perfectly. It's a crap shoot. Why do we still go? Because we like Wendy's and the standard we hold fast food restaurants up to is pretty low.

I stopped in to get a small bite to eat so I ordered a Broccoli Cheese Baked Potato, a small Frosty and a soft drink. When I finally found a clean table to sit at, I noticed the potato was old and shrivelled up. So I ate the broccoli and cheese off of it and the rest of the potato was dry, burnt and the skin was peeling away from the meat of the potato. So I finished my Frosty and took the potato back to the counter (that nobody was working at) and the man who I assume was the manager saw me and told me to hold on a minute. Finally the girl who took my order showed up and I asked her how long did she think my potato had been cooked? She saw it and she must have known why I was standing there because it was so obvious that the potato had been cooked many hours ago, and she said that the potatoes are supposed to be thrown out after two hours if they haven't been sold. So I asked her if this potato looked more than two hours old? She said that it did and that she would get me another one. I thanked her and said I didn't want anymore. How can a girl working the counter know that the potato was too old to serve but whoever cut it and poured cheese and broccoli on it didn't know that? You don't need to lie to me and tell me that it was a mistake. I'm guessing that you people serve a ton of food that is "too old" to serve but nobody cares. The customers who settle for the nasty food you serve are to blame. We have been getting nasty food for years and we just expect it now. If we were to get a fresh hamburger or a fresh potato, we would probably think something was wrong. $2.99 for a Brocolli and cheese potato (that probably cost you less than .25) is highway robbery and idiots like myself continue to let companies like Wendy's rape us. I don't eat fast food often but I used to think Wendy's was the lesser of all the evil companies, but now I see that you all don't care about serving good quality, fresh food. All you care about is saving money. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew what Wendy's has become. Shame on you.

It's a Wendy's like any other, but the staff is very friendly. The girl at the counter asked her supervisor about giving us a military discount, which the store didn't offer. They apologized for it, which was very nice of them. I'm not one to look for things like that, but it was nice to have it mentioned. We declared that Wendy's hates America (not true, at least to my knowledge) and we all had a laugh about it. Large Frosty's are win, whether its full price or not.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Their service was slow and terrible. It took them 20 mins to make my food and the cashier did not knew what she was doing. She kept opening burgers that were prepared because she did not know what they were. Her grubby dirty hands that have been touching people's money. The food was okay, but not worth the wait and possible dirtiness.

Waited 15 mins while they tried to fix cash register. Finally got a cool burger and what seem to be last nights fries. Try some place else.

Filthy. None of the tables were clean, there was food all over the dining room floor, and the women's restroom had evidently not been cleaned in days. There was a fly on the front counter when we walked up to eat. The food was freshly made and met general fast food expectations, but the environment was so dirty that we were all hoping we didn't get sick.
