It's BW3, same as all of them for the most part. I dolt mind big crowds nor noise levels. Never bothers me as I have a 3 1/2 year old so it helps drown out his loudness at times. Will start by when we first walked in. There was no hostess at the podium but a waitress instead. She asked how many and just acted like she was doing something until the hostess actually arrived. When the hostess arrived she was struggling as well. I saw at least 4 empty tables we could have been seated at but instead they make us stand there looking crazy (never telling us it will be a moment) while they clean off a table. Ok. Whatever. We finally get seated and browse the menu. Waitress asks for out drink order. Two sweet teas and a water. Holy crap, I love tea! It's my favorite besides coke. This tea was so nasty and bitter I couldn't drink it. It was horrible so I ordered a coke. Now, down to the food. Let me start by saying the actual flavor of my wings were good. Not great by any stretch but they were good. However, the hardness of them were a bit much. It was sort of like they were made that morning and sat out under a heating lamp ALL day. Extremely tough. Now, I wouldn't complain so much if I got this service, this less than mediocre food for less than $40 bucks! Also, just have to throw this in because it's all I thought about the rest of the meal. Ever watch impractical jokers? There is an episode where one guy has to act like he works at a restaurant. Well, he waits on these guys and then goes over to check on them. Except, he lingers. The most uncomfortable lingering you can imagine. We got to experience this first hand. We are in the middle of eating and this is the most uncomfortable thing while eating, is when your waitress just stands there watching you...

Great atmosphere for games but waiting 1 hour plus for fried food is kinda lame. The server was nice though.

Are you the kind of person who wants to drink cold beer and each chicken wings while being surrounded on all sides by 31 flavors of ESPN broadcasting sports and people talking about sports? If so, you'll probably like Buffalo Wild Wings! I'm not, particularly, but the place isn't bad. I've had a few flavors of the sauces they offer for the buffalo wings over the years and they've always been pretty good. I've never gone for the uber-hot, but one of our party did and ended up in tears. The server offered to go get him milk that they keep in the back for just such occasions. He refused out of pride which was likely the right choice amongst our group. I wouldn't call the food great, but it will fill your stomach and you can always look around and argue about something on one of the many, many TV's.

A bit pricey but I love their traditional wings, hot. Their fried pickles are a bit too dilly? Servers are always friendly.

Food is never bad when I go here. It is hard to mess up wings and fries. The worst part is the service though, it takes forever to get a refill and the food takes at least 45 min to get to your table when it's a mid day lunch week.

We went for lunch today, got there before the crowd did. We placed our order and the server repeated it back to us correctly. It arrived and I started eating, two boneless wings in, I realize I was served medium not mild sauce as ordered. When the server finally came back to check on us, I reported the error. She offered to replace it with the correct item in a to-go box as the rest of my party had finished their meal. We got the bill and she had not adjusted the wings off as she said she would. She sent the manager over who proceeded to question us as to whom made the error- the server or us. Then the manager complained that now she had to pay for two orders because THEY made an error. We left the proffered replacement and expressed our displeasure in the tip. Never have we been so badly treated here.

I'm sorry the AC vent above was dripping down to the seat below at my table and the waitress was almost pushy with how fast she was talking. This is the only time I've ever had an issue with Buffalo wild wings. Normal they have a great staff and good food, and it's a great place to come watch a game with friends. Not this time, and this was the first time I've been to this one. It may be the last. Fix the ac vent so it does not drip on your customers.

This is a decent place to catch a game and grab some traditional pub style food.

It's a BW3, same as most. The service was good, the food was hot, and the beer was cold.

My favorite wings! Lots of sauces to choose from. This is the best place to eat and drink beer after work. Lots of bar seating and TV's to watch.

Sunday, for the beginning of football season, the other half and I were looking for some place to go and watch the game. After many phone calls searching for a watering hole with DirectTV (we NEEDED that Pat's game!) I remembered that on our one previous visit Buffalo Wild Wings had a ton of TV's so off to their website we went. Wild Wings is advertising a promo called "Tablegating" for the football games; essentially inviting the world to join them for all of the games so off we went. We arrived around 12:30 for our 1pm game and found seats at the bar. Listed on each of the televisions was which game would be playing so that you could choose the seat closest to 'your" game. Our bartender (Nate) acknowledged us quickly and we grabbed a couple of menus. Neither of us had eaten so we went with two separate appetizers. I ordered the Nachos and he ordered the popcorn shrimp. The nachos were a good size- not the monster nachos that you see at many restaurants- but enough that we could share if we were having a meal. Covered with just enough chili, queso and lettuce with pico and salsa on the side (they generally come with jalapenos but I ordered mine without) to get some on each bite-the nachos held up while I nibbled without getting soggy. The peppercorn and garlic popcorn shrimp comes accompanied by fries and the dipping sauce of your choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of both shrimp and fries. The shrimp is standard fried shrimp but has just enough bite from the peppercorn that you get a good flavor without dipping. The sauce is a choice of any of their wing sauces so the variety there is vast. Our bartender kept my mango lemonade refilled without request and checked on the other half before he finished each beer- which is always good. He was handling the service bar as well as his own bar which could have gotten hairy but he was very efficient and kept his momentum going. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and we have found a place that not only welcomes, but encourages customers to come and stay for the game. We will be back.

Typical BW3. Good service good food. Lots of TV's to watch sports. Gets very crowded on big sporting events. Get there early.

I've seriously started to dread coming in here. The last 2 or 3 times I cannot seem to get even half decent service. This time, our order took so long to come out that the table that was sat 20 minutes AFTER us got their food first. Then, when it all finally did come out, my poor son's fries were half burned and my Buffalo Chips were MIA. I don't tend to complain about service when it's a busy Friday night... I've been there. I understand. But when your dining room is not even 25% full, there's really no excuse. After my server finally came around to see how it all was, and I let him know my chips were missing, he said they'd be out in 2 minutes. After my meal was over... they showed up at the table. Oh well. Just another shove towards eating strictly at Locally Owned and Operated only. See ya franchise!

Nice friendly server. Place was busy as there was an IU basketball game going on. Food still came out fast and fresh! My only complaint is my same complaint most places. 5 bucks for a beer??? Comeon Man!

All I can say is, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Flatbread! Wowzers, my mouth just smiled as I typed that. Oh and you cant leave without having BW3's Onion Rings...classic! My mouth is watering now! :)

I hate to say it, but it's only subpar yet I still come here. My son loves wings and I love beer and football so it's great for that. My favorite item on the menu doesn't exist any longer so that makes me sad. That was a molten queso dip. This most recent visit we split the sampler which included wings, onion rings, nachos and cheese sticks. I think it's a pretty good deal and good finger foods for football watching and beer drinking. There was a wait Saturday night at this location probably due to IU playing and then the Pacers played. Usually, it hasn't been that busy when I went though. My waitress was pretty sucky, unfortunately. She had three tables the entire time I was there and all of our drinks were empty for a while and everyone seemed to be pretty fed up with her service.

Great food. Special apple cider chicken sandwich was actually quite an awful taste but all of the other items were great.

Normally when I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings location, I'm pretty satisfied with the food and service. On my recent visit, however, I was sorely disappointed. I think the only BWW where I've always had great service and food was probably the Shelbyville Road location in Louisville. Not Dixie for sure, and now this location has reduced my desire to dine there. On my most recent visit (tonight), I was seated fairly quickly at around 11:45pm. Around 11:50pm, my server showed up to take my drink order. He left and returned very soon after to see if I was ready to order. I told him I only needed about two minutes. I was ready about a minute later. Literally (yes, I do literally mean literally), he never returned. I was very hungry. I just went ahead and occupied myself with some work while I waited. As the minutes ticked on, I wondered just how long it might be before my order was taken. At one point I decided that I would finish working, and just leave and go someplace else to eat, although it was now extremely late. Finally, at 12:30 am (yes, a full 40 minutes later), I was able to get my hostess/seater's attention, and she came over to my table. I asked if she knew whether my server was still there. She said that he had two very large parties seated outside, which he was serving. I told her that it had been about 40 minutes since he had been at my table, and that he never took my order. She (Victoria) told me that she would take my order. I decided I would go ahead and order. Victoria took my order, and my food was served promptly. I ordered the black bean burger with a side salad. The salad was fresh and tasty. The burger was "o.k.". Normally, there is some kind of sauce that is served with the burger. There was none with the burger, nor on the side. On the salad, there was one red onion slice in a complete circle, and a very long red onion slice shaped in a huge "V" spread across the salad. It just did not look right, so I removed it. Once I had finished my meal, it was nearly closing time, and I asked to speak with the manager. I would have ordered dessert, but it was now closing time. The manager, Winston, came over, and I explained to him what had been the problem. He apologized profusely, and also accepted partial responsibility, though I did not feel he was at fault at all. He asked me if I might hang around for a minute and he would give me some incentive. He returned soon with some coupons for free snack size wings. The thought was nice, but unfortunately they are useless to me--I'm vegetarian. I thanked him, and accepted the coupons so as not to seem ungrateful for the attempt at making things better.
