I just recently moved in to this area and was on the hunt for some decent Chinese take out. I originally avoided this place because of reviews. And tried all the others in the surrounding areas first. My mistake. I'm kind of sad that I did that, as this has turned into my favorite goto for "American" Chinese food. I actually have been a repeat since the first time earlier in the week I enjoyed it so much. I typically judge these places on the main courses, side courses, and of course the egg rolls. Thus far the main courses have hit the spot for me(Gen Tso, Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken). I also find their fried rice very enjoyable for my taste when getting take out. Their service is fast. Everytime I have called it's been during their lunch time. 5 minutes. Love it. Also the lady working the counter is super friendly. I definitely enjoy a quick, friendly conversation with places I tend to frequent.

These guys are always good. Very consistent and predictable which is good with Chinese restaurants. The hubs and I always order Chinese and he picks it up. Lately, I've been big on their broccoli and shrimp with fried rice, but sometimes the shrimp smells less than appetizing, so I end up taking it off most of the time. My husband really enjoys their chow mein and we both love their wontons, although I think they are using a different recipe now and it's not as good as what they used to make, but still delish! Ming's Wok is our go-to when we want Chinese and we've rarely been disappointed. Get a combo platter - it comes with fried rice and an egg roll :)

Love the sesame chicken and lo mein, However it says on their window sign they deliver and they don't! I would rate higher if they weren't false advertising.

My wife and I have been ordering from here for two years and it's the best delivery in the area. If you're not into typical delivery Chinese then this place isn't for you. Sweet and Sour dishes and fried rice are out favorites. The rib tips are good to.

I'm done with this place. The food is mediocre on a good day. I've tried giving them chances but I'm done. I ordered General Tso's, extra spicy. It was drowning in sauce and was mushy. It wasn't spicy at all. My fried rice was under cooked, severely. The owner isn't welcoming at all. The service is horrid. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It's bad. More breading than meat. Frozen Chinese food, it's a cookie cutter pop up Chinese restaurant.

Over priced and nothing special. Won't be ordering here again. Its like one of those typical Chinese places where they just load it up with vegetables and go light in the chicken/meat. You can always tell when you order cashew chicken and it's mostly celery and about 10 cashews.

Right next to our home, quick and efficient. Nothing to write home about but great for fast Chinese take out.

Trust the reviews. Just moved to the area, and was craving Chinese food. Despite all the reviews, I still decided to go there. What a mistake! First, I got there at noon and started looking at lunch menu, the lady rudely told me, that I can't order lunch on Sunday's. Huh?! Ok. I ordered shrimp, it came out super fast, I asked for extra soy sauce and duck sauce, she again rudely responded it was in the bag. Ok then! I come home and there is no sauce at all! The egg roll (will have to agree with previous reviewer) was completely tasteless and soggy (mmmm that soy sauce could have somewhat saved it, oh wait, there is no soy sauce). The meal... The rice was yellow (confirming the previous reviewer), the flavor was ok, it had chunks of pork which was gross. The pork tasted like it was boiled, no crispiness. The shrimp meal.... Hmmm where do I start, the sauce was so thick and gooey, I think he just poured a bottle of hoisin sauce and that was it. The veggies were so soggy, almost inedible. I gave two stars, because I am sure there are worse places, but probably that's overrated. Should have been one. So when in doubt, and most reviews are negative, don't experiment and try it for yourself. Just go somewhere else.

Totally gross. Will never eat here again. Ugh. I can scrape better food off the bottom of my shoe. It's really hard to mess up Chinese food, but this place has it covered. There are other places in Carmel if you want something good.

Possibly the best General Tso's I've had in Indy. I think I'm really started to see a trend in my Chinese fooding. I need to branch out, I know. The General's lunch combo is bountiful, and comes with a couple crab rangoon that are top notch. Also, some broccoli which I appreciate for some color and psuedo-healthiness. Careful though, because the rangoon come piping enough to burn a layer of skin off the top of your mouth. I suggest giving them a couple minutes to cool off. Anyway, I'm glad this place exists. Go to there.

Tried this on a whim, food is very bland. I ordered orange chicken, hot and sour soup, and crab rangoon and quite honestly the only thing I liked was the crab rangoon. Soup wasn't hot, tasting nor temperature. I would probably order again if my normal place was closed.

Prompt service, wide variety of dishes and friendly service with reasonable prices. Chinese carry, eat in or delivery. What more does one expect?

Yum! This place is awesome! The inside is clean, service was friendly and the food came out fast. Like the other reviewer, I got the General Tso's and I have to agree that it is the best I have had. The chicken was tender and had just enough kick to it. This is definitely my new go-to Chinese place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
