Chipotle is a great quick service option and this location is no exception. Jeremy M's review basically nails it. Not the fastest service but the workers are friendly and they make great food! Expect long lines if you go there on the weekends but it is worth the wait even if it there is a line out to the entrance.

I had been given a gift card to Chipotle Grill. I went on August 14th 2015 at approximately 8 PM. I ordered the steak burrito and added guacamole. I noticed that my server's pans were very low on rice, both brown and white, and the steak cubes were pretty low also... She was scraping the bottom of the barrel to put my burrito together. My steak burrito came to $10.50. The guacamole, I found out, was two dollars - 20% of the cost of my expensive burrito was for a small measured serving of guacamole! Really!? AYFKM? Every time I encountered one of the steak cubes in my burrito, they were tough and chewy and I actually ended up having to spit them out. As I continued "eschewing" the tough steak cubes, I realized I had been served a completely unacceptable burrito, especially considering the $10 and 50 Cent cost. I debated going up to the counter and complaining, maybe I should've done it, but I didn't. I found it very annoying that Chipotle Grill does not have a ground beef option... I find that to be incredulous. Chipotle Grill is supposed to be so careful and well known for the quality of their ingredients, and I found the quality control for this visit was completely unacceptable, At least at this location for that particular night. I will burn out the remaining $14.50 left on my gift card at another location of the Chipotle Grill and provide a review - Hopefully, I will have a better experience to relate! If I have anything resembling the low-quality of this visit again you better believe I will be marching to see the manager on duty.

Chipotle is what I crave these days. Its all about the salads! I absolutely love the dressing. I am not a fan of chunks of raw onion and it in all of their salsas. So for me I get a bed of lettuce with white rice, black beans, chicken & cheese. And then they give you that amazing dressing on the side!!! Its perfect. If you are not a salad person you can pick from many different options tacos burrito or a burrito bowl. They have chicken steak pork or grilled veggies. They have brown or white rice. And choice of beans, black or pinto. They have 4 different salsas that range from mild to hot. They also have sour cream and guacamole. But the guacamole cost extra. They also have chips and salsa or guacamole. And they have the normal 8 fountain Coke machine. I am not a fan of the new 130+ choice ones. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

Empty with nobody in line and had to wait over a minute for one of the 7 employees to acknowledge me. Ordered a salad to go with guacamole, paid and left. Food was fine except the guacamole wasn't guac, it had 3 huge pieces of hard avocado I couldn't cut through. Those 3 pcs were over half of the scoop of guac she put in the bowl. Meh...

Good food, bad service. Good luck getting someone to ring up your order, typically they find five other things to do before they take your money. Thanks for letting my food get cold tonight, Hailey...

I used to work at a Chipotle, so I tend to have some pretty high standards when it comes to the world of quick-service burritos (heck, one of the reasons my wife and I moved to Avon as opposed to another of the 'burbs is because they have a Chipotle). I know how it should be done and can easily spot when it isn't being done right. That said, I give this particular location 4 of 5 stars. Their line is usually clean, most of the items fresh, and the store neat and well kept. Really, the only area in which they tend to fall flat is speed. Even a short line seems to throw them off their game and I find myself thinking back to the days when I did their job more efficiently than they're managing. But that's a small gripe. I go often and plan to continue to do so (but all the while praying they aren't busy).

Can't go wrong with this place. There are tables outside, so you can always enjoy the nice weather and good food together

Not the quickest Chipolte I have been to however it is still a good quality restraunts. Workers are friendly and the food is amazing. Fresh and cooked to perfection. And the employees are great as they will let you try a sample of something if you are debating on what type of meat you would like.

My boyfriend and I love Chipotle. We love burritos of any kind, as a matter of fact. This Chipotle is not the best one I have been to, but the vast majority of the time, the food and customer service are wonderful. Last night was my only bad experience. I came in 20 minutes before closing, and things were in a bit of disarray. I completely understand this, because I have worked in food service more than any other job. I absolutely hate coming in to a restaurant within the last half hour, because I know how it feels to serve customers when I could be prepping to close up shop. My issue is with the girl with the green (teal?) stripe in her hair. I was not my best last night, but I was nowhere near a nightmare customer. I complained a bit too much, and was very frustrated to find out they had no guac left. One of the employees turned to another and said they shouldn't have taken the sign down, as they had been out of guac for a while. I turned to my boyfriend and jokingly said this was the worst Chipotle experience I had ever had. I didn't think I said it loud enough for anyone to hear, but next thing I know, this girl is going off on me. She then made the excuse that the guac had only been gone for five minutes, and that it wasn't their fault. If my night was bad, this made it worse. It put me on edge for the rest of the night. I understand running out of ingredients, but you shouldn't tell a customer a bold-faced lie. You never know when you will get caught. If there is anything I value most, it is good customer service, even in the face of a tough customer. If I were the worst customer I ever had to deal with, I would feel blessed. I think the girl with the stripe in her hair needs some lessons in customer service.

I love Chipotle but here is why they do not get 5 stars from me. Their restaurants are far too small for the volume that they do. I have never been that it was not cramped and packed, it takes far too long to get up to the counter and order. We were there Saturday Afternoon January 17th and it took us 30 minutes to get to the counter to order. Normally we have a good experience with the staff but today a hispanic girl rolled her eyes when i told her that i did not want that blood wrenched steak and i needed well done. I am sure they were busy, but it appeared as if they just chopped the steak up and threw it on the line without cooking it. So after rolling her eyes she said it will be 4 minutes for well done. I said not a problem. I got my bowl as usual and it was awesome. Toppings are always fresh and tasty. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and it too was awesome although i had to wait a long time to get it. The guy had a very hard time getting it unstuck from the aluminum foil he had put it in to cook it which i will assume that happened because he probably forgot about it being in there but it still was awesome. They have coke products which i loathe. so to wrap it up we need bigger locations, friendlier staff and a choice between coke and pepsi would be nice. if it is going to cost $30 bucks for 2 people to eat in a fast food joint service should always come with a smile. guacamole is to die for here and they know this that is why it is on the pricey side. I dont eat here that often because i can get the same great food with table service for about the same price next door at on the border.

A+++++ They deliver the exact Chipotle experience one would come to expect. It is well managed and they are pretty generous with their toppings. They have the standard industial decor and an outside seating area as well!

Had take out tonight. This place used to be my favorite place to eat out regularly. It has really gone down hill. Portions are smaller, food doesn't taste as good. Employees look like they all just got out of jail or rehab. What has happened here??

Food was great as usual but the place was a mess! Food on the floor, no forks, tables not clean. The guy taking orders looked like he hadn't slept in days and was miserable being there. Food isn't the only thing people see. If the place is gross who wants to eat there?

Great fresh, organic, locally grown veggies plus antibiotic and steroid free meats from local farms. Good menu with vegetarian offerings, also.

Organic, fresh, top of the line food...I could eat it every day of the week. Their romaine lettuce and guacamole are fantastic.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
