This store is very hit or miss. Either the line is out the door, but they get my drink right, or there is no line at all, but the can't seem to make my drink correct. I have called corporate a few times complaining that this store needs additional training. My drink is not very hard, but some people just can't seem to count the number of shot correctly, or know the difference between skim and whole milk.

Average service and quality for a Starbucks. The success of your drink order entirely depends on which barrista is working. They're all generally nice people, but the attention to detail is not consistent. Sometimes the staff here gets a bit too "fun-loving" for my tastes; I'm glad they're having a good time, but at 7:30am, I'm not always in the mood for constant wisecracking and witty banter. Especially when one or two of the employees can get seriously LOUD...

Um, please get my order remotely right, shouldn't take 10 minutes. I was out here (in the burbs) for a couple weeks, and this Starbucks became my go-to for those pesky hour or so of down time I had. Clearly, the people who work here have personality, yada yada yada, but can't seem to get an order right the first time. And they make no apology about making you wait for your correct drink. It's not really "funny" that you can't remember a drink order. I don't find it amusing. Um, not really acceptable.

I decided to chill with some of my buddies here since it's the closest Starbucks around. Afternoon time, not busy.. Once again, service isn't really friendly. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, and I asked for no whipped cream and skim milk instead. I remembered that the drinks are a little bit too sweet for me, so I then added that I wanted less sugar. Girl seems a little annoyed, and asks the barista (who is a guy), "hey, could you do 2 pumps instead of 3 pumps?" Barista answers, "no" Maybe I'm expecting a little bit too much from these people? I understand that it may make the drink taste more bitter, but at least you could explain why you said "no"?

Always a great cup of whatever you want and they have the best baristas here. They crack me up.

It's a Starbucks what more do you need to know?

This location is friendly and they got my s sister's order right, but it took 10 minutes to get her coffee! There were 2 people before us and about 3-4 people behind us in line, almost all of which were served before us. Perhaps they should make the orders in the order they came in.

Bottom line: a smile and a friendly tone is all that's missing to help justify a $5 coffee. We were here on 2/8/15 and watched the most unmotivated employee ever while she was half-heartedly cleaning the glass entry door. Had a perma-scowl and made the door nastier than it was before the cleaning.

Per my hard hitting quick tip, this SBux is teeny bopper busy. LOTS of jail bait young ladies and I think I figured out why: Super hot kid working the counter. I mean, he wasn't for me, as I'm approaching 30 (f*ck) and frankly, I'd rather have a minty iced green tea over some fancy barista butt-boy. Sorry folks, but Chris Hansen gon have to wait another day to offer me iced tea (why is it always iced tea?) Anyway, nothing statutory here- I'm just in for an venti iced green tea (unsweetened). And how was it? Well, let me just say, that boy's got a lot more going for him than eight 12 year olds ordering mocha frapps with extra shots in their drink (hopefully not a euphemism). That boy's got a real future in the beverage business. Thanks for the perfect pick-me-up... and for making sure that 'X' in Sbux stands for something.

I've always thought the staff here was pretty unfriendly but came here because it was the only place around. However, now that there's a Panera at the other end of the strip mall there is no reason to stop in here. Staff chew each other out in front of customers. No wonder no one here seems friendly. It's awkward to overhear and it just slows things down even more.

Starbucks typically has a friendly staff and comforting atmosphere, however this location is wanting in both of these areas. This Starbucks is super close to my house, but I'll drive the extra 15-20 minutes to not feel like I'm inconveniencing someone by ordering a coffee.

Least favorite Starbuck's ever! Every time I go into this location it seems like the staff is crabby and put out with my order. Been a gold card holder for a LONG time. I did give two stars because last two breve latte's have been great.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They are always understaffed, and often mess up my drink because of this.

Very helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my coffee. The cashiers were excellent. It was 2 young men and they made a great team. The person that made my drink looked mad. He needs a drink.

After waiting in line at a hot and trendy restaurant, and then indulging in a belly busting brunch, I came home. I crashed. I had things to do. Starbucks' Mocha Coconut Frappucino came to my rescue. I forgot about this sweet summer treat! It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon. There's no drive-thru, so I went inside to order and sat at a table outside while listening to some "Fu-Gee-La," transporting me back to 1996 - the good old days! There's lots of room to sit and work inside, and one larger table for groups. This location is pretty convenient if you're shopping in the area, but without a drive-thru it's not on my radar for my work commute pick-me-up.

I will never go back to this location. I guess the cashier wasn't awake yet. She gave me major attitude when I was trying to decide what I wanted. I also had a coupon on my account but hadn't printed it. She didn't want to look on my card to see the code. She was clearly annoyed. I was so disappointed. I almost walked out but I was buying time between other things I had to do. I was there early in the morning around 630. What a bad experience. A smile goes a long way when you are servicing customers. Management needs to look into their employees. If I was mystery shopping... She would have failed big time. My sandwich was way too hot to eat. By the time it cooled.. It was tough and messy in the packaging. Again... I'm never going back to this location. I have two stars because its Starbucks. I didn't need to hold all of them responsible.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house but also my least favorite location. Really slow and not very friendly. Most of the employees are familiar faces so I'm not sure why the service is still so slow. One of the managers (I think) - very tall, older female - does not handle the stress of long lines very well. She barks orders at other employees and demands orders from customers. Not sure I have ever heard her say please or thank you.

The ladies that work here in the morning are the absolute sweetest and happiest people! Incredible how kind and warm they are considering how early and busy it is. My daughter goes to a school super close to here. After I drop her off I usually mosey on over to grab a tea and work on my coursework for the next 2.5 hours. A pleasant 2.5 hours it is indeed! Many thanks ladies for making my day a little bit brighter

It's a rare occasion that I make it into a starbucks, and this experience really was memorable. I think both guys behind the counter were named... Joe? One thing that irks me more than anything else is being forced into a 'small talk' conversation with someone behind the counter, which you can tell they don't want to be having either. You can tell they've got the queue card with 5 things like 'So what do you have planned for the weekend?' that they have to use, per upper management. This was not one of those robots. THIS starbucks experience was the saving grace of humanity. The guy behind the counter was super chatty, down to earth, and you could tell he just loved meeting new people and giving a good customer experience. Yay starbucks!

Since Karen the original manager was transferred, this place has gone down hill.
