This Starbucks gets 4 stars in my book. I ordered quickly and easily and received my drink quickly. In the time I was inside, I managed to use the restroom. It was clean and tidy. There's tons of outside seating space, so that was really nice (had I had the time to use it). I arrived at 9:30 am and there wasn't a ton of parking. Probably a quarter of the lot was full and it seemed like most of the parking was for the Starbucks. I would hate to get a drink there on a weekend in peak hours.

The coffee was typical this morning, but the staff lacked any sort of energy or pep that Starbucks is often known for. The woman at the counter wouldn't look directly at customers and kept looking around like she was bored. She sighed loudly and seemed irritated by any questions or special requests. She acted this way toward every customer I saw her with, not just with me. I wouldn't have known my drink was done if I hadn't been watching for it because it was placed on the counter without a word. Overall, it was a little stuffy in there...

Great Starbucks if you are in Town Square shopping center walking around. Can be inconvenient if you are trying to stop really fast for a cup of coffee. No drive through and the parking isn't a normal parking lot.

I enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks. The gentlemen that made my coffee and rang up my drink were very sweet, and patient as I decided what to order. As much as I love the layout at this particular location, there's not a lot of indoor seating when it's raining outside. Aside from that, I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

If I'm running ahead of schedule in the morning, I can hit up the Starbucks in Lisle, well the drive thru. The morning rush always has a good 4-5 cars ahead of you in line, but they're very efficient. This morning I was running on schedule to leave and thought I'd run into Dunkin Donuts since I pass two on the way to work, but I was thinking ... I've got this starbucks gift card!!! So I asked good ol' Siri where the nearest Starbucks was and she reminded me there was one in Wheaton Town Square. I've been to Town Square many times, but never been in Starbucks. This isn't your "run in & out" kind of place. For starters, even at 8:15 am before the other stores open, parking isn't fantastic. Again, running ON schedule to work, I walked in and was reminded of the starbucks I would frequent when I worked at the loop...line at the counter to order, longer line waiting for their custom drinks. Thankfully I was just getting coffee and running out and not customizing anything today. The line was moving, it was rather quick for getting coffee or anything non-custom. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - in fact, there were a lot of people just hanging out here already at 8:15am, which explains the parking. If I have some time to spend again on my way into work, I'll probably come here again, but I think a coffee establishment with a drive thru might be the way to go in the morning for me!

Good and courteous Starbucks and free wi-fi in the entire shopping plaza. It's yet another typical Starbucks so nothing really new to say about it. The interior is decent and well maintained. The staff seemed very nice, but again, nothing new for a Starbucks. Things I like about this one in particular: * Free wi-fi throughout the plaza (and inside), so taking your drink outside doesn't mean no internet. * Decent amount of outdoor seating * Good place to kill time while doing an eye appointment next door Other than that, it's nothing different from any other Starbucks.

Staff is friendly and they actually take their time to make their drinks correctly. No bad espresso drinks that taste like you're drinking a burnt cigarette. WooHoo! If you ever have a problem with your drink, they'll be happy to remake it for you. They also just remodeled the place so it gives the store a great new feel and atmosphere. The store isn't teeny tiny like some other Starbucks' are which is also nice. Great place to grab some coffee or a bakery good while doing some shopping around Town Square. I usually stop in there every time I get my monthly massage at Elements Therapeutic Massage which is just a few doors down.

Great things about this Starbucks is it has indoor and outdoor seating, and all the normal makings of your typical Starbucks. However, in my last visit, there was this loud, continuous beeping going on... and it went on for almost 2 hours. It never stopped. Very annoying.

Great place to relax and have a lunch break from work. Staff are friendly and the people there are extremely chill. I go every once in a while. Of course, like every typical Starbucks there's free wifi. I would go again.

This is my go-to Starbucks. I stop in almost every weekday morning, and sometimes on the weekend, even though it's not anywhere near my house. The folks who run this location are outstanding and provide fantastic service, every single time. Super-friendly and just great folks. I also like that they all remember what I like to order and have it ready to go to get me out the door and on my merry way all the more quickly. Well worth a visit, if you're a fan of Starbucks.

Big fan of Starbucks coffee in general. This place is a newer designed one, well setup with several community tables. Being a newer one, they have the computerized order tickets that go to the baristas, so mix ups are rare and they don't have to do the whole name thing on the cup that almost no Starbucks place ever calls out anyway. Staff is friendly and fast. Located in Town Square so there's plenty of parking and several upscale shops nearby. Early hours for morning commuters as well

It's 7am on a week day morning and there's a huge line of people waiting for drinks, and about 1 barista making them. I feel bad for her, but come on, this can't be the staff they have on a weekday morning! I've been here for 8 minutes now....waiting for my drink. They need to better staff this location. Everyone is so friendly and the place is large and so cute, and has outdoor seating! If they could just make my drink faster...it would be perfect.

**** It's a great Starbucks and they just added a Clover machine! If you don't know what Clover is, ask for it and enjoy it black. The only drawback of this location is parking. Other than that, it's a nice one with outdoor patio seating.

I was visiting the area and in search of a Starbucks. This was the closest one to my location at the time. The only drawback to this Starbucks is the parking since it is wedged in to an outdoor shopping area that doesn't seem to be designed to handle any volume of customers for that amount of stores. Anyway, I lucked out and found a space quickly. This store is huge and and also a Clover store which means they have reserve coffees. The baristas are very friendly and fast. There is an urban rustic feel to the decor with the wood floors. If I come back to this area I would be inclined to seek this location out over other stores.

Much better than average location for outdoor seating in the nice weather. Store faces an interior courtyard with a circular drive of shops and parking. The circular drive parking can fill up, but there's plenty more just outside the courtyard a short walk away. Starbucks WiFi extends into the outdoor seating area immediately around the store entrance, and the shopping center free WiFi is available in the area with more seating. Some smokers do sit outside, usually at a distance, and the smoke smell is rarely a problem. The store suffers in the winter from lack of double doors or a revolving door. A cold blast of wind enters the store each time it's opened. In some other Starbucks with this door configuration, they mount a fan-forced heater above the door that comes on for a few seconds when the door opens to compensate somewhat for the cold outdoor air. Seating is not optimal as there are too many long tables (high and low kinds) and not enough smaller tables. The smaller tables are better as they can be reconfigured and accommodate various size groups. With the current configuration, the space tends to fill up yet is not utilized efficiently. Other seating areas are two comfy chair settings of two each, one in each front window, and a small bar area for watching barista action. Power outlet situation is fair to good. This location does have the Clover machine to make single-server coffees of deluxe varieties. Coffee from this machine is the freshest as each cup is made to order. Staff are efficient and the store is run well.

Other than the fact that this is just another Starbucks (yawn), there's a ton of outdoor seating in a very spacious area. So while Starbucks would usually get only about 3 stars from me, the bonus of the relaxation of sitting outside (assuming it's not 40 below) gets this one another star.

Today, my mom requested that I "Yelp this Starbucks," so here we go... The kids and I met her here today. She had already gotten coffee for the two of us by the time I arrived, and grabbed a table for us since we planned to hang out for a bit. Here is Mama's feedback (and I tend to agree): With the way the doors open, the entire store is very drafty. She thinks they should add a vestibule to allow for a double door to trap some of the cold air before it rushes inside. Aside from today's visit, I come here pretty frequently. While parking is a known challenge in this shopping center, the location is still pretty convenient to a lot of places the little ones and I visit regularly. The baristas are friendly enough, and I don't think I've ever had a problem with my order. I realize this comment is not very significant, but what more can one say about Starbucks? Good enough is good enough. One issue for me, aside from the draft, is the lack of paper towels in the restroom. They've opted in favor of a hand dryer which makes it so that, when you're ready to open the door to leave, you have to trust that the person before you washed their hands equally as well as you did. No thanks! This is obviously a trending problem, not solely limited to Starbucks.

For a chain this location is the bees knees! A big location, sweet people working there! Friendly environment and a great place to just hang and chill.
