Been ordering pizza from here for over 15 years. My dad eats a pizza once a week! They have a very large menu so if pizza isn't for you, that's ok!

Well customer service was a nightmare. First I call and the guy sounded pretty rushed, so I order my items, then he says, "woah woah woah, can you go back about three minutes??" super snotty. I laughed it off and said sure. Then I tried to order bosco sticks as I'd seen on grubhub, he tells me he doesn't have those. Fine. Can I get a 2L (also seen on grubhub)? Nope, don't have those either. 6-pack? Great I'll do that. Total was astronomical. So while I quickly ask my friend if they really want the $15 worth or shrimp (Christ!) the dude on the phone tells me (seriously rageful) that he has "5 other callers on hold and if I don't want to do this..." Excuse me, you JUST sassed me to slow down!!!! And how is it my fault you didn't have half of your menu items lol This dude clearly can't handle the pressure of pizza delivery, so I hung up and called Rosati's Naperville which was not only pleasant, they actually had their menu items. I'm pretty sure Wheaton guy would have spit in my food anyway, so I think it's for the best all around...

Wow, I can't believe there are no reviews for this particular Rosati's! It's been around forever and I've placed my fair share of orders over the years. I've had the thin crust and more recently the stuffed. Thin crust. It's ok. I started asking for it "well done" because I like a nice crispy crust on my pizza. I've had everything from your basic cheese to their BBQ'd pizza. No major complaints BUT I don't know...after a while there was just something about the pizza that "bugged me". I felt like the spices they used were just off. I asked if they sprinkled any herbs & spices on the pizza (some places like to do that) and the gal on the phone replied "no". I was a little skeptical. I took a short break from Rosati's... One night, I decided to give Rosati's another go. I ordered a thin crust with italian beef & giardinera. Umm, YUM. The beef wasn't fatty and the giardinera was spicy & crisp. My faith was restored and that's been my go-to pizza until... one night my sister decided to stay over. We like have a little sister time and watch movies w/a little pizza. She really wanted some deep dish and I decided we would steer away from our usual Giordano's and give Rosati's a try. I have to say, it wasn't bad. Did we like it better than Giordano's? No, but we both agreed we would order a stuffed pie from 'Rosati's again. This particular night, my sister wanted to carbo-load for reasons we will not get into. So a side of garlic bread was ordered. In an effort to make sure something green got into my system I ordered the caesar salad. I really enjoyed the salad that had loads of fresh shaved parm but that stuffed pizza kept calling my name. The workers are always courteous. And on this visit the delivery man was super nice. I suspect he was one of the owners or perhaps a manager. He asked me if I had every tried their stuffed pizza before...to which I replied "no". He seemed genuinely excited that we we're giving it a go and was confident that we would enjoy it stating that he thought it was their best variety of pizza. It was really sweet and he just might have been right....

Pizza is ok, used their online ordering system a few weeks ago. I'd used it previously and had good success. Very convenient. But this particular time, I called them 1 hour after placing the order to check on estimated delivery time and was told that their email program used to transmit the online orders wasn't checked so no online orders had been placed. They apologized and said to make it up to me, they'd put my order in and get it out next. Ummmm, ok, but isn't that what you're supposed to do anyways?! So......a total of 2 1/2 hours after I placed the order, the delivery guy shows up and says sorry we didn't start up the email program. That's it. No coupon, no "our bad, no charge on this pizza" or "the next one's on us"....Pizza's not bad, customer service needs improvement. If you order online, call to confirm they actually checked their email and had Outlook running!!

Double-Dough Sausage is THE BEST EVER! I could eat a whole XL by myself(over the course of a weekend). This location is great, they deliver me hot, yummy, double-dough, sausage pizza really fast.

WOW. I have been a long time proponent of Rosatis, so it is with heavy heart that I write this scathing review about a great chain being defiled by a single restraunt. I have been a long time patron of the Rosati's on Cass ave in Darien-26 years, they are great and I wish that the wheaton store could take a training day there. I digress-the review-it started back on 12/29 I ordered 2 family size pizzas for a small gathering, a cheese/sausage and a bbq chicken. The sausage was okay, albeit it does not taste anything like the pie i get at the other stores. The BBQ chicken was just horrible, they used processed "pink slime-ish" chicken the BBQ sauce tasted like polyester. I expect to get processed meat and synthetic sauce at CiCi's but not from Rosatis where I pay $22.15 for a pie-where their hold recording touts "only the freshest ingredients". Didnt know that fresh meant that it came from an extruder. So i wrote an email to their corporate office expressing my displeasure, and within a day Mark Bridges, the store manager emails me expressing his sorrow, expressing that if I wished that the next pizza was on him. It took me until 2/20 to get around to giving them another chance, I ordered an order of spaghetti with meat sauce and a sausage pie. When I went in there I was treated as if I was some 20 year old trying to scam a free pizza. Embarrassed, I said forget it, ill just pay for it, whatever, when the manager then said, no he would happily comp the check but he could not give away 30 bucks worth of food "you understand right buddy?" so I asked him if he thought i was lying, I had the email from Mark. After a slightly elevated conversation, he comped the check and I went on my way. The sauce in the spaghetti was NOT rosatis, we did not get two bites down before throwing it away, the pie again, was okay but not what any other rosatis tastes like. I emailed Mark back on 2/20 hoping to simply voice my problem privately but now on 3/17 I figure that this matter is closed. Bottom line, go to CiCi's, save some money and stay away from this place.

Truly as good as it gets! Everything on the menu besides the pasta dishes are amazing. I've been coming here my whole life getting their double dough pizza, I now usually get there thin crust but you truly can't go wrong here.

I never get tired of the pizza at this Rosati's and order every week at least. I always get extra thin, light sauce and they get it perfect every time with either Italian beef or chicken and they are both very tasty. I like their pasta dishes, Italian beef, and boneless chicken wings. The delivery time varies, I guess depending on how busy they are. If you order on Halloween, expect a long wait as I discovered it is their busiest night of the year. Go figure. The pick-up area gets a little crowded on Friday nights, but that means they are popular I would think. I went to a football game at a local high school and saw Rosati's pizza being sold at the concession. I like one other pizza place in a different city, but the person who recommended CiCi's over Rosati's has an opinion from which I couldn't disagree more. If you can't tell the difference between Rosati's and CiCi's then best of luck to you.

Better than the big chains but I prefer other pizza places in the area. (Roundheads or Bricks) The sauce at Rosati's is VERY sweet. Toppings are ok but the giardiniera is not very spicy.

A-Ok by me. I used GrubHub to order, so I cannot comment much on service, but the food was hot and relatively fresh. I was a little disappointed with the spicy fries not being so spicy. The chef sandwich is pretty good. I would go back.

Placed my order over an hour ago. Called to see where it was. It hadn't even gotten to the oven yet. There are plenty of places to get pizza here. We will pick one of them. Bummer. We eat a lot of pizza.

Meh. Out of desperation, I ordered from Rosatis tonight. It was snowing and I didn't feel like driving to our normal spot. The transaction was fine but the food was just meh. It wasn't terrible but it certainly wasn't memorable. Next time I will just drive extra distance to our normal spots.

Rosatis has great food but the customer service at this location is terrible. I've tried to give this place several chances to redeem themselves but the Staff who takes the orders have all the warmth, helpfulness and professionalism of a bill collector. the most previous experiment was a pick up in which I ordered a pie and appetizers, which would be ready in 35 min. I left @ 30 to allow some time for variance and @ 40 minutes and almost at the spot, I get a call from a girl who starts to say something and hangs up. When I arrive, the girl tells me they are out of the appetizers I ordered. I asked her why didn't anyone call me? she said she did. I told her, "you didn't even finish your message and you technically called me 5 minutes after it was suppose be ready" she just shrugged, saying she left a message with no apology--even a playcating one. If you want Rosatis, the one on Hiawatha is much better and way more professional.

Definitely my favorite pizza take out joint in my area. They always get my thin crust order just right. Very consistent and reliable.

The food: Great thin crust and great stuffed crust. This restaurant will be on the top of the list on our take out list. The service: I ordered on line and provided the wrong ingredient for the stuffed pizza (wanted spinach and not pineapple). When I got there, the manager was amazing! He told me that he would make another and even deliver it. He was great, even though the restaurant was insane on a Friday night. Thank you!!

Rosati's used to be a favorite of ours but it seems like the quality has gone down recently. First off they changed their Canadian bacon, which was one of our favorite toppings, from chunky bits to thin flavorless slices. Secondly, the cheese and sauce seem almost mushy to the point where everything just falls off the crust and you end up having to pick all your toppings off of the plate and eating them separately. On quite a few occasions the service there was rushed and pretty rude. We might have to try a different pizza place in the future.

Beef Sandwiches are superb!!!! I am not kidding either! One of the best in the area! The Cheef is a beef with cheese and then toasted. So good!!!!!!! Chicken tenders are good as well as fries, fried zucchini, small side salads if you don't want fries are fresh and reasonably priced. Pizza is very good. We are not in love with their sauce (a bit too spicy as we prefer a sweeter sauce) but overall the pizza is great.

I don't care for this Rosati's location at all. The pizza tastes NOTHING like Rosati's anywhere else. It's quality is way worse and the service is rushed and kind of rude. I have never had pizza I literally cannot eat. This was the first time. I don't plan to return.
