I think its more of a delivery/take out place more than a sit down eatery. I was in and out in 3 mins with my pizza. I love their pizza! First had it at monkey Joe's for a kid's birthday and was pleasantly impressed. Wasn't too expensive. I'm surprised it's ranked with $$$. I think it's more $$.

Alright, you only write on yelp if you're passionately against something or passionately for something. Now let's be objective. With that said, this pizza isn't significantly better than little Caesars, in fact it's the same quality. It's 25 dollars for the same thing that you get for 10 at little Caesars. Also The food sucks. It's greasy. The food is not delicious. I'm not a fan. This isn't something unique to this location, it's a franchise. It's crappy everywhere.

Tried Jets for the first time since it is new and next to the Dunkin' Donuts I frequent. We had a package deal with a one topping deep dish, Jet's bread, salad and cinnamon sticks. I must say, all 5 of us were pleasantly surprised that a little take-out place produced very tasty food. We all said that we would definitely be ordering from Jets again. Good job!

get the deep dish -- you remember back when pizza hut's pan pizza used to be GOOD ? that's what this place's pizza tastes like -- what pan pizza is supposed to be. Thick, crusty and YUM. Love this place! wish they'd offer better coupons though. I haven't tried the thin crust. I'm hooked on the pan!

This pizza was delicious. The pizza had very fresh ingredients, and was one of the best pizza's I have ever had! I also ordered delivery and everything was right on time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back!

This is, without question, my favorite non-Chicago pizza in Chicago. Order the "deep dish," but note that this is NOT, in fact, Chicago-style deep dish pizza. It's much closer to Sicilian-style pizza - thick, yes, but because of its puffy, doughy, soft crust, not because of the dense (but delicious) stuff you're used to when it's done the Chicago way. Order the butter crust, and slap some extra sauce on there - it's fresh, a little sweet and a little tangy. I'm a purist, so I do mine with just cheese; I've tasted their pepperoni, and it's good, if they'd your thing. Eat that thing right away - it reheats well, but there is something dang-near magical about it when it's fresh from the oven.

We ordered a sausage pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was just OK, nothing special. The cheese sticks, however, were good! I've had mixed experiences with Jet's. The first time I had it, it was amazing. The second time, it was terrible. The third time, it was ok. I don't know what's going on...

One of the better take-out pizzas I've had. Very flavorful ingredients with cheese and crust just right. Papa John's next door should take lessons on how to do it right. Only issue last time was my thin crust sausage was cold. I hope they fix this soon.

Jet's Pizza is a small take out/delivery pizza place located off of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton. Having noticed their "coming soon" signs for quite some time I was excited to try it once I saw they were finally open. I decided to go for a thin crust pizza with various meats on it. The pizza I got had thin crust though it was not particularly cripsy. The meats on the pizza varied in quality from excellent Canadian Bacon or Ham to strange beef balls. The sauce on the pizza was not particularly flavorful. Since they had just opened there was some training involved during taking my order and picking up my pizza, all of which made the entire transaction take longer than it normally would. Finally. the price. While the Pizza wasn't terrible, in looking over their regular menu prices one could easily get a better pizza elsewhere. If they're pricing was more in the neighborhood of Domino's, Pizza Hut and Little Caesars (which is roughly where their quality is). Then I'd consider giving it an extra star, unfortunately it's not.

We love jets pizza. It's our go to pizza choice. We love their thick crust, kind of reminds me of pizza huts pan pizza but only better. Plus they are always running specials and have coupons online. Besides the pizza we also really like their cheesy bread.

Ordered 2 deep dish pizza for delivery and boy it was delicious! Nice buttery crust and perfect thickness... Thick enough but not overly thick where you are sitting there chewing pizza dough. Delivery was fairly quick. Less than 30 minutes from hanging up the phone to a slice of pizza in my mouth! Awesomeness! Definitely scrumptious and I will order again when I am in this neck of the woods! 5 star rating from me! Wohoo!

So glad this Detroit area staple has made its way west to Chicago. Even in the land of great deep dishes and thin crusts, Jet's has a different take on crust that deserves your attention. It's a more buttery, flaky crust that's definitely different from any pizza crust I've had at the traditional Chicago style pizza joints. I'm hoping a Jet's opens closer to me, but in the meantime, I'm happy to travel a bit of a distance to get to it. As someone else has already referenced, the best way to think about what's good about Jet's Pizza is if you imagine if Pizza Hut was actually good, then you're getting close to Jet's. Definitely try this place.

I'm from Michigan, and as soon as I saw this Michigan native pizza place in Illinois, it's safe to say I got pretty excited. I love Jets pizza!! I placed an order for delivery & did it all online which was super easy and organized. My delivery was here super fast and of course it didn't let me down. I ordered the 8 corners pizza with the garlic crust. (Which is what you have to do!) I also ordered the house salad which is plenty big for two people with great (homemade?) dressing. If you need a break from classic Chicago pizza, try Michigan's :)

EXACTLY like Little Caesar's. I had this pizza for the first time today. I was expecting tasty, freshly made slices. I instantly recognized the flavor as the same $5 that Little Caesar's sells. I wouldn't be surprised if they are buying the same pizza from the same distributor. Really, this place was nothing special. I'm not saying it's bad, it's great if you only have a few bucks.

My family and I really like the deep dish pizza. I recently place a phone order and ordered their pizza and bread. I went to pick it up and paid for it but there was no bread. They spent a few minutes to check the receipt to see if it was on there and what I got was "sorry, it's not on the receipt, so no bread". I said well, I ordered the bread on the phone and that doesn't change the fact that I want bread and I am happy to pay for it. I was then told that it would be 15 minutes to wait for the bread which was of course unacceptable as I ordered the bread in the first place and couldn't wait that long. So, I expressed my disappointment as I walked away as a disgruntled customer that probably won't go back. Lesson to learn Jets Pizza - when you make a mistake, own up to it, and offer something in return, like - here's a coupon for free Jets bread the next time you come in and we are sorry for your inconvenience. I costs you basically nothing to keep a valued customer that you now have lost.

I'd never heard of Jet's before, but my husband was a fan from his college days in Michigan. We ordered an 8 corner butter crust pizza and some Jet's triple cheese turbo stix. The pizza was excellent. The crust was crispy and the innie part of the pizza was chewy and bready and cooked perfectly (what you would expect deep dish to taste like). I wasn't a huge fan of the stix as they has a little too much garlic on them for my taste but my husband loved them. Delivery was super fast and the delivery person was very nice. All-around, it is somewhere we'll be ordering from again. It is nice to have another option besides Giordano's, especially with all the pizza places in the area either closing or changing ownership.

Get the 8 corner pizza, you won't regret it. I read a 1-star review here where someone ordered a thin crust pizza? Are you kidding me? Why would you even order that? Clearly that person has never heard of Jets before!

I had a pretty bad experience with them. First when I called to ordered I was pretty much yelling over the phone, probably because they were busy and it was noisy but I work at a hospital (where the food was being delivered) and didn't want to be too loud plus I had to give the card number over the phone I didn't want to yell that out, which brings us to the second problem. I was ordering for 3 people on my unit 2 which had debit card for some reason they are not able to split the delivery charge and the TAXES for each order, so after fussing the guy MIKE said that the orders were going to have their OWN TAXES ( which would make since) and delivery charges would be split up. Third, we waited about an hour and 15 minutes before I decided to call them back to find out whats going on, for them to tell me the driver got lost on the way here :-/ both us and Jet's is on Roosevelt rd, how did you get lost drive a mile up the street in a straight shot??????? Fourth, the driver was confused that there were 3 separate orders, therefore there should have been 3 receipts, which I had to tell him about. he had to call back to confirm what I told him. Fifth, they manage to still put all the taxes and delivery charge on one card, WTF!!!!!!!! Just so happened it was my card! The wings were small and I said no tomatoes on my sandwich and there was. This was my first time order Jet's and I am very disappointed in the service and quality of food. I've been in retail for over 10 years and bad customer service is a big problem for me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JETS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
