I LOVE Rosatis pizza. This specific Rosatis has terrible customer service. I live 2minutes away and I've order from there at least ten times over the pat 5 years because I really really want to have a good experience with a place so close from a franchise I LOVE. But sadly I have been disappointed every single time. At this point we drive past this location to the Rosatis in Warrenville (excellent experience) whenever we order. It's not just about the customer service...I want good pizza...and this place simply doesn't get it done...I'd give the food a 2/5 and overall a 1/5.

I ordered a large pizza and chicken wings. It was delivered hot within 40 minutes. The pizza was extremely good.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was surprised by all the negative yelp feedback and wanted to recognize the good service and genuinely awesome pizza I received while in this part of town. Cheese and crust was perfect, ingredients well mixed in, hot and fresh. Not sure what else to ask for, plus the staff were pleasant and professional. Will stop by again when in this part of town.

***#BestPizza#Quality#Delicious*** Visiting from Washington D.C and loved our special made Pizza. We meet the owner while at the shop and he really knew the importance of customer service. ***I would recommend this place to any one traveling or visiting the surrounding area.** ***#BestPizza#Quality#Delicious***

My family was desperate for pizza and sadly no one wanted Pizza Now which only child of the house seems pleased to eat every time haha. So where did we end up? Here, again. Failure again! Got my mother's salad order wrong. Completely wrong salad. All I could do when I saw it was smile. Months without going here and ZERO improvements. Kinda of sad.

**WARNING** New owners! COMPLETELY RE-VAMPED MENU and HUGE PRICE INCREASES!! Rosati's - we hate to do this especially as we are 15+ year customers, but we may never be back after the astronomical changes you have made to your menu and especially the HUGE price increases. Subtle changes are one thing, 180 degree different changes are another. Long time customers BEWARE. - NEW OWNERSHIP! - HUGE PRICE INCREASES ON EVERYTHING! - MENU COMPLETELY CHANGED! For example, the huge menu of 40+ different sandwiches/sides/fish/spaghetti/chicken/various food items to choose from has been shrunk to literally 6-7 choices! - NO MORE "lunch specials" (choices of various sandwiches with fries and a can of soda for a reasonable price)! - You can no longer buy the fried chicken as "12 piece" or "20 piece" boxes. *(NOW - you can only buy chicken as a "4 piece with fries and side salad for 8.99". So they have added "package deals" to what once were regular food items and have drastically increased the price. So if you want/need 12 pieces of chicken, you are now paying near $30 (with unnecessary sides of salad and fries) when before it costed around 14.99. When we asked the manager if we could just buy 12 pieces of chicken only (which has been available for years), we were told "no - we must purchase the package." - Cheeseburgers went from around 5.99 to 9.99!! Okay, fine print - another "package deal". You get a "choice" of fries OR a salad. What if we don't want the fries or a salad? Also, $4 extra for a side of fries or salad??? I remember a side of fries being about $2.29... - CHEEF "lunch special" which was once $7.49 (included cheesy-beef sandwich, fries, AND can of soda) is now $10.99 - JUST WITH FRIES. So - over a $3 increase and no more can of soda!!!!!!! - As previously mentioned, roughly 30 food items have been REMOVED from the menu. Compare new menus to menus from just a few months ago to easily see this. NOT GOOD POLICIES, NOT GOOD CHANGES. We may never be back to this location and will take our business to Rosati's in St. Charles (Rte. 64/Kirk Rd.) with much better prices, still a huge menu, and they still deliver to West Chicago. Long times customers will probably be just as po'd with the new changes as we are and this will undoubtedly hurt your business.

Douches, carried my pizza sideways and didn't give a shit, even the guy who claimed he was the owner could care less. Pizza now had better reviews, let that sink in...

Was in town for the weekend and friend recommended it. As I was craving a good chicago pizza, I decided to give Rosati's a shot and was not disappointed. PIzza was fresh and delicious especially the cheese. Service/staff were friendly and overall a pleasant experience. Not sure about all the negative reviews as I was told the place had a change of ownership recently and are trying to turn things around and it shows. I highly recommend it and will definitely get Rosati's on my next visit!

Mediocre Pizza and rude management. I was charged twice for a pizza because of a supposed power outage. The girl on the phone was very nice and polite about the whole thing, but said that I'd have to come in and speak with her manager. I showed up to speak with her manager on a Friday night. Her manager said it was a bad night to be dealing with this, but dug through the records and printed off my receipt from the night I ordered pizza. She then claimed she had no record of a second transaction, and that I'd need a bank statement to verify. I showed her the live feed of my bank account on my phone, but she insisted on a bank statement, and that she'd need her accountant to look after it. To make everything worse, the pizza is mediocre, at best. The cracker crust is fine, but the pepperoni pizza we ordered was greasier than a pepperoni pizza should be, and it was cold upon delivery. The place is under a half mile from my house. How it got cold in that half mile is beyond me.

I used to really dislike Rosati's. They were on the expensive side, but I'm a cheese snob. They hit a home run last night. Cheese all over the place, good sauce, their wings are nothing to write home about though. They put corn meal on the bottom of the box to prevent sticking, love that! and the texture/flavor. Thin crust wins. I got half sausage mushroom and black olive. They did not skimp on the toppings. And the 18" is so large it could feed a family of 5. Good pie! p.s. as a side note-we called for delivery and yes the girl took forever to get our order right, but it was correct when we got it.

I thought I would give Rosati's another chance as the quality of the pizza has been deteriorating. Called to order a pizza and the customer service was very unprofessional. By the time the conversation was complete, I decided to cancel my order. I would rather take a chance on another local vendor.

Ordered through grub hub and in the past straight from this location, never again. Placed the order at 6 food was not delivered until 7:30 soggy and almost cold, I found 3 pasta shells in my order- barely any sauce but lots of cheese burnt on top and instead of Italian sausage it was chorizo... last chance never again from this Rosati's.

I grew up on Rosatis pizza and have always been a big fan. The last couple of times I have gone to this Rosatis, the pizza has been less than good. I paid nearly $60 for three large pizzas - which is high but worth it for good quality pie. The problem was that this was not quality pizza. Very little of everything and very big edges on the crust. This tells me you are going on the cheap. To bad. Rosatis has always been high on my list of Chicago pizza. Maybe it is just this location. Unfortunately, its the closest to my house. Oh well, I will have to find a good quality pie elsewhere.

I'm being generous and giving them 2 stars because they are usually better than what I just experienced. We've ordered from this location once a week for the last 4 years and the food is awesome, we've never had a problem with anything until the last 2 times we've ordered. Last week, the pizza delivery guy got lost and called us three times to figure out where he was going (in a cul de sac, mind you). This week, we put in a delivery order, waited an hour and a half before calling to figure out where the hell it was, then come to find out that they hadn't even started it because the 'printer was broken,' the girl on the other end of the line couldn't give a straight answer as to how long it would take to actually get here, then told me it would take 45 minutes MORE to get to us, so I ended up just canceling the order. Called back a few minutes later to ask for a manager, SURPRISE!!! No manager there. What the hell, Rosati's?? I'm thisclose to never ordering from this location again. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I worked as a server/in restaurants for years.

Customer service could be a little better and the pizza isn't as good as it used to be, but they do sell pizza by the slice during the week and they have a Friday special on jumbo pizzas, so, I'll give 'em 3 stars. Holla!!!â„¢
