Wings quality is just getting worse. It is sooooooo dry and rubbery. I don't think I wil waste my money on this location anymore.

Wings dry, service poor. They are busy but there seems to be not enough of the staff to help customers. Shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for one order of wings Will never visit again.

B-Dubs is just alright for me. It's good, but not great. Also, I prefer the wings from Hooters because the sauce is cooked into them as opposed to just put on them like at D-Bubs. The boyfriend and I had the Sweet BBQ, Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic and Desert Heat wings. They were good, but I wished that the Desert Heat's spices would have been more on the wing as opposed to in the takeout box. The spice didn't seem to stick. Overall, good wings and I will be back due to the close proximity to my house.

So idk what you come here for but I was going for some wings.... They came out cold. As did the Kraft Mac and cheese. Not the servers fault, get some runners and learn how to run a restaurant. Oh we could also go for some waters refills please. Yeah, that's the servers fault.

Not cheap, and not that great. The boneless wings taste like breaded chicken chunks you could get from the frozen aisle at your local grocery store. It's cool that they have a lot of sauces, but the vast majority of them are mediocre to subpar. The only ones I kind of enjoy are Jamaican Jerk, Mango Habenero, and maybe... Spicy BBQ. Sort of. There are tons of TVs around, so that's nice. Like I don't watch ESPN SportsCenter enough... The guys at my work like this place, so I'll probably back... but at least it's edible.

No issues here. We often order carry out wings and potato wedges from here and have never been disappointed. I met some friends here for a late lunch on Sunday at 2 pm to meet some friends I had not seen in a while. We hung out for a while and were never rushed by the waitress. We ordered a bunch of wings and tried out some of the newer sauces. The boys drank beer, and I tried a new mixed drink... it was some sort of a punch... it tasted like straight up fruit punch... but I definitely felt the alcohol. I have also tried the Electric Blue Lemonade and I really like that as well!

I swear I've written a review for this B-dubs before. Not sure what happened. Run of the mill Buffalo wild wings. Nothing really special about it. We usually get seated right away when we go in. The tables are ALWAYS sticky and gross. Service is always "ok". Wings are usually good (although they're always a bit dry). and it's always loud because there's like a million different tv's on with different games. This is Buffalo wild wings. I go for the wings.

Fiancé got the prime steak burger who loved it! Fries are ok usually if they are amazing I need to steal some. They were ok, enough for my self control to say no! I got the Asian chicken salad with crispy chicken Bc I was craving the chicken fingers but wanted something semi healthy. They put the dressing on with a huge side of extra dressing that I didn't touch. There were a lot of crispy wontons in the salad which I forgot to ask to be removed but overall chicken was cooked well, flavor was great and the salad was crisp and fresh. Football is on which is all we wanted. Service is friendly and fast. I'll be back if we are up this way and need a football viewing spot.

Not great. Pretty much all BWWs are created equal, but I was really disappointed in my visit here. It was about 10:30 pm, and we were on our way home from 6 flags looking for somewhere open. Hooray, BWWs is open until 1 am! There was only one server working, and she was completely overwhelmed with big tables. As a server, I understand that this is a terrible feeling. Let me clarify that both stars are awarded for the server keeping her cool under pressure, and the manager/support staff doing their best to help her. The food on the other hand, left so much to be desired. Our wings were lukewarm at best, and cooked to "wiggly" stage. It was almost like they were boiled instead of fried. I ordered a build your own crispy chicken sandwich, as did my sister. They came out one crispy, one grilled. So they went to remake hers, and she told me to eat mine while it was hot. But it wasn't hot. And the bun was stale. And it was literally a microwaved chicken patty like they used to serve for hot lunch in elementary school. I ate my potato wedges and like 3 bites of the sandwich. I probably won't come back here. Like, ever.

Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner. We were seated right away. Our server said he would be right with us and was handling a large group, when a manager saw that he was busy he checked in on us and took our order himself. He also gave us a complimentary appetizer. Our food was very good, always is here, and was brought out in a short amount of time. Staff was very friendly, we would definitely come back.

It was so good. I got the honey BBQ,garlic parmigan, desert dry, and tariyaki. I was so satisfied with the food and how fast it came out also how nice the staff is.

I'm not sure how this chain is so popular, wings are small not very moist and the flavors are nothing to write home about. Honestly jewels chef kitchen is so much better.

So Im updating my review due to todays experiance. The last tim I went to bbw I was so upset that I went to the website and informed them of my experiance. In less then 2 hrs I recived a call from the Manager and she apologized for the lack of service and the long wait time. She sent me a 25 certificate to give them another try. So today I did .... totally different experiance we sat in the same booth and had the same waiter. Food arrived 15 m after we ordered the waiter was attentive and even brought drinks with out being ask. The check was ready within a minute after we asked for it. This experiance was nothing like the one I had a couple weeks ago. All in all bbw did a good job this time Im glad they were able to redeem themselves.

I am a regular at this place. Usually i go here with my co-workers on Friday or lunch with my husband. But I end up going here atleast once a week. The Positive: The food is very consistent, it never changes so there are no surprises...which is good. The atmosphere is nice and it never feels dead. The prices are good given the quantity. The Negatives: They are not efficient in managing empty tables. Often times we would see half or even more then half of the restaurant empty and still a line of people waiting for tables. I also suspect that they don't put any alcohol in any of the cocktails....Or atleast thats what it tastes like. Even with the few negatives this place is pretty nice. The servers here are also amazing at their jobs and really good at taking your orders and bringing the right food without f*#k-ups.

Been going here since it opened. Not sure why the bad reviews. Solid "chain" place for what they are. A lot of TV's to watch a game and good selection of sauces for their wings. They have a really good selection of craft beers. Good place When we crave boneless wings and craft beers.

I've been to a lot of buffalo wild wings but this one was quite disappointing. I even went back a second time to try and give them the benefit of the doubt but both times were subpar. I went there on a Monday night with my boyfriend and it wasn't very crowded. It took about 20 minutes for someone to even seat us and another 20 minutes until we were asked what we wanted to drink. Our server was too busy flirting with other customers at the bar that we had to continue to wait to get our drinks and even order. Finally, when we got our drinks and ordered and our food came some of the celery was white! I'm not that picky when it comes to restaurants but come on, they only give you about 4 pieces and 2 were white.....no one is trying to eat that. I will definitely not be coming back to this place! For how expensive it was and the service we were provided it was just not worth it.

BWW Vernon Hills' crushed my dreams. I waited 2 hours for 10 wings. Come here if you never want to eat and be ignored by your waiter. There wasn't even any games on at the time.

Not just this Buffalo Wild wings but all of them stink. The food is overpriced for its quality. I had better wings in my 6th grade school lunch cafeteria. BWs is overrated waste of time and money.

Good wings, BUT service here is SLOW. Slow as in takes forever to get your check and takes forever to get your change. It's like they never want you to leave. Come here if you want good wings, but have all the time in the world to pay.

Good sauces if you like sodium. Recent price increases are ridiculous. 6 naked tenders for $11.97? A little pricey I thought, but I decided to give it a try. The "6" tenders are actually 3 cut in half! WTF! My wife had the chicken jerk sandwich. The chicken breast was about 1/8" thick! Obviously sliced off a full breast. Again WTF! My son had the standard boneless (bread balls) no surprise there.

  • Armil B.

Not a big fan of the service. The wings are smothered with a lot of sauce. Atmosphere is typical of a grungy sports bar. We spotted eating inside, instead we order to go...especially on Tuesdays for 60 cent wings.

Where do I start? I took 5 of my employees to lunch. We started with an ordered of 30 wings and each ordered a sandwich. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked the server Brad how much longer he said "It'll be just another minute." That took another 5 to get to our table. Total time for wings from order to delivery; 20 minutes. Now it's not like Brad had to run to the kitchen, I'm looking at him at the POS station entering the order. When they finally arrived they were rubbery! This is supposed to be their specialty. If I wanted rubbery wings I would have bought raws ones at the store, poured ketchup and brown sugar on them, then put them in a microwave for 10 minutes Next came the sandwiches, 5 of the 6 orders was correct........ except mine. I ordered a burger with bacon, lettuce and tomato. Brad brought me a grilled chicken with Swiss and bacon. He apologized for the mistake and said he would re-ordered my burger and walked away. As I sat there waiting, my companions ate their food. 10 minutes later and after most of my companions were nearly finished I asked Brad how long for my order. Standard answer, "It'll be just another minute." 5 minutes later my burger arrived. So this time I figured out that "It'll be just another minute" meant any minute in the future from 1 to God knows how long. I suppose with the "another minute" answer gives them poetic license to choose which minute to deliver. I didn't even bother eating it because we had already wasted nearly an hour there and needed to get back to work. I asked for a takeout container and my bill. I left no tip. Brad comp'd the chicken sandwich that I didn't order as well as the burger that I did order. Mighty nice of your company to comp something I didn't order. I also watched as the "manager" visited every table in our area except mine. Not once was I approached by someone in a supervisory level to see how everything was. I did see 3-4 of your staff standing around the POS station doing absolutely nothing for periods of time during our visit. This was my 1st and last visit to BWW.

I know this is just a chain, but I happen to like it. The service is usually good and they are very accommodating with young kids. It's usually pretty loud and with all the TVs its a good place to go and keep our son entertained without bothering anyone else in the process. The food is always good to me but it's simple and would be hard to mess up - usually naked tenders with buffalo chips, or a buffalo chicken wrap. I'm not a fan of wings anyway (ew, chicken skin!). I love their medium sauce. I'm a big fan of the new seasonings, like salt and vinegar on my fries...yum! Overall, I know its nothing spectacular but for a quick meal out it always does the job!

It's been awhile since I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings, after a couple of bad experiences in a row, I was pretty put off. We went last night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Since we had a large group and the restaurant was pretty full, we opted to spread out across a few different tables in the bar. Our server seemed pretty disinterested, she took our drink order and then food, and immediately dropped the checks when we were finished eating (nevermind the fact that there we several games still on and it's a bar, hello?!? She also added gratuity to our bills, (we all had separate checks) which fine, whatever, I understand it's her prerogative, but everyone pretty much agreed that she probably would've ended up with more than 17.5% overall. The food was decent, but did feel like it had been sitting. I'm still not rushing back.

Sadly, I've been here 2 or 3 times over the past month and a half or so, which to me is a lot of BDubbing in a short period of time. I'm not some crazy fan or anything; it's just been a convenient meet-up location. The second-to-last time was during peak Thursday game/boneless hours when we had to sit in the bar. Even though we were right by the server's station and in plain view of our server when she was hanging out there, our empty drinks went without refilling until we asked. Clearly they were more about getting us in and out than making sure we were satiated. We were also there last night (Tuesday) but got there at 5 when it WASN'T packet yet. Our server Jamie was attentive without being overbearing. Oddly enough they were OUT of regular Bud draft, which was one of their 3 "specials," so my +1 got a Light. We got the spinach + artichoke dip that was pretty bland (NOT worth the $7), he got a pulled pork sandwich + fries, and I got a cheeseburger + wedges. The fries and wedges were lukewarm at best when they came out, and my cheeseburger was flavorless. The only upside about the burger was that it was significantly larger than the bun which you don't find much at chains. Maybe they were compensating for quality with quantity? I guess my +1's sandwich was fine. Needless to say, I was kicking myself for not getting the wings, which always seem to be at least predictable.

me,my husband and our friend went here and our friend kept on saying that the good was great and that we would love it. So we ordered an appetizer which had a little bit of everything in it and out of everything that came with the appetizer I fell in love with the wings. We didn't get the hot because our friend couldn't take the heat I know sad. So we got the honey BBQ which was good I plan on going back and getting something hot and spicy. But besides that it was good. And for our meal I got a hamburger and so did my husband which was to die for. All i had to say to my husband was if the burgers here are this good just think of how good everything else is....So we are so going back to try more. So if you like a sports bar atmosphere and good food I'd try buffalo wild wings you'll love it.

Good place for meeting a bunch of people or just hanging and watching a game. However, nothing will blow you away. Cavernous layout, bigscreens everywhere and usually an empty table or barstool. Reasonably friendly staff. Had a couple tastes of the wings, about what you'd expect, okay but nothing to write home about though. I'll probably return in a pinch.

  • Lindsey W.

The food is decent, and fairly priced for what it is. Except if you want an extra side of some sort of dipping sauce - which will cost you about 60 cents. I don't know of another chain that does that! The service is iffy at this location. Once they forgot the BUFFALO SAUCE on my *buffalo ranch chicken wrap*. Normally I would not get bent out of shape about the forgetting of a condiment, but things are a bit different when the aforementioned condiment is a fundamental part of why your restaurant exists and is also in the title of the dish. And then when I finally flagged down the waiter to let him know something was missing (It took 15 minutes), he stared at me like I was nuts, and said "Soooo...what do you want me to do with it?" I want you to either take it back, and put buffalo sauce on it, or I would like a small side of buffalo sauce. I think I had a small stroke at that point. Obviously since it's a sports bar type place, it gets pretty loud in here. The area near the front entrance seems to be the most quiet if you're not there to get a buzz and watch every sport that exists all at once. Also it gets EXTREMELY crowded around lunch time on week days since there are a ton of offices around. I do recommend the fried pickles. The nachos are revolting, and my boyfriend seems reasonably content with the burgers. I'm not very tolerant of spicy food, and the medium buffalo sauce doesn't bother me. Watch yourself if you're not familiar with some of the entrees - they come with chips and salsa as a side instead of fries...which are also disgusting. Sub potato wedges for a much better experience. :)

What can I say, this place is legit if you're looking for some wings and deep fried food. The service has never been bad. I do like a few of the beers they have, but my only complaint is that the breading on the boneless wings is a little too much. Some nuggets look like they have the same volume of breading to meat. Its a little weird sometimes, but overall okay. I recently had the lemon pepper wings, they were very good!

  • Jacob J.

I've been back quite a few times and they've changed up a few employees. Service during the lunch hour could be much much better. Waitresses are clueless with keeping up with those seated outside. Even the food service has worsened. I'm seriously thinking about only having salads here, from now on. Couple times now the wings / legs had a spits' worth of sauce on them. Waitress was too lazy to take it back to the kitchen so she brings out sauce. How can this happen more than once? Saving sauce to be cheap? I don't get it. WTF?

Best place to come see any sports events! They have the NFL Sunday ticket, which allows them to see all the football games in the NFL that are played on Sunday. I enjoy coming here for cold beer and some wings. They have special every month! The food is the only thing they need to work on. Sometimes it's the best and others it's ok. The quality of the wings has gone down.

    (3)
  • Josh Y.

This company is on the back nine in terms of life span. The prices keep rising and the quality keeps dropping. Wings get less and less sauce, extra sauce is more expensive. Beer specials are no long specials at all. $6.50 for a tall Blue Moon is no special. Blue Moon isn't even a good beer. $4.00 for tall Miller Lite and Bud Light is decent if you like crappy beer. I've probably stepped foot into b-dubs for the last time.

    (2)
  • Jimmy B.

I was in town looking for a place to watch the football games and ended up at B-Dubs. I've been to several in the chain and this one was just OK. I ate and drank at the bar and had just OK service. The food looked like it had been thrown on the platter but tasted the same as other locations. I got the impression that had I been a regular I would have gotten better service and maybe a little conversation as most of the staff was chatting it up with friends and commenting on the games.

I have been to BWW many times. It's decent food for the most part, with a few beer specials here and there. This review is mainly for the fact they advertise to have your fantasy draft at their place, yet they don't take a reservation. We had 20 people to draft and had gone to BWW 7 years in a row. Every year its a struggle to get them to save us 2 tables because they don't take reservations. Well how do you expect 20 people to show up for a draft and wait for a table that size. Each year after much convincing they agree and do it. This year they would not. They said that since it was the Bears game (yet preseason game 4 which no one cares about) they could not reserve any tables because it would be so crowded. They said to show up at 5:30 and save the tables for the 7:30 time we wanted. So instead of reserving us 2 tables of 10 for 7:30 they want us to take up the space starting at 5:30 and taking up those seats being unused for 2 hours until everyone else comes at 7:30. It always seems the managers are so young to make a decision that makes sense. We just don't get how BWW's advertises to do these drafts which require large tables to be reserved. It's hard enough to get that many people together and to tell them they will have to just show up and wait and see is not reasonable at all. BWW's blew it because our bill was over $400. We also do 2 mid year meetings which we also did at BWW. We now decided to do these this year at the place we drafted. BWW's lost by this. Everyone at the draft enjoyed the new place and complimented on how things turned out.

I've seen the commercials for BWW plenty of times but this was my first time experiencing for myself. Came here on a Sunday to watch some football with a group of 5. The place was packed but we hung out at the bar area while waiting for a table. I tried 8 boneless wings: 4 of the garlic parmesan sauce and 4 of the honey bbq. The "wings" were more breading that actual chicken and the garlic parmesan "sauce" was more like butter. The fries were very disappointing as well. This place gets points for the fun and lively environment but no stars for the food.

Fact #1: Being on a diet sucks. Fact #2: Being on a diet sucks even more when you're watching your dining companions wolf down wings and onion rings while you're eating a salad. After being corralled into going to B-Dubs with my father to watch the Bears game yesterday, I started to freak out a bit. I went to an insanely difficult spin class that morning and I was in no mood to put all of those calories (and then some) back into my body so quickly. Could there be ANYTHING on the menu that wasn't a total caloriefest? Dieters rejoice! There is something you can order on the menu. It's not exciting, but it will certainly get you through a trip to BWW without major calorie consumption. It's called the Blacked Chicken Salad. When ordered without croutons, it's just mixed greens, a few veggies, a touch of shredded cheese and a breast of super spicy grilled chicken. Pair it with the light Italian dressing (20 calories - hey-yo!) and you have a lean, mean, low-calorie meal that is actually pretty filling. Exciting? Not so much. But it did get the job done for very minimum damage to my calorie intake.

This review is from May 2011. The server was very nice and attentive. The wings were great, it was hot & fresh, and sauced perfect. I know all Wild wings taste the same but they're never equal. Sometimes, it over fried, luke warm, too much sauce or not enough or even unevenly sauced. Big downside are the TVs, many of them were tube, just a few big screen projectors. Maybe it upgraded, I hope they did. It's like watching sports in the 90s.If they had the HDTVs then ratings would be higher. It's sports bar, so one rating lower is reasonable.

    (3)
  • Linda M.

Great wings, great potatoes, poor service. Would have rated this place 2.5 if that option were available. Server didn't check on us so no refills and it took forever to pay for the meal. And, with the exception of one of the salads, there is absolutely nothing healthy on the menu. Don't go if you want to eat reasonably well. There isn't a vegetable anywhere in the place. Granted that's not what BWW is about but it will prevent us from returning any time soon.

As far as service is concerned, this location is a real loser in my book. Just read my reviews, and you'll see that I Yelp several B'dubs. I pump this stock more than Jim Cramer promotes Haliburton. This is a GREAT company, that really gets it! Mark my words- this stock (BWLD) will be the next Panera or Chipotle. Buy it now, while it's still relatively cheap! Now, enough of the financial advice, and let's get to the review. This location sucks! The service is absolutely atrocious, and you'll most likely appear transparent, as the servers and bartenders are more concerned with socializing or watching TV. The food has always been solid, and they've never been out of a certain item when I've been in here; but, I can't handle the indolent servers anymore. Here's a snippet of my last experience: I was in here watching the Derby, and it was shocking that there were only three of us at the bar. "Skye" was the attentive bartender working this day, and he was a real gem. "Skye" {leaning up against the bar, arms crossed} could care less about asking if we needed anything. Nope, "Skye" stood there as if he were mentally retarded and just drifted off into his own little dream world. He had a 100 mile stare, and portrayed a confused look, and seemed as though focusing was a real issue. Maybe he was hungover, or possible ingested a lot of drugs the night before. I really do not know, but he has no business bartending. After waiting a good 15 minutes after he had the difficult task of pouring a beer, my wife and I had menus in hand. We placed them down, so he would possibly ask if we wanted anything to eat. Actually, we did this a few times. No cigar! Instead, we had to wave our hands, and actually motion him over to us, because making eye contact is a real struggle for "Skye." Two beers and our wings, we were done. I'd hate to see how "Skye" would act if he were actually in the weeds. I hope the Manager, or someone in corporate reads this, as they really need to get some good employees in here. Too bad, because it's in a great area, and I'd frequent here more often if they hire a competent staff.

Same as all BWW's expensive in general and the food portion sizes, grow smaller and smaller every year. $25 for 4 beers is absurd. $25 for 18 boneless wings and 6 ridiculously tiny traditional wings is just stupid. Probably won't go back unless drugged and dragged there...

BW3 does wings ok. The service here is ok. The price is ok, although seems to creep up a little too regularly. Once I saw some hair still on the wing. Ewww. Still it's a popular place for lunch and their sauces are varied and tasty. In reality, it;s just a pretty forgettable place.

Alright Buffalo Wild Wings location. Relatively large and spacious compared to some other locations and pretty similar food.

  • Adam B.

The place is great in the sense that there are a million TV's to watch sports and the like, and it's good for social gatherings. The wings are also very tasty with all the sauce selections you get to pick from. I only wish the wings were a little meatier. Today I ordered 18 wings (3 different flavors), and one batch only had 5 instead of 6, and another wing was kind of deformed and inedible. Great place for a casual gathering, though.

    (3)
  • Mike R.

This is a very mediocre place that offers a larg selection of beer and a very small traditional wing There sauces are great I just would like a little more meat on the bones, wraps are great too. The boneless wings are great! I would rate this higher it here was a bigger traditional wing

What can I say about this place other than it's definitely not the best B-Dubs. First, the service was terrible. Lisa C and myself had a very simple order of drinks and wings...I think waiting a half hour for wings was ridiculous. Aside from that, when we were done with our meal it took about ten minutes for the server to to give our check and another five minutes to pick up my credit card. To top it all off, you get some really loud people coming here. I'm aware that this is a sports bar type place and meant to be loud, but I think when people literally scream it pushes the limit. Overall, if you hate slow service and barely being able to hear the person across from you, then I highly suggest not coming to this B-Dubs.

I have been going to BWW since it opened. As others have posted the prices go up and the service goes down. I would avoid this location if at all possible. Even the manager is not concerned with customer service.

If you like lazy boy chairs and a million flat screens with various sports. This may be your place except for there is only one lazy boy in this spot. This place is always packed for sports fans. Highly recommended it for a team, group for their favorite place to watch the game. Lots of seating but be prepared to wait. Its a younger crowd and a newer facility which is nice alternative to the local dives in Libertyville. Also I agree. Men if you are wanting to meet women, I don't think this is this is the ideal setting. Its a place for buddies.

Nice place. Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. What I could not stand about this place is that we couldn't understand our server at all. I hate going to a place where we aren't able to understand what the server is saying and then I'm the one that feels aweful about it.

Thank goodness that "B-dubs" finally opened a half mile from my office. The lunch deals are great at about $8 including bottomless soda and the lunch card gets you $5 off after five lunches. I probably go through one of these each month. This is one of the larger locations I've seen and the bar accommodates a big crowd for evening and weekend sports. One of the more decent draft beer selections you'll find this far out in the burbs too.

Matt Forte and I had like 5 different flavors of wings including the hottest that makes you errupt in sweat beads, lol. The great thing about being there was that no one bothered us for autographs, made a big fuss. Thx BWW!

Good outing today. Waitress was very on top of things as far as getting us anything we need. The food was brought out pretty quick this time. We were in & out of the spot in an hour which from past experiences is really pretty good!

This place is probably ok if you're having some kind of uncontrollable craving for wings. Probably also a good hangout if you want to just do some beers. But don't order anything other than wings. And if you want all-around good chain food involving orange sauce, go to Famous Dave's barbecue down the street.

Pretty good. This place is fun and great if you have kids. I've been to a few of these in my life and this one was ok. The staff was pleasant but a bit slow and the food quality was about what you'd expect from a BWW. Nice arcade games for the kids and lots of TVs. It's nothing special, but pretty good if you want to get out with your kids on a Friday night.

My experience was awful. I will never come back to this location. I came with 2 of my gf's from a baby shower and we were ready to enjoy our night and relax. Our server Jill when welcomed us was not friendly at all. Very meek and quiet in asking for our drink selections. The girls ordered 2 Apple Martini's & I asked for hot tea. It took her 25 minutes to bring me my hot tea after I asked her 3 times after I ordered it. She actually brought me beer instead of what I actually wanted. The apple martini's were awful and the girls asked for soda's instead . After we ordered our flatbread and BONELESS chicken wings, they messed up our oder again. So it took longer to get our boneless since they brought ones with bones. After the gentlemen apologized and took it back, Jill came by and with exact wording from her mouth "What is it this time?" with a huge attitue. Never in my life have I had a server ask me with such force in attitute and no apology of any kind. After we got our correct order, she never came back to check on us or ask if our food was good. Everything still tasted super salty and gross. Jill should have never approached us the way she did. If she was having a bad day, you should know not to take it out on a customer. DUH! Well we did have the manager come by but she just apologized about the martini's and left. Nothing was offered to make us want to come back.

We frequent this location often and usually their service is awful! But, we went on a weeknight and had the BEST server EVER at this location! Whenever you go here, ask if Jenny is working. She was great!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. The mango habanero sauce is to die for and the garlic mushroom appetizers are a hit. The problem I have is the customer service at this location. The wait staff is always unfriendly and in a hurry to get you out of their restaurant. I come now and again because it is near work and we like to enjoy Boneless Thursdays, but honestly the wait staff needs better training.
