Every friendly staff super good food and always find a way for a short line it's the best place I go to for daily food
Yummy malts but no Lemon Cones!!!! Very clean. Quick service but we were told the machine only made chocolate? Ice cream not lemon. Can't have both. Bummer bc this was a childhood favorite. Please bring it back!!
We phoned in our order as we knew we would get there slightly before the kitchen closed. My order was 2 pulled pork meals (sandwiches, fries and drinks) and a large order of cole slaw and that came to about 17.00. My friend comes here often for the food but this was my first time. The place is a little divey but that is fine! There's a few booths inside with big spaces so those with larger waists will be happy and not squished. They also have seating outside. The fries were not too crispy but they were fine. The cole slaw isn't that exciting on its own but I tell you... Put it on the pulled pork sandwich!!! You will not regret it! The meat was tender and they gave you a nice amount! I didn't have any fat bits on my sandwich so that was a plus! The sauce is fine, nothing amazing but still very good. Combine this with the cole slaw really and I'm happy. It made a nice messy bbque sandwich! I didn't eat all my fries so I could have a little room for dessert! I had a basic chocolate cone and it was very good. I sort of wish that I would have gotten a "crunch" cone. I saw someone else get one after I started to eat mine and it looked awesome!!! I'm a little envious!
Its all about the "cheese sticks" here.. They are not like any cheese sticks you've ever had. These look like fried catfish.. Not the perfectly shaped, obviously frozen ones everyone else sells. These are hand cut hunks of mozzarella cheese, hand dipped in breading.. Huge and so delicious... Their onion rings are also awesome hand dipped as well..
This place is just alright. Nothing special but nothing worth complaining about either.
The staff was professional and very very friendly the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I am making this one of my regular spots. I highly recommend this place.
Really enjoyed this place. The servers were old school Italian which certainly added to the lore. In addition, the food was good. Started with oysters Rockefeller and calamari and both were really good. We then got the veal chops with roasted potatoes (5 stars), bone-in chicken cacciatorre (4.5 stars) and broiled octopus (2 stars tops). The calamari dish left much to be desired, so the review had to go from a 5 to a 4...especially when its coupled to a side of pasta that had too much water still in the bowl...should be strained a little more. Nonethless, I can't wait to go again. I definitely think that it's one of the better Italian places in this area. They also have a lovely space for parties. We were in and out in no time...always welcome!
Was out in the boonies on work and found this place by accident. Its kinda of big and nice and there was no other client for lunch. Anyways, we ordered mozerella sticks, Salmon and a sandwich. The food was fine but a house fly was circling our food the entire time. Bessie our server brought us complimentary soups.
For the only Chinese option around you could do a lot worse. Was super busy which is a good sign. They did the standards well and we fed the family for a reasonable price.
I love this place! It's definitely the best Chinese food within a 20 mile radius. I love their shrimp egg rolls! All their food is very flavorful and made well. I will be a long time customer!
Ok, I have just about ate at all the Chinese food places in the area. Decided to stop by and rate this one to the others. Well...I think I'll stick to the others. I ordered the Sesame Chicken lunch special. Came to about $7.25 with a pop and pork fried rice and an eggroll. The eggroll was the best part of my meal hence the two stars. The pork fried rice was ok but not the best. Most other places offer shrimp fried rice on their lunch special. Ok now on the Sesame Chicken. It was tough, like it was fried too hard. Actually it was crunchy like I was eating KFC or something. Very strange and the meat looked overcooked. I don't think I'll be eating here again, go to Hongs on Western or Liangs in Richton Park. Much better food in my opinion. Check out my other reviews...I don't lie!
First time here. The waffles were like delicate flowers full of happiness for my tastebuds. The egg had a little shell in it which was my only complaint. The service staff was warm and welcoming. The server we had at our table seemed to be in a bad mood but she still kept our cups full. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean as well, except it had those faucets where you have to was one hand at a time...who does that?? Overall I was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. I was greeted kindly at the door. The server could have smiled just once but we all have a bad day from time to time. Eggs shouldn't have shells in them. But the waffle was to die for. I'd recommend them to all pancake house lovers.
I had brunch here today and I enjoyed my meal so much. I had the taffy caramel apple waffle along with a side of sausage links and hash browns and raspberry sweet tea. It was all so delicious.vMy mom and aunt had the breakfast special which is good as well. It is nice and quite. Very casual and cozy. Its good for groups. The service is efficient and friendly. I would go back there again for breakfast.
Best place ever! I love the breakfast and lunch, and on Sunday the soup of the day is the best ever cream of chicken and rice! The fries are to die for and they have amazing French toast made with a cinnamon bun! I come here just about every week and have never been disappointed! Make sure to get Sunday's soup of the day.
