This is our favorite hotel in Springfield. Whether we get a basic room, two room suite, or the hot tub suite, it's fabulous. Free wifi, wonderful hot continental breakfast choices, pool, and it's really close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also right off of I-55. The staff is always nice and is willing to let you check out late if needed. The price is reasonable and definitely more for your money than some of the other higher end hotels in the area!

I stayed here with my kids for a quick trip to Springfield to see the Abe Lincoln museum and tomb. The hotel is adequate, for the price we paid on Hotwire. It was a good deal, so my standards were adjusted. An average experience went downhill when we saw the breakfast attendant flossing her teeth with her kitchen gloves on in the main hallway by the check in desk and then return to the kitchen to continue her duties. I cannot confirm whether she washed her hands or changed her kitchen gloves and I was watching. Just no.

This hotel was a little over priced I thought. It was comfortable and clean for the most part. It needs updated. Also, don't put down competition if you can't beat them. I found that kind of boastful. I could have stayed at a name brand and got points for my stay. I was staying with a group and thought I would end up getting a better rate. I didn't. I should have known when the lady at the counter never gave me the cost. I finally seen it on my receipt, that I had to ask for. Bad on me for not asking. I would recommend this as a place to stay but get everything up front.

This is a HORRIBLE hotel! I had a suite and was there on business. I left for conference in a rush, left clothing on bed and maid-service REFUSED to clean my suite! They were quick to pitch a sign on my bed stating they do not make up beds with clothing on it. Yet, there was no type of notice with that warning. Those wretched maids here probably thrilled they did not have to service my room!

Fantastic! Really felt like a lovely boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated and modern. We booked on Priceline so we paid half of rack rate. Breakfast was delicious: make your own waffles, sausage links, eggs, pastries, bagels, fruit, juice.... Some of the best hotel breakfast I've had, the eggs were super good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful indoor pool with huge windows to outside on one side and breakfast area on the other. We will stay here again for sure.

Needed a place to stay from Sunday night to Monday for me and my family. We found this place thru Hotels.com and only spent around $100. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating to us as we had forgotten some things we needed at home. The room smelled a little musty though and the air conditioner was quite loud. In the morning a very basic continental breakfast was served and it was OK. Overall a good value for the $100 we spent but I wouldn't want to pay any more.

A friend had a wedding reception here, and we booked a room at the location. Good, clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy to reach location. Reasonable cost. They give you the option to pay cash for the room upfront and avoid credit card authorizations, which was awesome. Price is fair & worth it if you need/want to stay overnight for an event, but probably a bit pricey for a one night vacation/rest stay. Would definitely stay here again.

When you come in, there's a faint smell of mold/mildew. The carpet looks like it's been vacuumed but not sure it's clean. Nice TV and a large mini fridge. The microwave looks like it's seen better days (Avanti brand). Basically, it's just ok...nothing special. I have a beautiful view of the parking lot in the back of the building.

Spacious, clean rooms, great beds, close to shopping area, friendly staff, and easy to reach location. Breakfast simple but good.

I feel as though I am trapped in the 70's surrounded with teak furniture, stepping on a maroon office carpet, and wrapped in a bedsheet with apple stems on it. Oh and the the boxy TV. No real desk to do any work on. No coffee machine and the telephone is on the other side of the room and not next to the beds. Props that it's not a rotary phone - one star. Add another for internet. Just found the coffee maker! It's in the bathroom. Silly me for not looking in the bathroom for a coffee maker.
