Yumm!! Their filet!!! Staff was attentive. Food was wonderful! Try their house steak sauce, yummy! Nothing really bad to say, we have recently rediscovered this place. Since then we had gone to Texas Roadhouse, and both of us wished we went to longhorn. We will be back.

A little more expensive than TR but food had very good flavor and portions were generous. Our server Alicia was friendly and attentive without stopping every two minutes to ask if everything was ok. There is a fine line between good service and tip seeking and she found a good balance. Didn't have room for dessert.

It has been a while since the person managing this Longhorn moved out of her management position. I wanted to wait to review, until the new management had time to get settled. We have drastically reduced the frequency that we go in Longhorn. The reasons are many and, sadly, consistently reasons not to come in frequently. I don't usually list concerns but if I explained each it would take a long time, so here is the list for this review: Frequent management changes, the appetizer portions have decreased (not to a minuscule point but noticeable), the margarita shakers are different (smaller?), the steak temps are often wrong (I order medium but get med-well- yes, I know my temps), the wait times have increased but not because of more business (as far as I can tell- and there are often table to be sat but not sat, even without large partys to seat), the serving staff are not very friendly or attentive (except for the last time we were in, but 1 out of 12 is not a win), and the parking lot gets filthy. On the improved side: there are more new items (loved my overcooked bacon on bacon steak the other day) and the bathrooms are considerably cleaner (not the most important factor in my mind though).

I would not go back here. We arrived at 545 so it was not busy at all The service was slow and we were out of water we had to ask for things twice and he didn't even take our dirty dishes. But that's not all! My filet was tough my sons steak was not cooked right. I told the waiter and he told us twice he'd have the manager come talk to us but HE NEVER CAME OVER. Stay away from here if you are expecting good food and good service. The building looked nice and clean hopefully they can get a good manager to make sure customers are satisfied and the cooks and staff are doing their jobs properly.

The best prime rib I have had in a long time and I am picky. Had to wait a little but all of the food and service was excellent. The atmosphere made the dinner even better. We will be back.

My husband and I both had the flatiron steak with stuffed portabello, and enjoyed them immensely. They were cooked perfectly (rare) and the sauce and portabello were delicious. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad. We first went to the Texas Roadhouse, looked at the number of people waiting for tables, sitting and standing inside and outside in the heat, and decided to go elsewhere. There was no waiting at the LongHorn, the service was great, and the food delicious. And the two restaurants are only 1/2 mile apart. Why would so many people wait at the other place?

After a week of home-cooked meals, we opted to go out for dinner. Being the holiday season and without a reservation, we (a party of six) like had to wait about 20-30 minutes. There were approximately 20 people in total waiting to be seated, without a large enough waiting area. The place was a bit kitschy - not in a bad way - lots of cowboy, western paraphernalia. It a comprehensive theme. We happened to be standing where we could see a vacant and clean table that could accommodate 6 by pulling up one more chair. As a restaurant, would you seat two people, who arrived first, or a party of 6 at a table for up to 6 people? This wasn't the annoying bit. We also saw another table that was vacant, but needed to be cleaned. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come over and wipe down the table (and a poor job at that - there were crumbs on the chairs). This ended up being our table. We tried a variety of dishes - ribs, sirloin, chop steak, steak stuffed with crab, and ribeye (they were out of prime rib). My father ordered his ribeye medium, and it came out well-done. We cut the steak in half and it was barely pink on the edges. The staff was very prompt in making a new ribeye, but only after getting someone's attention. A cook actually came out and delivered the steak and made sure it was to my father's satisfaction. My husband and brother had ribs that fell off the bone (as advertised), but they were not wowed by it. On the plus side, my sirloin cooked medium was very tasty, the right color and with a nice spice rub. They also have a good selection of sides - first time, I saw sweet potato as an alternative to the baked or mashed potato. Like I mentioned earlier, the staff was very prompt in handling the overcooked ribeye. However, there were times where it took awhile before we could wave someone down (e.g., should the bread come out only when the steaks are served and not with our salads? should the waitress asked us what sauce - A1, Worcestershire, etc. - with our steaks, before they arrived??). There were a few brilliant moments at Longhorn, but not enough of them to make the experience more than a three star.

First time I've had lunch at a Longhorn, I generally prefer steakhouse trips for dinner and the biggest dang steak I can buy. I throttled back a bit to a bacon cheddar burger with garlic parm fries. Wife had the same w regular fries, she was happy, ditto w father in law w his salmon, kiddo w chicken strips and whatever the hell my mother in law had. All of it was tasty and well prepared, though nothing otherworldly. Quick, friendly service as well.

Went here tonight and had the best mussels, trout with lobster shrimp sauce and prime rib made perfectly. Our waitress Lauren was super friendly and attentive. We were extremely pleased with everything and can't wait to go back again when we decide to treat ourselves.

The LongHorn Steakhouse was great if you're looking for your basic steakhouse experience. Like any other Longhorn, it is decorated in a Western style and carries all kinds of steak options. The staff seated us (a party of three) immediately despite our thinking that with a full parking lot we were going to have a wait. Our server, Silvia, was attentive and great at checking in on the regular for our beverages and food needs. The actual food was good as well in regard to taste and portion size. Obviously with any kind of steakhouse, it runs a bit on the pricier side of things.

Just walked out of this restaurant because I couldn't get waited on. They were very slow so there was no excuse for this. There was no manager to be found. As I was leaving I told the hostess and she shrugged her shoulders. Obviously they could care less about their guests.

The host and server went out of their way to meet our requests (A+). The salad greens were a little bruised (B-). Our sides were delicious (B+). Our Sirloin steak was overall tasty and tender - very little gristle (B). The Manager interrupted our conversation and could've exercised some restraint (C).
