Absolutely horrendous. Horrible! This establishment deserves nothing more than a negative star rating. So here's why.. My best friend and I came here after grocery shopping with my little one while our men were tool shopping. Very very rarely do us moms get to sit down at a restaurant, so we were excited. Horrible horrible idea. The waitress we had was just bad. That's all I can say. Bad. She got every single thing wrong. I asked for diet, no ice and 2% milk for my daughter. I get diet with extra ice and my daughter gets chocolate milk. Fine, no biggy. So we get chips to start. They are stale and freezing cold...which was a total bummer because we love chilis chips!! there were 3 other tables (all had a different waiter than us) yet we had to ask twice before our waitress came back!!! Now is when we started getting annoyed. Then we hear some EXTREME language coming from the kitchen. A waitress or lead was completely losing it. Going off in a cook for not putting something into a to go box. Completely degrading him and swearing so loud it became the topic of discussion among the dining area! So now it was time to order. My girlfriend specifically asked for ONLY plain salad with grilled chicken, & I asked for a margarita mex bowl that was to be shared with my one year old. Nope...she came out with her salad with EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN on it. And gave me the jalapeño chipotle bowl! Thank GOD I tried it before putting it into my child's mouth. I told the waitress to take it back, because CLEARLY it's inedible for my kid. My friend just picked everything else off her salad. Literally a half hour later, my girlfriend is done with her food and I've had it with my patience. I asked for the check and told her to forget my dish. The manager came out with one high horse excuse that it was being 'specially made'. Really? How about you just give me the correct dish? Right when we were about to pay, two other tables requested for their meals to be taken back and off their bill. This place is a complete joke. NEVER returning.

Like other reviewers, I must state the obvious in that the service is just awful. Our dishes were never bussed from the table and every drink refill required us to ask specifically for it. Ordered cheese fries with no jalapeño; fries came with jalapeño and even when this error was pointed out, no apology was offered. Our food came to us cold as though it had been sitting for several minutes while our server chatted with other employees. This was not our first visit to this location, but it will certainly be the last.

Never good service .... Mediocre food .... but it's local and we keep giving it a try. This will be our 5th visit and each time I try something that seems microwaved. But the place gets a good amount of traffic so must be ok to most.

There are many other options around this location for safe, quality food, and my advice is to please take another option! Both of my children were very sick after eating a chicken sandwich from this restaurant. Never returning!

We were there last week again and had great service. There have been a couple of times in the past that service was slow but we have not experienced that lately. The food was fine and served hot. I only have one complaint and that is the stuffed potato skins are no longer on the menu.

I gave an extra star because of the server. The food sucks. I have never been here but ordered Memphis rub and stochbachen ribs and they were over cooked. No flavor and tasted like old tires. I was under the impression these guys were known for their ribs. I also had the chili which was eh. Too much chili powder. Only go here if you REALLY need to eat and you are a day away from dying from starvation. I am pretty sure there is no pest problem of any kind as this food wouldn't be eaten by anything.

We love dining at the bar here, food comes fast and fresh! Our bartender knows our drink orders even though we only go a few times a month. She is great. They always sub in a black bean burger for the chicken in the Southwest Chicken Wrap because I'm vegetarian. It tastes great. You can even get a free brownie sundae if you bring in a movie ticket stub. Sweet!

So, tonight I picked up a to-go order from this Chili's location. Part of the order was for a bottomless bowl of soup and a bottomless salad, which is supposed to include chips and salsa. However the person working the to-go counter clearly wasn't trained adequately on the menu. I asked her 3 times if she was sure that chips and salsa were extra, and she emphatically indicated that they were. When I got home I called and spoke to the manager because it bothered me. Mike's response was less than sufficient, in my opinion. In addition to the error regarding the free chips, they did not include salad dressing or dipping sauce for one of the entrees. There are few things more disappointing than getting home with a foulled up take out order and a canned service recovery response to it. We will think long and hard before we give this place another chance.

Why do we keep going back here?! Oh the potato soup. That's it. Not for any other reason. Today or waitress walked past us four times, before stoping to acknowledge us & get our drink orders. We'd waited so long we were ready to order by then. She finally brings out our drinks~ could someone PLEASE tell wait staff not to hand me my cup with their dirty grimy fingers over the cup! Gross!! She handed each drink that way. Grrrrr. Food was slow to come out & mediocre at best. I should just start cooking more at home to avoid being annoyed every time we eat out ;)

I have not had a problem with the service, but the foundation of a restaurant should be the quality of its food. Here at this Chili's location, though, food quality seems to be an afterthought. I live down the street so it'd be great to take family & friends there or get some take out on a weeknight with my wife, but it'd be a waste of money. For example, the fried food I ordered tonight was soaked in oil (seems as though it was cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough). Oh well, I'll go somewhere else - lots of options around here.

There was hair in my salsa and the wait staff was loud and disruptive in the back .. food was ok .. ordered a honey mustard but didn't get it til I asked bc my server was too busy shooting the shit with her coworkers

I give up. Many Chili's are pretty good, unfortunately this is not one of them. Slow service, poorly cooked food. I can see why there was no wait today when many other places were crowded. Find someplace else to eat.

I've always loved Chili's but I'll never go back to this one. Probably the worst service I've had a national chain restaurant. The place was dead when we got there so we sat at the bar, I got a drink and my wife got water. 5-10 minutes later my wife decided on a cocktail and pushed the "contact server" button on their stupid table top tablet things. We were ignored for well over 10 minutes. We finally had to yell "excuse me!" at the bartender to get her attention. I repeat, the place was dead so there was no reason to wait that long. I ordered another drink and my empty glass from my first drink was never taken away the whole time we were there, yet our two unused appetizer plates were taken away before we even finished our app. I know that's not a huge deal but it's principal. We had to ask for EVERYTHING. Never did the bartender ask if we wanted to order food, or if we needed a refill. We weren't even given plates or napkins or silverware. Again, we had to ask for all of that stuff. That's day 1 stuff for any server. It took at least 5 minutes and one reminder from me every time I ordered another drink. I asked for a side of cheese and hot sauce, and got a side of lettuce. The bartender dumped our fries before we could get them in our to-go box. Oh yeah, then as we were leaving the bartender had the nerve to say something to the extent of "thanks for being patient, we're crazy busy". No, she was just lazy. Just flat out, horrible service. I don't expect to be treated like a celebrity, but with countless other places we could go and spend money, why would we want to go back after being treated so poorly? BONUS - Two guys that looked about our age sat down next to us and ordered beers, and the bartender said she had to have the manager check their I.D.'s. She was the one to check ours, that seemed odd... A few minutes later some old, mouth-breathing guy slowly lumbers over to them. Rather than saying "hello" or "how are you gentlemen tonight" he just grabs their I.D. cards and ignores them. Friendly dude. Good thing he's the manager of a restaurant, where friendliness is a factor in which customers may or may not return....

At best mediocre. The service was the worst I've ever had. The food was bland, skimpy and over priced. I love margaritas but even their 'top shelf' was terrible. NEVER again. I wish I could give them zero stars and more than that I wish I had listened to the other reviews.

Awful! This particular Chilis is terrible. The food is barely passable. I ordered the guacamole burger. It was over cooked and the guacamole wasn't spicy at all..unlike all other Chilis. The fries were way overcooked. My sons mac n cheese was gross and he didn't have but a few fries because they were so over cooked. We sat in the bar area and we had to switch tables three times because the booth tables were completely at a slant from coming apart at the wall. Really? They don't make enough money to fix them? This wasn't the first time this Chilis was horrible. Never going back!!
