Rachel B. I'm with you 9 out of 10 times order is incorrect! Here is today's wrong order (served by a manager of all people also.) ordered sausage biscuit with add on cheese. Hashbrown and large coke zero What I got: bacon egg cheese biscuit medium Coke hashbrown that was cold. She insisted that was large coke zero even though I know it's not. I drove home and immediately took survey and let them know they are horrible at orders and customer service. I then called to tell them and (6) attempts. No answer. Other mishaps Order (2) chocolate chip cookies Got (1) oatmeal instead Order (2) chocolate chip cookies Got cookie bag with no cookies Ordered quarter pounder meal Got mc double Ordered chocolate milkshake Got vanilla milkshake IM DONE with this place! Anyone else experiencing this at this location lately?

We ezpected to have to pay for the wrap they forgot but awesomely she didnt and she gave us a card for a free meal next time and extra apple pies! Thats winning in my book.

The food is McDonald's quality, so whatever you want to think of it is up to you. My complaint is for other things: 1. False advertisement: They advertised Transformer toy for Happy Meal in the restaurant and what my son received was Electro character from Spiderman from 6 MONTHS ago. When I complained, they said that's all they have. My son already have 3 of the same exact toy from 6 MONTHS ago. 2. Customer service: They messed up and they told us to just come back later to buy another happy meal when they have the Transformer toy. Talk about refusing to take responsibilities! 3. Corporate: Since I couldn't get resolution from the store, I escalated to corporate and all I received was a generic apology reply that was probably generated by a software. When I tried to reply to the email, they auto replied they didn't use the email address for communication. Talk about refusing to provide customer service! This company has turned for the worst. One of the worst I've experienced in my life. And it's particularly disturbing after I've received so many great service from other companies like Starbucks, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Boston Market, etc.

I am very sad when I come here today, first time in many months I have been here and first time inside ever. As I entered the restaurant, the entrance (between the outside and inside doors) smelled HORRID. Then as I entered, it still smelled but not as strong. It was disgusting. I then had to wait 4 minutes until someone would take my order, there was no one in front of me. And another 4 minutes for my food. This is absolutely the worst service speed wise I have ever had at a McDonalds when there was no one in line in the restaurant (it was 3 pm...). And to top it off, when the one manager realized I was waiting, she yelled to the back of the store to get the cashier back up here. Yelling is very off putting.. The Fish Sandwich I had today was not as crispy as usual and had less tartar sauce than I would have liked but I was in a hurry and was not willing to wait another 4 minutes to get a sandwich. I did forget to get water, so I went back up only to have to stand at the counter another minute before someone acknowledged me. This was by far the worst meal I have had at a McDonald's to date. Also note the furniture, mind you this is a fairly newly remodeled place, is cracked and all beat up already.

They didn't have large fries....Are you kidding me! Maybe its a sign to not be such a fat loser but at least be nice about it and give me free stuff. I won't be back there's other places with Large Fries I can go to at 11pm that will be nicer.

Now, before you think I'm crazy for writing this much about a fricken McDonald's, hold on. I've mentioned before that I usually don't like reviewing chains. Especially McDonalds. But my exceptions are if they have really good service or really bad service. This particular location happens to be really, really, REALLY bad service. They get my order wrong 9 times out of 10 when I go here and the employees are just plain rude. I'm don't get mad easily, but these people here really just get under my skin. Example 1. I'll take a caramel latte and a nonfat vanilla latte. Get to the window and she hands be something that says nonfat latte, when I brought this to her attention she said oh sorry its the wrong sticker thats the caramel one. Okay, no big deal. But then the second one says that a vanilla latte, in which I told them it was supposed to be nonfat. Again, wrong sticker but the young lady at the window tried arguing with me about what they really were. She was really rude. Upon leaving and drinking the coffees... the caramel one wasn't even close... it was a peppermint mocha!!!! Uhm really? You're going to argue with me over that and then its not even something we ordered. Cool. I'll give you a second chance.... Example 2. I go through the drive thru and order 3 burgers, 1 mcchicken, 2 small fries, and a coke. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker until the guy finally got it right. Then I pay and pull up to the window and they ask me what my order was AGAIN. I tell them and wait another 5 minutes before my order gets to me. I get home, my order is missing the mcchicken and the buffalo sauce I had asked for (and also paid for). The girl here as also really rude to giving me attitude about anything I say or asked. Come on people, I work in the food industry... its not that hard to get an order right! Especially when there's no one else inside or in the drive thru. What really baffles me at this location is how rude all of their employees are. The customer service sucks monkey balls. There is no correcting them or saying you got the wrong item cause they'll just blame it on you. Don't bother asking questions either, they won't answer them. There's a McDonald's down the street from this one, that if you're from the area, is totally worth the extra couple blocks to drive as they almost always get my order right and their employees are super nice. End Rant.

Restaurant Review Fast food check, inexpensive check, not really tasty probably. This is one of the more updated mcd locations with flat screen screens and has undergone multiple renovations. The menu is no different than other mcd and if you want a cheap meal there is always the dollar menu. Can't go wrong when you want to get fast and cheap eats. I can't say that the burgers are good but that is another story altogether Pro- fast, cheap, clean, modern Con- poor quality of food Hidden deal- Dollar menu!

Hi, may I have a large tea with 2 sugars, please. A hot tea? Yes, please. Do you want the sugar in the water? Sure, that's fine. Okay, pull to the first window. (First window empty, pulled to second window) (Am handed a hot cup with a tea bag on top of it) May I have 2 sugars please? It's in the water. You put the sugar in the hot water but are handing me the tea bag? No one ever gets tea here, I didn't know what to do. I've never seen this before. (Shaking head and staring at tea cup, wondering what would have happened if I had ordered something complicated)

  • Donna R.

Good location, food is usually piping hot (with the exception of fries at times). Workers are always nice, renovations help with drive-thru (now they have two). Have only messed up an order once, and that says a lot about McDonalds.

I rode my bike to McD's. The manager told me it was their policy not to allow bikes inside the restaurant. I apologized for not finding the bike rack only to learn they don't have one. I said I refused to put my Cannondale at risk. She pointed & said something so I asked her what their policy was on strollers. To my luck, there were a few blocking areas of the restaurant. She left me & my bike alone. Stroller belong outside! Parents don't bother folding them out of the way so they're more of an obstruction to other customers than bicycles. How often do parents clean and wipe up biohazardous waste of toddler, pet dander and car trunk? Bicycles are better maintained, tuned up, registered and insured. Mine cost hundreds of dollars more than a stroller, requires a Kryptonite lock and never sees rain or snow. Fuck your prejudice! There are so many McDonald's in the area. Who cares that they're renovating the outside when the place sucks inside?

Great location, very convenient, and they're quick! I like when I can get my "fast food" fast!! That's always a plus! They have yet to get my order wrong or forget something. Score!!

  • Ryan H.

This place always screws up my order. They take forever to give you your food and it's always wrong... Im not going to sit here and rant but plain and simple this place is one of the worst MC Donalds I've ever been to.

  • G E.

Not one of there better locations, the breakfast food has always been ok, but if you order off the lunch menu something will be screwed up and it's usually the fries, check your stuff before you drive off.

The employees in the drive-thru at this restaurant are wonderful! It's hard to find someone working in fast food who enjoys their job. Every single employee I have encountered at this McD's seems happy to be there and they enjoy helping their customers. I stop every day for an iced tea and they have never gotten my order wrong. Every other McD's I have been to gives me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet tea. These employees are always friendly, kind and thank me for stopping by.
