Nicer atmosphere, and less cramped layout than down the street. Good waitstaff.

Staff is always too busy talking amongst each other to actually pay attention to customer order... last 3 times I went my drink was different from what I ordered. When I told the barista it was wrong, they just said my drink was right but the sticker was wrong. Convenience of the location isn't worth it anymore!

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It's like hipster wanna be central. FYI, the real hipsters live in Chicago. Move there if you aspire to be that kind of person. First, they got my drink wrong. Then, the hipster girl that was at the register insisted on telling me that my Starbucks card was a gift card. I was using the Starbucks app to pay for my drink and I have a gold card. I told her I wanted to put money on my STARBUCKS CARD. She loaded my card and said she put the money on my gift card. I looked at her puzzled (making sure she wasn't trying to give me a gift card) and said you mean my Starbucks card? And she said snidely, it's a gift card. I realize that the gold card starts out as a gift card. But I have been to plenty of Starbucks in the past for some 5 years and not once did they insist I had a gift card but instead figured out I must be talking about my gold card. Because the young hipster girl took me as some kind of kid that didn't know what I was talking about she failed to be proactive to figure out what I was trying to say. I avoid this Starbucks now and go to the one on Perryville instead. Where you get the true Starbucks customer service and not some hipster BS.

Typical Starbucks fair and clean. Staff is ok on friendliness. Ordered a hot caramel macchiato with whole milk and stirred. Asked me if I wanted it 'upside down'. Explained it was not the same. Seemed like it was a confusing request. I had to explain to the barista just to make it stirred all the way. they weren't really that busy but it seemed like they were rather sedate on the speed of making the drink. My drink was made ok as far as taste but the barista didn't stir enough and the caramel sank to the bottom of the cup. I say this Starbucks is about a 50/50 on making my drinks right.

This isn't my regular Starbucks, but I hit it from time to time. The service here seems to be good. The coffee is what you've come to expect from Starbucks. I still think Starbucks is overly proud of their coffee for the price they are charging.
