I'm a big fan of anything that comes in a wrap, pita, flatbread...etc...so when Roly Poly opened up a downtown location, I made it a point to go right away. I've been consistently going back ever since. I'm really impressed by their extensive menu...they have a lot of different options which can really satisfy anyone's liking. I especially like the option to "Roll Your Own" sandwich, where you can choose from a large list of ingredients, including some pretty unique items. The soup is also really good, and then menu rotates pretty often, so theres always a good variety. The staff has always been very friendly, and began to recognize me after I started coming in every Monday. My only complaint is that I've had issues with their delivery. I LOVE ordering pick-up from their website, but sometimes the delivery gets wonky. You can choose your delivery time, and at work I often order much earlier than I need to and set the delivery time for a few hours later. Often times the delivery comes as early as 45 minutes before I've requested. Some would say thats not a bad thing, but its inconvenient to plan around a now hot sandwich that you weren't planning to eat until much later. Why even have the option to choose the time for delivery if you aren't going to follow it? I've learned my lesson, and adjusted accordingly. The food always arrives hot (or cold, whatever you order), and the delivery staff has always been really nice. I love Roly Poly! I hope it can stick around downtown.

Was pretty excited about this place because it was my first time ordering from them and even more excited knowing they delivered. However, the delivery time was extremely lengthy almost a 45 minute wait and they didn't actually get the food here until WELL over an hour. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and Its only a 15 minute drive from them to my workplace. No excuses.

I found this place by accident. I was downtown on business, and stumbled across Roly Poly (it is in Stewart Square, the place I just so happened to be) They have quite a variety of wraps, sandwiches, and salads to choose from. I think I stood there a good fifteen minutes before I could make my mind up (I didn't mind, this was a new place for me and I wanted to choose carefully) The staff was attentive, but didn't try to rush me like so many places do. I ended up deciding on the Cashew Chicken Wrap, which was wonderful. A helpful thing they have on their menu is a number by each item, which cuts down on mistakes. I almost never go downtown, but now I'm going to have to change that. I would recommend Roly Poly to anyone and everyone.

I went to Roly Poly when it was located off of broadcast and i wasn't too impressed then. Today when i went to their new location downtown, it was excellent. It was packed with customers and the service was pretty quick. The wrap i ordered was EXCELLENT. #41 BBQ pork melt w/o onion and my girlfriend ordered the #96 chipotle cheesesteak. Both wraps were so good. we both ordered the half portions and both were plenty for lunch. i'm thinking the regular size would have been a little much unless you were really hungry. overall i'll definitely be stopping back there again.

Came here for lunch during a break from school and the place was packed! Which was quick to get through and offered me time to browse the menu to decide what to eat. There were many different types of sandwiches to choose from, hot or cold, even half or whole sandwiches, and there were many meat or non-meat options as well. I had half of a turkey wrap which was okay but the sauce or dressing that was put on it was not to my taste. The other two people I was with liked the wraps and the one had soup as well, which he enjoyed. Overall, this is a good place for a quick lunch and worth a try, but I will probably try somewhere else before I come back to this one.

Had heard good things, but was not impressed. They have a huge selection of wraps, but almost too many. I ended up just making my own because I got tired of reading all the descriptions. I requested a wheat roll, as it was listed as an option, but was told that they did not have any. The chip selection was very limited and it took about 10 minutes to get my wrap after I had ordered. I didn't specify what size I wanted (rookie mistake I guess) and my order of a wrap, chips, and drink cost almost $10. The wrap was definitely the bigger one, and probably a little more than I needed for lunch, so I should have specified the smaller size. Not sure how much cheaper the smaller size would have been anyway. Overall, I was not impressed and will not make any special trips downtown to have lunch here again.

I used to work right down the street from roly poly, and really enjoy this place. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. It is one of the few places in the area to grab a quick bite to eat. They also have an awesome pizza place right around the corner owned by the same people. I highly recommend it.
