    It's Olive Garden. Do you expect fine Italian fare when dining at Olive Garden? No? Good. It's not. But, the food is decent and portions are hefty, with all of that salad and piles of breadsticks they throw at you. Get the alfredo sauce, unless you are scared of a silly thing known as a heart attack. Aw, heck, get it anyway. This particular location had some rather annoying staff that either hovered over to ask a million times if you wanted something (the dessert sales pitch was a little much for my taste) or were clearing plates away before you were finished (since when did they get stingy with the leftover salad and take it from the table long before your meal arrived?) C'mon OG, let us graze on sopping wet with dressing salad greens for a bit longer...

    Another great experience. Good size portions with enough to bring home leftovers. Ravioli was fanstastic and my son loved the mac and cheese. Save room for dessert, and you can't make a bad choice there! We appreciate the good food in a good family environment. Thanks!

    The night began with minestrone it was hot, and tasty. The soup came with all of these wonderful vegetables, I ate every drop. After soup I ate the habanera wings! I ate every wing and cleaned the bones. Then I ate the unlimited breadsticks. They melted in my mouth. The white Zinfandel wine was great also. The manager was very friendly and the waitress gave us wonderful service. To sum it up soup, great. Chicken, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Breadsticks, unlimited. Wine, bold and refreshing. Staff, polite and welcoming.

    We often go there for lunch as a group from work, so we have a time limit. Always get in and out on time! Food is always good and service prompt. What more can you ask?

    There's not much of a point in rating Olive Garden food... if you've been to one, you've been to pretty much all of them. They do a good job of standardizing food quality. That being said, completely ignore any complaints about too much salad dressing, over-garlic'ed breadsticks, etc. That's what OG does, that's their jam. You should expect that. What I can rate is the service, which I found to be a little lacking from this franchise. Overall, things were just very slow. Slow on refills, slow on request, slow on getting the check... We even asked for one dish to be split between two individuals. The dish came out a single dish, despite the acknowledgement of the request. It just all seemed "off" for an olive garden. Everything else was standard fare.

    I love Olive Garden, but this certain location never seems to impress me. This past visit, my chicken Alfredo was runny, and the chicken tasted like I was chewing on plastic. Servers are always nice but they definitely need more training.

    I've always enjoyed eating at Olive Garden. We don't go to many Italian places but when we're hungry for pasta and/or bread/salad (unlimited) this is one place we come. I've been to other locations so I feel the food is pretty much the same at all of them. I ordered the unlimited pasta this time (first time I've had this) and it was pretty good. I only tried 2 different kinds because I was on pasta overload. My wife ordered the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia and that was really good! Next time I'm definitely ordering that! We also ordered an appetizer of Calamari and ended up taking alot home (our eyes were bigger than our stomachs). I like how this locations seating is layed out and I really like the staff here. They always are quick and really polite. I will say I think that the outside of the building could use a touch-up!

    The food here is pretty good, but if you want real Italian, find a local place. Call ahead to see how long the wait is because this location is almost always busy. There is a to-go service if you what OG but don't want to wait. I like the lighter flare menu, so I can fill up on tasty breadsticks and salad.

    Have eaten here on 2 occasions, family dinner group of ten and, the other, the night of the birth of our last grandchild. Neither parking nor the waits for a table during prime time were excessive. I can say I'm not a big fan of the vibrator for waiting customers (Hmmm, that sounds kinda weird;almost, well...maybe pager would be a better choice of words). Although if the wait gets excessive...uh, never mind. The family dinner was in a semi-private alcove off the main dining area. We were served promptly with drinks, salad and bread sticks. Our orders were taken and the food arrived reasonably soon after. Based on reactions from the group, all entrees were good. I had a tasty rendition of al dente clams linguini in an herbed garlic butter sauce with Parmesan cheese grated over the dish by the server. Drinks, salad and bread sticks were replenished before they were gone. The others had spaghetti with meatballs, veggie stuffed ravioli, veal Parmesan and, for the youngsters, children's portions of spaghetti and chicken fingers. About half of the group had desserts: children had chocolate sundaes and others had tiara misu. By all accounts, the meal was a success and everyone left fully satiated. As to the second visit, we opted for a table in the bar area. Good choice!. The bar was almost full and a little loud. For openers I had a reasonably good house Merlot and my wife had a white zinfandel. We opted to skip appetizers and went for the clams linguine (again). The meal was shared so we could have the tiara misu for dessert. Just prior to dessert we received a recorded message of our last grandchild's first angry cries after being born. It brought startled looks from everyone in the bar! Red with embarrassment, I held up the phone and explained that it was our last grandchild who had just been born. (Applause, laughter and good wishes from the crowd). In the next half hour, we received rounds of drinks from the restaurant and patrons! Thank you, one and all. Service was excellent. Food was good. But we altered the ambiance in the bar, though not in a bad way. Recognizing that OG is a chain, they did very well. Their offerings of the "traditional" Italian dishes were interesting, but not inspired...but then again this is not a fine dining or an authentic Italian restaurant. It is an Americanized version of Italian food. Nevertheless, the food, ambiance and pricing were acceptable to both a group with divergent tastes and a twosome.

    Great food, even better service!I Was quite surprised how excellent their service was today. Our server, Zachary, by far knows the meaning of customer service and makes sure to stay on top of everything. Food was great as usual but I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate attention to detail today. Great job!

    Shhhhhhh, don't tell anyone, but . . . I went to Olive Garden. : / I consider Olive Garden my guilty food pleasure, as in I truly feel guilty for liking it. I usually avoid the chains, and OG is as chain as chains can get. With that being said, I'll own it, I go here, but only for the basics. Salad, breadsticks, and minestrone soup. There is just something about the soup & salad that I crave once or twice a year! I just learned that you can request the standard OG salad with the dressing on the side, or with romaine instead of iceburg, or even with some spinach in there. Too cool!! Also, I heard that you can request the breadsticks NOT be covered in butter and they still taste as good. Haven't tried out all of these requests, but sounds like some good options. This particular OG was set up just like the one that I usually go to in Phoenix, pretty much the exact same layout. When my soup & salad craving strikes, I usually prefer to go at lunch when the soup & salad is a combo price, but this time it was dinner so I had to get the soup and salad separately. Oh well, you win some, you loose some, it was still worth the money. Until the next craving . . .

    The wal-mart of Italian restaurants. Bland, boring, and overpriced. I can't figure out how one dish can come out piping hot, and the next one they put down is room temp. Service is good to great. Just too many great local choices to go to. That said, the salad is awesome, but not enough to score a higher rating in my book. Sorry.

    After planning to meets friends here specifically for the gluten free pasta, you can imagine how disappointed we all were to find out they were out! While they tried to make it up to us it really wasn't possible. Be sure to call ahead if you are looking for GF pasta, just because it's on the menu, doesn't mean it's in the restaurant!

    we have all been too at least one olive garden for which ever reason but the service at this specific olive garden was quite good. I actually waited for forty minutes and I was not disappointed at all. And the wine tasting was a plus.

    I have to say this Olive Garden is disgusting. More than once I have been with people that have found hairs cooked in their entrees. And then the last time I was there there was a live spider in my salad. The waiter did nothing except say sorry. Nothing was taken off the check. I called the corporate office and ended up getting a $35 gift card. Still haven't had the courage to go back and use it though & I probably won't!

    Olive Garden food varies only slightly from store to store. We ate at this location last week. Ordered flat breads, pizza, calzone, soups and salad. All baked items had very dry pastry and dry fillings-like chicken. A calzone that is nearly hollow with approx 1.oz of dried chicken and spinach is a half hearted attempt. The alfredo sauce for dipping was pasty and salty-the consistency of cream of chicken soup from a can. Minestrone soup was cold and our server brought out escarole not realizing the difference between the two. She was very apologetic and friendly but could not make up for the tasteless food. They offered drink specials but the server returned stating they were OUT and would I accept a draft beer instead of the import-but made no accommodation. Tsk tsk. Soggy salad and anemic breadsticks were served abundantly-but we weren't interested in filling up on those, like some consumers do. I feel like that is the draw of the restaurant-volume pasta, bread, salad. I agree with other reviewers-this is Italian Denny's.

    Service was slow and meals when served appeared to have sat for some time and some were cool and some room temp. Average mediocre food. Our party's servers appeared to be sent on break during our meal and no one picked up on serving our table for 45 minutes.

    Oh, Olive Garden....Did my trusty pair of levi's actually rip open after I left your restaurant? Sure did. I'm also not blaming it on daily wear and tear on an old pair of jeans that I ride my bike daily in, Im blaming it on the unlimited salad and breadsticks you kept forcing upon me. Next time I will remember to wear sweatpants.
