This place is my go to when I'm at the mall or bookstore and I start feeling peckish. The people there really aren't rude; I don't understand why so many people think that. The teryaki chicken is the best thing on the menu by far. The sushi is BAD and I wouldn't recommend it. I have tried the beef teryaki as well and it was alright, but you really would do best to stick to their specialty item.

As someone who worked next door to them for years, I would NEVER EVER eat here. They have had complaints from mall employees for years, they leave raw chicken out in the back hallway for hours if not most of a day. they are disgusting! If I could give them no stars I would. They are absolutely disgusting.

The teriyaki chicken here is siimply amazing. Yes, I know this is in a mall and usually mall food is sub par at best, but if I'm craving teriyaki chicken, this is where I come. You can watch them cook up your food right in front of you, which is kinda cool and you know it's fresh. The service tries so hard to be fast, that they tend to be brusk. Also, I think the only people who work there who speak English are the ladies who take your order. Basically I think it's typical mall food service.

I dont know many people who haven't heard of this place. The staple item is the terryaki chicken. If you haven't tried it, or even if you just want a piece, get a sample from the angry lady standing in front. They are kind of rude and they always rush you out of the way. The chicken is good, though. It comes with rice and vegetables. I love the vegetables. I also always ask for extra terryaki sauce from the guy behind the grill.

The 5 stars are strictly for the only item I've had there which is the Teriyaki. I love the sticky brown rice & steamed veggies. We have had special orders made with chicken, steak, shrimp and a combo of the three. All good! I always get extra teriyaki sauce on mine. Order the To-go box, it has much more than the dine-in plate. There is sometimes a language barrier with the staff but nothing a little patience can't handle. Can't beat it for $6, it feeds at least 2. I sometimes drive the 20 minutes each way to get this for dinner. It's worth the drive!

The three stars is for the food only. I love their chicken teriyaki. I've been going here for many years since they first opened. The staff has always decent and they try hard and do their best to understand English speaking customers. They used to even give extra sauce for free if you asked for it but I'm not sure if they still do that. One day I ordered my usual and asked for it to-go. A lot of people know that if you ask for a to-go container, they'll give you more than putting it on plate to eat in the food court. In this case, I really was about to leave and wanted a to-go container. I requested at the register when ordering that I wanted a to-go container and a medium drink. The lady forgot my drink (though still charged me) and gave a plate and tray for the guys to put my food on instead of a to-go container. I told her politely that she forgot my drink and that I wanted the food in a to-go container, not on a plate to eat there. She pointed left as to tell me to keep moving and still didn't give me my drink. I showed her my receipt and she kept pointing and began to raise her voice to tell me to pickup my food and go. Normally I don't get worked up about a minor misunderstanding, but she refused to give me my drink I paid for. I told her she could just give me a container so I can at least scoop my food from the plate into it instead of them making me a brand new meal but she kept telling me to move on. At first I thought that maybe she didn't understand English well so I was trying to be as polite as possible but she clearly understood everyone else in the line. The line behind me was long and by that time everyone was silent and just staring at us so I decided to grab my food and move on. I didn't get the to-go container I asked for or the drink I paid for. I haven't been back since. A guy that I noticed behind me saw the whole thing and apologized (even though he was just a customer and it wasn't his fault) and offered to buy me another drink which was nice. Overall, the chicken is really good but that one bad experience doesn't really make me want to return. I'm not even sure if she is still working there as it has been a year and half now.

The chicken terryaki is very good. The staff is so-so. One thing that turns me off and I've noticed this many times is that they recycle their sample chicken. If you go there watch and you will see it. After a certain amount of time the sample lady will return the cold sample chicken bowl to one of the cooks and get a fresh one. When it's slow of they think no one is watching the cook will dump the cold meat back onto the grill to be served to a customer.

It's another fast food in the mall Food Court restaurant. Basically, if your looking for gourmet food, this will not be the place. If you are at the mall, hungry and want something that tastes good, but isn't exactly good for you, this is the place to go. Their Terryaki chicken is by far one of the best items you can get in the food court. It comes with Steamed Vegitables and fried rice. Although the fried rice is more like a sticky brown rice with no vegitbles stirred into it. Still, after you mix it with the chicken it tastes pretty good. If you are tempted to try the sushi... don't. Let's just say when you hear stories about eating Mall Sushi... this place will make it happen. I've tried it twice, because I'm a fool and I wanted to give them a second chance. the first time it was served warm. Not room temperature, but heated. after eating it I ended up getting sick. The second time it came room temperature, but it was rubbery and again I ended up getting sick from it. So Terryaki chicken... yes. Sushi... no.
