I'm currently up here in this bitch to give you some props and heads up, since the Arlington Heights location on Rand Rd closed. Ya'll will be swamped with the Arl. Hts crew. This crew is going to demand some spicy chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, Chocolate Frostys, doublestacks, and all sorts of shit. Just be ready. I just had to drive over because I left the Arl.Hts Binnys and noticed you were closed. Good experience. Thank you for the small frosty and double stack. I sincerely appreciate you and what you are doing for our local deprived community. My only complaint is that I ordered Chicken Nuggets and wasn't asked about what kind of sauce I wanted. I got so so so much respect though. so I am giving you an extra star for your future.

This was very disappointing. I finally get my favorite fast food for dinner- there is one near my work and I love it... But this location serves super old food. It is soggy fries and dry cold cheese with skimpy toppings. I stopped eating half way through because it was so gross-which is unusual. That white part is supposed to be lettuce. Note to the business-I'd love to see quality go up so I can have my fav burger.

An average Wendy's that does an average job. Like many, it has the odd policy of non-self serve drinks. This prevents anyone ordering a "value" drink from getting a refill and encourages buying the "supersized" ones and over double the cost. Nothing really stands out beyond that, and its awkward parking lot.

We live close to this Wendys so (unfortunately) I go twice a month and pick up food for the family. This is the most poorly run Wendys!! Today I placed an order in the drive thru - made sure that the "specials" were listed on the screen. I go up to pay and am directed to wait for "a minute" for my food. 5 minutes later the food comes out and the employee just walks away - no apology - and the "specials" are wrong. I have to park the car and walk in to get it fixed. On my way in, another car in the drive thru is now waiting and she's laughing on how "they musta messed up your order" - I go inside and another woman tells me that they won't use the drive thru because they ALWAYS mess up. I sense a pattern here......

Being open late is the only thing this place has going for it. It's the closest fast food to my parent's house in Barrington too so I'm more likely to end up here than anywhere else late at night when hunger strikes me. They never get my order right here, ever. I always double check before I pull away and when I try to correct them or explain the error, they are rarely nice about it. The food here is about the same as every other Wendy's. They claim that their beef is never frozen and I'm pretty sure I believe it. The hassle me when I ask to add cheese to my baked potato most of the time. I have had some nice run ins with the staff here and I have dined inside and it is pretty tidy and well kept most of the time. I don't see it going out of business anytime soon;

I been here a handful of times and I am never disappointed. The food is good and the price is right. I have not been inside as I always use the drive thru. They are very fast. Be ready with your order as soon as you pull up and have your money ready and you will be in and out in no time. I don't get fast food often, but when I do, this is the place.

Just another bad Wendys ! Why oh why do they not get it . Who ever owns such. store is wasting their money . I waited forever inside for my order , then the fries were cold . Nobody cares !

I come to this Wendy's for the condiment counter and clean dining room. Yeah, OK- the previous poster might be right, this Wendy's isn't the best run Wendy's around. And Wendy's dining areas are carpeted and generally kinda gross. But see, even if your average Wendy's is not 5 star- I like going to this Wendy's because they employ some developmentally challenged folks who might not otherwise be given a chance. And I tell you what, the nice girl who takes care of the condiment counter keeps it stocked up and organized- you won't find straighter straws or more perfectly arranged salt packets anywhere. Makes me happy to eat here, so when I want a spicy chicken sandwich on my lunch break and I plan to dine in, this is my Wendy's all the way for 5 star dining room care with a heart! And whatever that girl's getting paid, it's not enough!
