Great service. Kevin's a great manager and super helpful. I've already placed several online orders. There was only one time that I called in an order and said I'd pick up at 5pm. Whoever took the order put me in for 6pm but Kevin came to the rescue after I walked in and witnessed one person at the register, and one person behind the grill chatting endlessly. He brought out the extra employees and they were back up in business. I will continue to place my orders here.

Oswego may be full of chain restaurants, but honestly, they don't get enough credit. At many of these chains, I've received better service than I have in other, bigger towns like Naperville or Aurora. The Noodles & Company in Oswego is among one of these better chains. The customer service was outstanding. I walked in and looked at the menu they have posted by the front door because I hate walking up to the counter and not knowing what I want to order yet and then feeling rushed. Immediately, an employee stepped from behind the counter and approached me. She kindly greeted me, asking if I'd been there before, and explained to me the special they have going on, which was nice because I didn't see those specials on the menu. When I was ready to order, I approached the cash register. I order the margherita flatbread and my mother ordered the Japanese pan noodles, and two drinks. The total came to $11. Gotta love the prices at Noodles. We sat at a table and I took notice of how clean this place was. I've had some bad experiences at Noodles *cough-bolingbrook-cough* where tables were left cluttered with dirty dishes and the floors were absolutely filthy with noodles and napkins every where. This Noodles was spotless. Maybe five minutes passed and our food was brought out to us. My mom cannot have any seeds or nuts in her food and the Japanese pan noodles were covered in sesame seeds. She immediately apologized for not requesting it without the seeds, but the guy was amazing about the whole issue. He was like "Not a problem at all! I hate sesame seeds on my noodles anyways. I'll go make you another one really quick!" Another five minutes passed and he was out with a brand new dish of Japanese pan noodles without the seeds. We thanked him and he said "Not a problem, that other one wasn't that great anyways." He was a super cool kid. My margherita flatbread was delicious and her Japanese pan noodles were hot, fresh, and flavorful. It was a good day at the Oswego Noodles and Company. I may just continue to make the drive out there for the customer service alone.

Good place. I like the regular pasta that has no meat or anything on it. The only thing I don't like about this place is that I thought it'd be a better place for a vegetarian but almost all their meals except one include meat and the pastas are very oily.

Great place! Me and my girlfriend come here all the time! Fast and really good. Very nice staff and the manager is always on top of his game! Only issue I see is how dirty the floor gets because they use carpet and they have a garbage can that fills up pretty fast. But they take your dishes and garbage when your done so it feels like I'm eating at a more of a relaxed setting.

Great for kids. Love that they serve wine for the adults! Food is just meh, but it's not awful and the veggies in the food make me feel less worse about eating here!

First visit and will give it another try. My sandwich was cold. Should have been served warm. Same thing happened to the person next to me. We returned our food at the same time and they made fresh warm new sandwiches for both tables and gave each of us a large cookie with a nice apology. So things happen. I get it which us why we will go again. My husband really enjoyed his Pad Thai. Wish there were more options for sides. Must be the norm for the restaurants no chips no fries. I couldn't even substitute my soup or salad for Mac n Cheese. Odd I think even though I was willing to pay extra.

I don't know why, but this was the first time I've eaten at a Noodles and Company. Food was fantastic. Price average. All four of our dishes had amazing flavor. Definitely be back.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
