Food is good, once you receive it, but service is bad. I was told my wait to get an entree is 7 minutes. Twenty minutes later it was finally ready. Meanwhile, I and everyone is my group were left starving waiting for all our food. The pan was empty before I even ordered it what was the wait for? They brought out 4 other entrees before replacing mine and the 4 entree where not even empty like my choice. They are very unorganized. Every single time I have to wait but this by far was the worse.

I went back twice, even though I said I wouldn't. I ordered online on June 10th, everything went smoothly with the pickup. The only problems I encountered were the 2 pieces of monkey meat in my Kung Pao Chicken. The food was good so I decided to treat my mother to lunch today. I ordered online again, but the pick up did not go smoothly. I've learned from places like Taco Bell, Burger King, and McDonalds that you had better check your order before leaving. I had ordered the Teriyaki chicken for both mother and I, and cream cheese rangoons again. There was no sauce for any of it. The teriyaki chicken is always served with the sauce in a separate cup. If you don't have the sauce, you don't have teriyaki chicken... I trudged back up to counter and explained about the missing sauces. The cashier slid some teriyaki sauce across the counter with no apologizes, not even a word. I'm still standing there looking...finally I said where's my sauce for the cream cheese rangoons I just told you was missing? I was told that you have to specify when you order that you will be wanting the sauce. Uh, I'm thinking, I didn't specify crap the other day when I ordered them online, and the sauce was in the bag. I told her that in a much politer way. She just stared at me. Then she said sauce doesn't automatically come with it, but slid a cup across the counter. I said I have two orders...another cup slid across the counter in a less than friendly manner. What is the deal with the rangoon sauce? It's free anyway and I have the product it is used with.

For POOR SERVICE food was typical decent panda express food. The service however is so poor I was shocked! The woman working was rude. They didn't seem to care how long you waited for fresh food or even some sauce! Not cool

The employees are so rude at this location. Every single time ive come to this location the staff will rush you. No customer service skills what so ever. I hate coming to the hip location but its the closest to my home. And their cheap with the serving size and jiggle a meat of meat off the spoon. Ridiculous.

I've swore off this place at least a half dozen times yet I always end up going back, only to be reminded of why I swore I'd never eat there again. I've found hair in my food at least 3 times over the last few years which makes me wonder how many times I ate a strand or two without seeing it :/ At one point I was eating there 5+ x's a week but after the repeated hair incidences & the ridiculously cheap employees who act like it's coming out of their paycheck if they give you a decent portion of anything I think I'll be staying away from this place for a long, long time. I love the Orange Chicken but this location is definitely gross & staffed with cheapskates that leave me feeling like Oliver Twist....please sir I want some more, easy on the hair though :(

Will never eat at Panda again. Last 2x got very sick from it. Went to Dr. and told them about it, nurse said they had it catered to Drs for a meeting an ALL of them got sick from it. She said its not even real chinese food. I cant pass the place without cringing, gross.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
