Pretty good, although not "freaky fast" the #11 is what I get (ham, tky, cheese). My dad loves #9 (Italian club sub) The end.

5: number of teenage guys working here on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Employee overload? Me thinks so. 0.92: additional cents for wheat bread. Totally worth it. 1: tiny scoop of mayo that's supposed to translate to "EZ mayo"... which was actually not really light on the mayo at all. 2: number of meals I made my sammich last 4: Turkey Tom's digit. It's a triple threat - quick, quality, and cheap!

Would have not posted this whatsoever if it wasn't ridiculous response I received from the manager. Called in after I opened the sandwich and found a small dried out bug/cockroach.... Called in just to tell them what I found not expecting anything in return, I have worked in a restaurant industry in the past so I understand things like this might happen..... After being on hold I told the manager what I have found inside my sandwich on top of the cheese.... Dried bug/cockroach and I was just calling to let them know. The response I received was "the bug must have came from outside....." . Ok no problem my point was not where it came from, it was that you have bugs/cockroaches in your food please clean it up that's all. After that I just hung up clearly the person whom I was speaking with would just ignore that and keep on telling me it's from outside. Well no worries I will no longer come to this location for sure.

Stoner City!!!! Went there many times - first time when it first opened the guy worked the register with the plastic gloves he was using to make the sandwiches. YUCK. Ordered delivery to work and found the guy wandering the front of the building in a haze asking where the door was. He was an alright guy - but... Went there one last time a long time later because I was starving and stuck in the area. Walked in and everyone working there stopped talking and froze up like I was a parent walking in on them rolling a J. Went to order my stuff - and after I got my sandwich I decided to eat there - and saw tons of crumbs etc on the floor around EACH TABLE. Now - whatever right - but im talking crumbs that had aged and turned dark. As if they hadn't swept in a month. Gross bros - gross.

Freaky Slow! Do not place a delivery order during lunch time. This is the second time I ordered with them. Delivery took over one hour. Order placed at 12.02, food received at 13.00. Called about my order half an hour after placing the order and response was: "Driver got swamped, I don't know how long it will take. Sandwich is ready and sitting here." Very disappointed and will not order from this location anymore.

It's better to avoid delivery. "Freaky Fast" turned into= wrong sub and an hour later...the right one. They're just fine in-store.

This jimmy johns is always good ! But if your bill 9.01 don't give the customer back 99 cents give him back a dollar. That makes smart business sense .

Employees at our company order from this Jimmy Johns at least once a week. Quite often we place large catering orders when we host large meetings. Today we called and they decided they no longer will deliver to our office. I would say that we won't be taking our business there any longer, but it seems like they don't want it in the first place. And if it's their corporate structure that's preventing them from delivering to us, I hope they take note.

I like Jimmy John's. In the sub wars against Subway and Jersey Mike's, for me, Jimmy John's is the clear winner. The bread is tasty and has a nice mouth feel. Like, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's has a slicer. Subway meats and cheeses come sliced from the "factory." This location is on west side of Waukegan Road, a bit south of Oakton Street. I parked on the street, but I believe there is parking in the back. The retail building is stores, not a strip shopping center. It's been updated with a new facade and the restaurant's build-out is modern and nice. Seating is primarily booths with one small, table in the rear. Fountain drinks are self-serve. The staff was nice, the store was clean (including the bathroom) and the food is decent. The music was a bit loud. Sandwiches are $4.75 or $5.75. Give them a try.

Update: I haven't had any order issues in quite a while, and I've been frequenting this location a lot more.

This branch just opened a few weeks ago. I like their tasty and cheap sub sandwiches. In my opinion - better than Subway's and Quiznos; not as good as Potbelly's. (really, a 3.5 stars review). JJ subs really aren't gourmet. There are no heated sandwiches, so the menu is limited (in relation to other sub shops). But what they do offer is top quality: their meats and cheeses are very fresh. They don't overload the sandwiches with lettuce, as they do elsewhere. The best part of the subs is the bread - fresh, tasty French bread. Portions are just right: all subs are 8" for $3.99. (Unless you get the giant club sandwiches - twice as much meat/cheese - for $4.99). Either way, it will hit the spot, fill you up and won't break the bank. You can't beat it for a quick meal. They also deliver 7 days a week. This store is clean, the service is efficient and offers parking in a small lot or on the street. It's spitting distance from H-Mart, too!

Walked in and there was nobody working. So I waited a few mins. A girl came walking in from the back and started spraying a perfume spray. I was very confused knowing there is open food everywhere she must of sprayed this spray like 10 times. Besides I love jimmy johns definitely not comimg here ever again How unprofessional. Like I wanted a lavender turkey sandwich.

I ordered two sandwiches to go on a Friday night. I even made it easy for them: two veggie sandwiches, one with extra guacamole. I had the sandwich maker mark the one with extra guacamole. When I got home and we ate the sandwiches, we discovered neither had extra guacamole. If you're going to charge me a $1 for extra anything, it should be on there. Four guys working on a Friday night and I was one of two customers. Their communication should've been better. I've been coming here since this location opened; I don't plan on returning.
