Cheap and good food. Good deals, many diff types of pizza, sides, and great deserts.. Family friendly and great for kids and adults as well. 4 stars is due to the all you can eat price and quality of the food.... Overall, its a fast food pizza buffet joint.. that only makes one style of pizza with many diff toppings and variations.. with a few sides and a few good desserts..

Not good. I'll never go back because the frozen pizza from Jewel Osco is much better! I also would not recommend to anyone... but their are some other their who love this place. I guess they like the concept of unlimited cheap pizza. Yes I understand it's a $5 buffet for one person, but you can get a $5 Little Caesars pizza that tastes 10 times better and it's enough for at least 2 people!

Update beware this place is dirty and the manager treats his employees like slaves. Here is some advice, since you decided to USE GROUPON, don't make the customer feel like an idiot for using one. Also, act like professional, don't yell at employees in front of customers and don't berate customers because you're not responsible enough to keep track of the deals you sign up for. AVOID THIS PLACE, GET A FROZEN PIZZA, better and much cleaner and better quality!

Made to order pizza is the best way to go at Cici They will make any pizza but keep in mind that custom pizzas are smaller than the ones on the buffet. Very good! The salad bar is less then appetizing but for $6.00 it the best u will get. Adding tomato to it would.make.it better. Shoot out to the bus boy he was super sweet and helpful with the kids in the gameroom! Talkative so be patient with him.

It was a nice place until today, the manager and coworkers are so stupid, ignorant, they don't know how to treat the customers and don't have respect for anyone... They forget they have a job for us

I had my doubts about this place but now that I'm here I live the food it's fresh and hot and ready to serve. And I love the guy at the front named John

This place sucks! First off they dont accept coupons unless they are from yelp or cici's. Second of all they barley had any pizza's and last but not least there customer service sucks! My 2yr old son spilled some water and i went to the lady at the register and asked her for a rag or mop so I can clean up the mess and she looks at me and says im busy right now being a cashier when i get time i will have some one help you and walks away! Her name is Liysa. Worst experience every not worth the $30 i spent!

I love pizza so I enjoy eating at a pizza buffet place. They have a vairety of pizzas but honestly can't tell the difference on how many more varieties one gets by eating dinner vs lunch except the price. My favorite pizzas are buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, and the desserts like brownies, cinnamon.not to mention you can get soup, salad, pasta and garlic breadsticks! Place was clean and service was alright

It's a buffet. Salad, soups, and pizzas. Kids eat free on Wednesday's from 4-9, 1 for each paying adult. Management and staff are friendly. If you are on a budget or have kids can't go wrong. Free refills on pop and free WiFi if you ask for password. Desserts are better than one can say.

Cici's. I like their buffet. Salad - simple and good. I skipped their pasta. Garlic bread good. Thin crust pizza were really good. Buffalo chicken was good. Sausage pizza was good. Desserts - Brownies, cinnamon rolls and bavarian caramel pizza was good. Place was crowded. If you have never gone to Cici's then maybe not a eye-popping place for you, but cheap all you can eat food, once in a while is still fine. I think people's expectations are low, then they would really enjoy the place if you go with a group.

I love love love love love this place its the only place that i know of that sells buffalo chicken pizza and it tastes amazing! The owner is so funny and nice he greets everyone and will walk table to table to make sure everyone is okay occasionally and have light conversation ive been here more than a few times my son loves the little arcade area since he gets a free inflatable ball every time since theres always a winner :) great job cicis!!!!!

While this is a pretty typical Pizza buffet place, what makes it stand out is the owner, Bob. What a great guy who really understands customer service! Super friendly to the point of taking my 10 yr old son in back to have him make a pizza w him! It's now one of our regular stops!

By far the worst experience I've had here. I used to love cicis, it was a nice place to go when money was tight, but this one was just.. Bad. The pizza was salty and saturated in oil, the plates were dirty, the glasses still had soap on them and my apple fanta had a fine layer of bacteria on the surface. The whole place smelled of uncleanliness and I quite frankly couldn't finish a full meal, in fact I left feeling very sick and trying not to vomit all over my car. I will never go back here or any other cicis nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know.

There is barely any food, all there is, is pizza, salad and soup! I am pretty bummed out because I played the arcade game Stacker (a game where you try to stack blocks till you get to the top) so there is a minor prize and a mayor prize and I kept going for the mayor prize and then suddenly I won! I almost fainted I was really happy, the prizes were a gps, beats studio 2.0 or monster earbuds. I then decided to go for the beats because I always wanted beats and I have heard good reviews about them and as soon as I opened the box the beats were used, the cable which was included was burnt! I was really mad, I wasted my money for beats that were used and they were burned, I was so disappointed on my find. I didn't even know if I should have told the workers about the prize. I just took it and left although it worked, the cable was burnt which made it look very terrible. Although the arcade was awful, the food was somewhat good if it wasn't for the food I would have rated this a 1.

Cheap pizza! Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Friendly staff and seems to be a popular destination on a Saturday afternoon.

Went there for dinner tonight. Place was pretty empty. Food was OK. Felt nauseous when I left. Screaming kids for 20 minutes straight with parents ignoring them. Couldn't even hear my boyfriend talking. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, someone vomited and clogged the sink. I told someone and they took a plunger to the sink. 10 minutes later I went back in there and there was still vomit crusted to the sink and all over the handle. I was so disgusted. When I walked out I went to grab a straw and the whole container was sticky and had an awful smell. I honestly see why these keep closing up. Will never step foot back in this nasty disgusting establishment.

Four stars you say? Some of my friends call me a pizza snob, and were surprised that I like this place. Truth be told I'd only come here if I were in the area, it would never be a destination on it's own. However, when a place serves up unlimited salad, and pizza for five bucks, it's not fair to expect a gourmet meal, I think it's only fair to rate a place on how well it is achieving its business model. This place hits that goal. A basic salad bar, nothing exotic, same for the pizza some of it is repetitive I don't see much difference in eating a sausage slice vs. pepperoni. Although, this is the first time I've seen Mac & Cheese on a pizza, somehow the idea of noodles (carbs) on top of crust (more carbs) doesn't appeal to me, so I skipped this. For me I stuck to the salad as the main part of my meal. If you're a foodie, you won't like this place at all unless you're down on your luck and spent your last paycheck at Alinea and you're real hungry. Check the expectations at the door, empty out your pocket change and eat. I have to admit, I had no idea this place was here, I was on my way to the Sears outlet next door, they need to advertise more.

All staff friendly and willing to accommodate vegetarians with spinach, spinach Alfredo, veggies (any combo), garlic or cheese flatbread, mac n cheese...everyone gets what they like! And if they are making it, either they call it out loud when ready and some are nice enough to give a few slices to your table! You get variety! The price is right! It's a winning combination! Also, those with kids will enjoy the arcade, those who want some balance have a salad bar included in the buffet price. Big Bang for your buck!

So needless to say... 1st time & last time! 1 star and that's only because I'm have to leave one. Two stars because the bathrooms were clean and the fruit punch was good. So Monday is $2.99 buffet but god forbid you're a few minutes over that.... GEESH!!! Ended up paying 5 something PLUS a buck something for a dang pop. $16 for two people. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE TRAYS!!!! What kind of buffet doesn't have trays?! Food: salad bar - passable nothing spectacular Soups - bland nasty lukewarm bowls of pee pee Pizza - paper thin, no sauce or cheese hardly & mind you there were a number of families in there and they kept putting up these tired half pizzas instead of a whole pizza. So every time you go up to the buffet line you have to get the scraps or wait. The pizza is like eating a sheet of notebook paper with pizza toppings on it. Desserts - the only decent thing in the whole establishment. Drinks - worst selection ever, who doesn't have sprite!!! SERIOUSLY?! Overall:: it's ONLY FIVE DOLLARS ((--- idc if it was $1. The mall has a really nice Sbarro right across the street in Golf Mills Food Court. I wish I would have waited and gone there or McDonalds. This is the only buffet I was glad to leave. The "arcade" looks like the misfit toys of a battered chuck e cheese. The pizza is paper. The soup is piss water. And the soda is basic at best. Save your $2.99 or $5 or $16+. The price might be right but the food is WRONG!!!!

About a month ago was my first time at Cici's Pizza. The pizza was okay and so was the salad. Nothing really stood out. The price per person was about $7 in the month of June. People were nice and the was a little place in the back for kids. Overall my experience was alright.

  • Joel R.

Great service and decent food. You can't beat the price. I will be honest. Their pizza is not going to win any culinary awards but what do you expect for $5? The pizza is not bad. There are places with better pizza and some with worse. Here is why they get the 5 stars. It is all about the service. They are always friendly. I had noticed the last few times i had visited, there weren't any brownies. I asked the person behind the counter why they stopped offering brownies. He stated they are only available during dinner time because of the slim profit margin at lunch. I totally understood because they are in business for a reason and that is to make money. He then told me to hold on and gave me a few that were going to be served at dinner.

Nice place, especially if you are on a budget, all you can eat pizza and salad at very reasonable prices, they constantly bake pizzas, so you can get your veggies, or meat or request one what you like!

Awesome buffet. You get may different options of pizza and desserts. On top of the that the service is great. The manager is amazing. I didn't get his name but he's a older gentleman with glasses and he makes you want to return there.

I am of two minds when rating Cici's. If I put on my cheapskate hat, Cici's is one of the great bargains of the world of pizza. If I put on my gourmet hat, their offerings leave a lot to be desired. Cici's is an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant which specializes in modest-quality pizzas and also offers a limited assortment of salad items, pasta, super-salty "chicken" soup, and a few pastries. On the positive side, you can eat all you want, the people running the shop are super-nice and accommodating (they will custom-make any type of pizza you request), the place is very clean and well managed, and it is a great opportunity to take your kids out and stuff them with all the pizza and trimmings they want. They even have a small game arcade room in the back. Cici's runs lots of specials, and you can get a lunch for as low as $2.95 and they also run some specials for senior citizens. You can join their Internet Pizza Perks list and get frequent discount offers. Unfortunately, the quality of their pizzas is far from "gourmet" quality. The pizzas are almost cracker-like thin, have little cheese and sauce, and toppings are a bit sparse. Therefore, a Cici's "slice" is not going to fill you up. So, you march back and forth from your table to the serving line to load up on enough to feel satisfied. Their salad bar is sparse. They offer iceberg lettuce and a few side items - but no tomatoes nor expensive items. Their soup is obviously made from a bullion mix with some macaroni thrown in. In summary, I think this is a great place for a snack or for bringing your kids. I would not recommend that you bring your hot new girlfriend there to impress her.

Cheap eats ... sometimes that's all one wants or needs. It wasn't great, but it was edible, and they will make just about any pizza you want at the buffet. I doubt I'll be back, as it is a long way from home, but on the particular afternoon we stopped in, it was ok. My only objections is the waste of food. I am sure all fast food places are like this, but they dump a whole lot of pizza in the trash, right in front of your eyes. With all the hunger in this country, I would wish they could find a way to donate the unused pizzas to shelters or some such.

Cici's is the hidden gem of Niles, man. Cheap, pretty good pizza ( I like that burger-beef-topped one myself) and your basic soda. They have that mini-arcade in the back, which is kind of cute. It's a place to take kids to and save some money.

  • Eric E.

Great place to take kids, but also great for an inexpensive adult dinner. This is an all you can eat pizza buffet for very little money - only 4.99 plus a drink. I recommend getting the drink as a 'thank you' to the owner for the great attention to detail - plus they have a fun selection. For some reason I like the Apple Fanta with pizza, though I'd probably never otherwise drink it. Start the meal with a salad bar with fresh vegetables and pasta, then have a bowl of soup with a side of garlic bread and some dipping sauce! The pizza's are decent quality - nothing fancy like the other big Chicago places - but well worth the price. You can also order what you don't see on the buffet if you choose. The menu they come up with rotates very well, with everything from standards (such as pepperoni, cheese or veggie) to the more fun and unique (Italiano Garlic, Tater Tot or Hamburger) They offer both a regular and thin crust option as well. Pizzas were hot and fresh! If we ordered something special, they brought a plate with several slices to your table so you are assured of getting a taste, hot from the oven. The owner (Bob) and managers (Kevin, Dennis and Ello) are always circling to make sure your experience is a good one. They stop by the tables to see if you like the food, and ask if there is anything you don't see on their buffet. There are several dessert options as well! The cinnamon rolls are excellent for what they are. We've picked them up for take out to a party before, to positive reviews with none left over. Overall, if you want a fun lunch or dinner with a good amount of food for little money, you can't beat Cici's! I recently saw an ad stating (paraphrased) why get a $5 foot long when you can get 24 feet (?) for the same price? Well said!

so much value!!!!!!!!! $7.50 after tax for a drink, great pizza, and the best cinnamon rolls evaaa!!!!!!!!

  • Cassie S.

Well it is certainly cheap. 5 stars for the affordability. Especially if you have coupons - and our coupons even included soda! Interesting soda choices - apple fanta. Had never seen that before. And lots of parking of course. Oh, you want to hear about the food? Well... you get what you pay for. Most of the pizzas are mostly bread with a teeny bit of cheese and, if you're lucky, a teeny bit of sauce. My tip: look closely before you pick your slices - the thinner the crust the more cheese and sauce you will get. Good news is that if you dislike what you get on one trip to the buffet, you can just go back up again. Ah, buffets...

  • Matt B.

Ever had Totino's party pizza? It tastes exactly like that. And if not liking bad food makes me a "pizza snob," or means I am somehow ignoring the fact that it only costs FIVE DOLLARS, as some people like to note in all caps, well then, I'll accept the criticisms. You could pay me five bucks to eat here, it doesn't make the food any better. And inside...well, it felt like the remnants of a Showbiz that had long ago said goodbye to the Rockafire Explosion, as well as to any pretension of being little more than a pizza cafeteria. But at least the people were nice.

    (2)
  • Tiffany L.

THIS IS A FIVE DOLLAR BUFFET people, what do you expect, really. With that said, this is worth the $5 buffet. If you check-in on yelp, you can get the $9.99 special for 2 people including drinks. This is a good deal. The pizza is not terrible. It's not great, but it's satisfying. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken and the creamed spinach. I also enjoyed their thin crust because it is cracker thin. Veggie was my fave topping for this. You can also request them to make any pizza as long as they have the toppings. Also included in the FIVE DOLLARS is a salad bar, a soup (usually chicken veggie noodle), a pasta (usually a spiral pasta with the same sauce that on the pizza), breadsticks, and dessert (dessert pizza, cinnamon buns, brownie -- go for the cinnamon bun, I dare you to eat just one). Oh the mac-n-cheese pizza is fun too. Did I mention it's five dollars? I'm still wondering how they make a profit.

  • Rebekah H.

What can I say, it is a cheap pizza buffet, what more do you want! :-) But seriously, not the best pizza you'll eat but had some tasty bright spots namely the chicken alfredo pizza and the pepperoni and sausage. The bestpart though were the brownies, they are fantastic! Buffalo chicken and bbq were kinda weird and the soup was just ok. Cinnamon rolls had good flavor, but were too doughy, maybe another minute or two in the oven would do them wonders. All in all for the price it is pretty good!

  • Ida P.

One star 4 the friendly attitude..... Did I liked the food? :(((( nope.. I stopped by chance and I thought to give it a try as I was hungry... Too bad... They said it was a buffet and I thought there would be varieties of choices.. Yes there were 2 choices of some ugly soups, 1 salad macaroni & cheese, and varieties of thick pizzas with not very much fillings... Not worth it even for those money that I paid... I ended getting up hungry and came home to eat... Would I go back? No no no no noooo

It's been almost eight months since this Cici's opened up in the Four Flags Shopping Center (Gold Rd. and Milwaukee Ave., Niles). SInce then we have been back numerous times, and have noticed a change in their menu - for the better, I might add, So this is a "new and improved" review. They have added numerous, new toppings and pizza combinations, many all-vegetable combos, and have concentrated on a "Deep Dish" style that truly has surpassed many of the pizza chain pizza outfits. They also have an incredibly thick cheese-garlic pizza bread which is very flavorful. They also have improved their Apple dessert pizza: they made it much thicker with more topping. And of course when their hot, cinnamon rolls hit the counter, they disappear quickly. They have chosen different days for specials: Tuesday is Seniors, another day is for kids, and Cici's has pizza challenges: for $9.99 you get three pizzas of your choice, BUT you have only 30 minutes to finish all three! There are prizes for the winners, and smiles for the losers. The "Wall of Fame (winners) total about 8 people, while the "Wall of Shame" easily had around 55 or so. Oh well, better luck next time! It's really a lot of fun when you go in. And if there's a "Pizza Challenge" going on, Dennis whips up the crowd to hoots and hollerings! So c'mon in.

I've always believed that pizza should be rated not in taste, but in how much they allow me to pack into my body for a fixed price. An all you can eat pizza buffet definitely hits that requirement. Mmmmm.....Heat lamp pizza. Please let me wad as much as possible into my gut, as I sit at my table for one, reading my Sarah Palin and Sean Hannity books. Greetings from real America!

As you have read most reviews here, they mention the $4.99 deal. I have eaten here twice and I have to tell you: The pizza sucks! The service is excellent; even though they seem to have that fake "How you doing pal, buddy, mam, etc" thing going. When you eat here you are not getting quality, you are getting value. So stuff your face for $5 and you are good to go for a week without anything else to eat. All the pizzas taste like cardboard and unless you show up during a busy time, there is slow turnover and the buffet is full of dry, warm and hodge podge of pizza slices. The only stand out is the Buffalo Chicken pizza, which has some kick to it and taste; if you are lucky to get one fresh from the oven. I refer to this type of food as filler. It gets you full, but you really don't enjoy it. That said, if you are in a hurry and want a break from burgers, subs, hot dogs; you can pop in here and for about $8 get some salad, pizza and soda. There is plenty of seating and you can be in and out in less than 20 min.

Good price for lunch, edible food. I have a feeling that, in 50 years, all restaurants will look like this in the US. Dated & depressing... eighties eastern-bloc style. minimal staff.

Pizza is decent, prices have gone up over the years. Had a coupon off of a coupon app. Manager would not accept it..said he could only take coupons off of email program, did not bother to tell me his site had a coupon, informed me there was not a better price or value than $4.99, and walked away when I was yelling him that I had signed to for the emails, but did not seem to be getting offers. The manager was rude.

I find it hard to believe that a hard working business owner would lock a family with children out in the middle of the storm. And finding a feast for about $5 a person is priceless these days.

  • Ryan M.

OK so it all started about 2pm when I drove past a Cici's on my way to a party. I have to wait like 3 hours to get back to Cici's. Got here and went to check in on my phone ans was greated with a dinner and drinks for 2 for $9.99. DEAL! The place, first off this is the only Cici's I have ever seen with alcohol, so I got a Mikes Hard Lemonade to enjoy with my pizza. As far as the pizza goes this stuff was flying off the buffet as quick as they could make it, it is also not 5 star pizza its better tasting than $5 has to be but dont be expecting the world.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. For $5 a person, it awesome. Pizza isn't the best thing you'll ever eat, but it hits the spot and variety is there. Combined with a beer or two, it's a cheap, filling lunch time spot if you are in the area. Desserts are great - our brownies were a smidge undercooked so it made them fudgy and delicious - just the way we like them! Apple cobbler pizza and cinamon rolls are good too. Really big area for seating and parking is good too. I could see a lot of soccer teams here on a Saturday afternoon. People working at the counter and cleaning up our plates were really good too. For $5, you really can't ask for more. If this place were in the city, i think they'd go out of business with all the college kids who'd probably ransack the place. :P

Buffet, plus drink comes to around $7. Pretty cheap, so remember that you are getting what you pay for. It isn't the greatest pizza in the world, but its good enough and there is a decent variety of pizza selections. They have other things to offer, although it is very limited. There's only one type of pasta, one type of soup (chicken noodle) which is a lot better than its appearance might indicate, and a small salad bar. And small is putting it generously. I came here when they place first opened, and the staff was really energetic and friendly. Very welcoming. I thought it was just because they were new, but after a while, that energy is still there. Overall, its a good place to get a cheap, quick something to eat.

  • Drew W.

I love this place. Pizza, yeah I know it is not the greatest, but it's pretty good. And for what it is, it is excellent! Staff is SUPER friednly, price is cheap ($4.99) and it is quick and clean. True if I want great pizza I go to Coalfire or La Madia. But for fast food pizza, pretty tasty. Spme of the 'zas I like are; Big Mac Mac-n-cheese Any of the "thick" ones Wish they had a soft serve machine and a better selection of non-caff soft drinks.

With a coupon for two adult buffets plus drinks for only $9.99, we opted to do dinner here since our son was free and we needed to go to the Barnum & Bailey Circus in Rosemont anyway. Overall, customer service was super friendly and helpful. Typically, $4.99 for a all you can eat pizza buffet which includes salad and also dessert, this is a pretty good deal. Don't expect gourmet but some of their specialty pizzas are pretty good such as their taco pizza or mac n cheese pizza. Their breadsticks are yummy, too. A great family-friendly option that will keep you within budget!

The MAC N Cheese pizza is good, brownies (yum) and cinammon rolls! Good value for families. Friendly, helpful and they yell out the pizza when they are done. There is also a game room here.

I stopped in for their $4.99 lunch buffet and it wasn't bad. The buffet includes salad, pasta, pizza and dessert pizza. The salad bar is a bit scarce, but included fresh ingredients. They had several dressing choices, but it would have been nice if they offered oil and vinegar. The pizza is thin crusted and the buffet included many varieties. I tried the cheese and spinach and thought it was pretty good. It's darn good chain store pizza! They offer self-service soft drinks and plastic drinking cups. The staff was very friendly and I hope they can keep it that way. The restaurant is larger than I expected--around 3,000 SF. There's an arcade game room in the back. At weekday lunch, there was a decent crowd. Cheap eats brings 'em in. The buildout is new, so it's a pleasant gorging environment. The floor is dyed concrete with a glossy polyurethane top coat. It looked surprisingly good. The restaurant is impossible to see from Golf Road. It's south of Jewel Foods in Four Flags Shopping Center. Cici's adds another choice to the mix for an inexpensive lunch. I'll be back.

We waited, it seemed forever, for the Cici's to open in Niles. We were at the grand opening and were one of the first 100 to visit that day. Anyway, Cici's has the most upbeat staff and one of the best owners, Dennis, that one could ask for. As far as the food - the salad bar is small but adequate and the soup and pasta is pretty good. The bread sticks are fantastic! As for the pizza, spinach is my favorite and is very good here and I have to say that all of the different varieties are very good. Cici's is the best deal of any place and with all those goodies and only $4.99! We are so happy to finally have a Cici's in the neighborhood and hope to have them around for many, many years!

I waited so long to try Cici's Pizza, after seeing the commercials on TV and then waiting for this location to open. I have to say that I was disappointed by the experience, and don't feel the necessity to go back. It's nice and all that you get salad, pizza, pasta, and dessert, but I wasn't enthralled by any of it (except for maybe the brownies). The salad bar didn't give too many options for toppings (maybe 4?), the pasta was white bread boring, and none of the kinds of pizza that I tried was much good. My biggest disappointment was that they never made any "Ole" pizza, which is what I was most looking forward to. I really didn't expect anything super mind-blowingly delicious, but I would rather eat Little Caesar's pizza for $5. The customers were like vultures when they put out the cinnamon rolls and brownies. I felt lucky to even get to try any of those items. Seriously, does one person need to pile three cinnamon rolls and five brownies on their plate?? Save some for the next person in line! The dining area was clean, but it really felt like a fast food restaurant setting, rather than a buffet setting like Old Country Buffet. The staff was friendly, and sometime a little annoying with their enthusiasm. The price, cleanliness, and brownies earned these guys an extra star from me. Other than that, I can't say much that would compel a person to make the trip.

3 stars for the food and 5 stars for the price. All you can eat pizza for $5? I'll take it. Many different types of pizza too. The problem is that when you find a pizza you like, it might be replaced by something else by the time you get your next plate. Not particularly good for vegetarians or people who don't eat pork products since you might think you're getting a cheese pizza and in the same place you just did and be greeted with some pepperoni underneath. Don't expect to be blown away by awesome tastiness. If you think all you can eat for $5 will be great quality, you're obviously an idiot and would do well to stop clogging up tour rectum with your head. The food is decent, especially for the price. not somewhere to go out of the way for, but if you're in the neighborhood, want cheap food and are hungry, do it.

This is not fine Italian dining and pizza snobs and perfectionists should look elsewhere, but the dough they use for the crusts is tasty and they bake it just right where the crust is thin, but nice and chewy. Most of the varieties they offer are fine. The pepperoni is a kid's classic. The mac-and-cheese pizza is comfort food taken to a new level. I was not a huge fan of the buffalo chicken, the "buffalo" sauce was just tobasco. The garlic cheese bread was great as was the dessert pizza. Given the price (around $5 plus $2 for a drink if you're eating in) this is a great value, especially for families with more kids than time to cook on a Saturday. The service is minimal, allowing for low prices, but someone will stop by and take your empty plates and the cashier at the front was friendly. I'm almost ashamed to admit how much I overate when I was there. I had a lot. Good thing this establishment is about 10 miles from my house. Really, this is a dangerous place.

Maybe the pizza isn't the tastiest pizza I've ever had, but it's all you can eat for only $4.99. $4.99!!!!! Who has ever even heard of such a low price? And, you get salad bar too! Now, if that was all, perhaps it would be worth 3 stars. BUT they will make any flavor pizza that you want and bring you a few slices and put the rest on the buffet. Plus, they have jalapenos (which are excellent on pizza). So, jalapeno thin crust pizza made especially for me just because I asked for it earns them an extra star. The restaurant is always clean and they are quick to come around and take away plates that you are finished with. There is plenty of parking and the restrooms are clean, too.

It had me at all you can eat and 4.99. Really, the combination of those two lines just has to tug somewhere in your financial heart. When we heard this was opening nearer to us, excitement abounded. I didn't want to write a review until I had been to this place enough to know consistency, and even for 4.99 you want consistency, no? This place is just a great place to hang with people, it's cheap, there are a lot of seats, drinks are self serve, food is endless and there is a mini arcade in the back. It's not by any means amazing food, but it's enough to feel like five bucks was a deal. There's usually two kinds of no frill salad, a simple red sauce pasta, a semi-chicken (dude, the chicken here are mini cubes) looking noodle soup, and parmesan bread sticks. For dessert: a ooey-gooey cinnamon roll tray, thin brownie tray and a apple strudel-esque pie. And then...there is the pizza....my favorites are the beef and the spinach. On any given day, there are about 6-10 different pizzas to choose from, so whatever mood you are in, you are bound to find something...pineapple/ham, chicken/cheese, mac/cheese, mix veggies, etc. The best part? You can try all these things, risk free for 4.99, drinks for 1.79. I'm sold.

This place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. For the price of meal at most fast food joints you get all the pizza you can eat, salads, breadsticks, and desert! The pizza is fantastic, they do a lot of creative things with. While I was there I had a macaroni pizza, a Mexican pizza, peperoni pizza with jalepenos, and they have many more. Desert is awesome too, they have desert pizza, brownies, and my favorite the cinnamon rolls. There are normally a lot of kids at this place so if thats not your thing avoid this place. Try it out, you will not be disappointed. There is no where better to pig out on some pizza.

The variety of pizza are good. They have 2 vegan pizzas. And a pepperoni and one w Ham and pineapple. I liked one w ham. The place is not crowded. The soup is not that great and all comes in a buffet so you can have all you can eat. They had a coupon to use when i went there.

The manager on duty is always friendly and provides a variety of pizzas. However, when the general manager/owner works the shift, he skimps on variety and keeps serving meatless pizzas (veggie, macaroni cheese, cheese, etc.). We never get the pizzas that we like to eat, like their thin crust sausage and pepperoni. Plus, the general manager/owner doesn't greet us EVER. We're regulars, and I used to take my friends here for dinner, but now I do not recommend this place anymore.

As far as pizza buffets go I'd say this place is slightly above average. Price is excellent, pizza is average, I've had worse and better. Environment is basic but clean and friendly. If you're looking for a pizza buffet, price and service make this place a must visit.

The pizza flavors are varied and the staff here is very friendly (perhaps too friendly as another review indicated). You're paying $4.99, so don't come expecting a steak dinner, but if you want infinite decent pizza, this is your spot. The only knock I can put on CiCis is that if you don't get there for lunch near opening you can end up having to eat lukewarm pizza, which is kinda gross from a sanitation standpoint as well as flavorwise. But it's still a great value lunch, and like the TV commercials show, you're much fuller and happier going there than McDonald's.

Not sure why this place isn't rated higher. Sure, I've had better pizza. But i've also had a lot worse and paid more for it. It is what it is - $5 for all you can eat pizza. I do wish they had more of a salad bar/other food options, but the pizza is actually pretty decent. Taco pizza and buffalo chicken were both my favorite. It is packed with annoying high school kids, but when you're craving some pizza it's worth a quick stop.

friendly staff & cheap pizza!! but the pizza is not tasty at all... the only kind i liked was the spinach pizza the rest needed a lot of more cooking and tons of salt!

Talk about reeling people in! For weeks I've been driving past the $4.99 all you can eat banner and honestly I've been hesitant to actually go in. $4.99 can't be good right? Well a couple nights ago I stopped by the fabric store a couple stores away from CiCi's and decided to just stop in and see what you get for $4.99. I wasn't really hungry since I had a big lunch but the manager welcomed us in to take a look and offered us a slice of pizza to try! I grabbed a spinach one and it was not bad at all. You get a variety of different pizzas to choose from along with pasta, salad and I think desert as well. While its definitely not 5 star dining, for the price its definitely worth a try! I'll definitely come in Cici's next time I am in the area. 4 stars and I havent even officially dined here yet. Kudos!

The kids loved the pizza buffet and the parents liked the price. You can't beat all you can eat pizza for $4.99, although like a lot of places around here the drinks are now extra. I think $1.79 for buffet soda is a bit much, but that's probably because I usually don't drink soda. With 7 kids and 2 adults, I got out of there for around $50 including drinks. It's relatively crowded and kind of loud considering the number of young kids and large families there, but that's ok because my kids were just as loud and active. The manager, Kevin, was really helpful when I called for directions coming from downtown Chicago and heading for home in Wisconsin. The greeter/cash register girl (sorry, missed her name) was friendly and helpful in explaining how the place worked and in getting our crowd situated. I'm not in Niles often, but if I'm there with the family, I'd certainly go again.

Well HOT-DOG! Or PI-ZZA! The only thing that could have given Cici's a 5 star rating was if the pizza was made by the Malnati family. But maybe I'll even change my mind later to 5, because for everything there was, there was a lot of it, and it was good. I would have NEVER been to this place, nor known it was there unless my mom hadn't have said she had found an add in the paper for this $4.99 all you can eat pizza buffet and it seemed like a great family dinner idea. Low and behold I was blown away not only by the food but the service. A con about the place is that it's crowded. I'm talking majorly packed. People come like packs of animals to eat here on weeknights. Mostly families, and everyone looks happy. I swear to you I even saw a man wearing a "I heart Cici's" shirt while he was eating with his young son and wife. It defiantly has a family vibe to the place. Balloons, lighthearted workers who seem VERY proud to serve you and that makes me want to eat there all the more. The older man who helped us find a table was so sweet I wanted to give him a big hug. The pizzas were being put out fresh ALL the time, nothing was out for very long and that's mostly because it was being devoured. Everything went so fast! The big hitter flavors like macaroni and cheese pizza (REALLY GOOD by the way) kept coming out consistently, and other topping combos were there when you went back for seconds that weren't there when you went for firsts. I had about three plates of pizza when I first went and stuffed my face trying everything I could until I was ready to explode. I'm a pizza fiend for starters, and if it's good pizza, that's where the mania comes from! The flavors were great. It wasn't dried out, I'm talking it was just some nice quality pizza. If you were taking your friend from Oklahoma out to sample Chicago pizza I'd take them to Lou's or Uno's before Cici's but after you get THAT out of the way and you want to take the kids out to a nice place to eat for cheap, Cici's is a sweet spot to consider. Their dessert selection isn't huge, and isn't the greatest, pretty much on par with the best of the best at an Old Country Buffet in my opinion, but my sister really happened to disagree with me and went for seconds on that. I honestly can't believe that there aren't more of these restaurants around and I do hope that they stay in business and have tons of it! If you look in the paper you can even find coupons to go in and carry out a full pizza from them which we've been thinking about doing. One more little thing to look out for is drinks. Getting normal drink cups there were costly in comparison to the rest of the meal. In fact, their take out package happens to have a cheaper option for a larger drink and I think you may be able to canoodle yourself into a better drink deal if you read the menu close enough before ordering. I'm all for Cici's and I completely recommend them for groups and anyone who doesn't mind a little bit of noise and packed-ness while they eat.

$5 pizza buffet. What part of this sounds bad? None of it. Sure the pizza is just OKAY, but cmon, even bad pizza is still kind of good. This wasn't bad pizza. It was probably on the same level as little ceasars, which says something. WORTH IT. it's a poor fat man's dream (aka, my dream, okay im not a man.) they have a macaroni and cheese pizza, which is pretty awesome. also have alfredo pizza, which was not too bad. what's cool about this place is you can go up to the staff and suggest a pizza, and they'll put that order right in. they also have a simple salad bar, and soup, and "pasta" which is just noodles with pizza sauce. i suggest not filling up on that, and save the room for their cinnamon buns and cinnamon pizza. cheap tasty food, i like it.

Great place for kids and school groups! Dennis, the manager of the Niles Ci Ci's, just played host to a group of 13 ten year-olds from Glen Grove where I teach. I set this up as a reward for students who achieved 6 months of independent reading goals. Dennis gave the kids a tour of the kitchen, including the freezers and oven area. He allowed them to top their own pizzas at the table and then he and his staff baked them. They even got a visit from the CiCi's mascott. What impressed me the most is the kind, respectful, caring, attitude Dennis and his entire staff had towards the kids. That is not found in too many restaurants nowadays. This is my second review and I will be back!

First time ever at Cici's. Cashier was welcoming and funny. $24 total for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 8, 10), that includes the drinks which were extra. Super cheap for variety of pizza. I enjoyed the soup and bread, had the spinach pizza and sausage - not bad at all. Unlimited drinks - what can you say? Small arcade in back for kids - great idea! mom and dad were able to chat a little too. Staff was very nice and helpful. We'll be coming back soon.

As soon as we walked in the door, a very exuberant host greeted us. He quite likes the place! Later I noticed that anytime a fresh pizza came on the pizza buffet, the bakers would happily yell the flavor of the piping hot pizza. Chipper people there. We went to Cici's because I got a Groupon-esque deal -- 2 adult buffets for $5. Kids ages 3-10 are $3. For a family meal, it was a good deal. On a Saturday night, it was pretty crowded, but we got seats without much issue. The salad was super basic. A bowl of lettuce, sparse fixins, and some dressing. There was one kind of soup (chicken noodle) and one pasta (curly noodles w/ spaghetti sauce). But of course the main attraction is the pizza. I was so curious to try the mac&cheese pizza. It was ok. Different. The other flavors... I'm not actually sure what all I ate. I wish they had labels of some sort. Several pizzas were on the buffet line at a time, but once a variety was gone, if you wanted it again, you had to wait until the happy bakers yelled that it was up again. The choices seemed to change everytime I went to the line. Dessert was apple strudel pizza, bavarian cream pizza (a new flavor, I think), brownies, and cinnamon rolls. They were ok. Nothing gourmet, but more than enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. Overall, the food was eh, but for cheap eats that the kids like, you can't really go wrong. After that meal, I kinda feel like I need to go exercise...and I'm not the exercising type!

Cici's pizza is my favorite place of all time. You can't beat all you can eat pizza for five dollars! Not only do you get pizza, but there is also a salad bar, pasta and dessert. Not only is the food good, but the people are nice also! I highly suggest Cici's if you want to eat a lot for little money.

I'm so excited that a Cici's finally opened within driving distance! I live in West Roger's Park (Chicago), so it's still a bit of a ways to get out to Niles, but it's a drive I'm willing to make every once in a while. Why are there no Cici's closer in to the city? This Cici's is clean and brightly-lit - in fact, maybe a little too brightly. Between the bright lights and high ceiling, it has a bit of a warehouse feel (a very tiny warehouse) more than a restaurant. The decor could be adjusted slightly to make it feel more welcoming and less like you're eating dinner in a cheerful pizza factory (which is kinda what Cici's is, of course). The pizza is, as always for Cici's, quite tasty especially for the price. My favorites are the bbq beef and spinach pizzas, as well as the pepperoni/jalapeno they put out from time to time. Skip the pastas, they're never any good, but the brownies for dessert are a must-have!

I LOVE this place! the cinnamon rolls are del-ish. People who work here are so upbeat. They're great. They bring out whatever pizza you want in a dime. Under $8 for a full buffet with salad, pizza, bread sticks, soups, pasta, dessert and drinks. Not bad at all. I eat here when I'm feeling extremely hungry but don't want to spend much. Y'all should try this place : )

Ok....let me just say the food is great and cheap.....However, what annoyed me was that they had a kids b-day party, and it was so annoying. I want to eat in silence....for lunch time, it's great. No one is there....dinner time on a saturday, not really. I'd go here again, but not on a Friday night or Saturday night.

For value, it is the best I have seen in years. My 9-yr old loves it and both of us walked out of there stuffed and satisfied for only $11.49. (ordering carryout pizza for us is double the cost!). Lots of variety, food is always turning over, so everything is very fresh and hot, and the creative varieties of pizza are worth a try (Love the Big Mac Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, BBQ Pizza, and a few others that I couldn't identify). The owner/manager is on top of everything there and is great with the kids! It's not fine dining, but really great for value, especially with children.

Well there was no option for zero stars. I visited Cicispizza.com and joined the Pizza Perks program. My wife and I were excited to have a Cicis close to our house finally. So I figured I would join and get the buy one get one free coupon for signing up that they give you. I was excited and brought the coupon to Cicis in Niles, IL which we were hoping would be the start of bringing more business there later. WOW was I surprised. We walked in and gave a friendly greeting and presented the coupon. We were then told, "We don't take that coupon", I said, "Are you sure, it is from Cicis.com?&#34 ;, He said, "I'm the owner so obviously I am sure". I said, "Do you really want to lose the business", and he said "We don't need it anyway." We had to leave then, I couldn't be that insulted and stay. I would say steer clear from here, if you have a good experience once I doubt it will stay that way forever. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. I only tried it because of the kids. Costco or Sam's club have better quality pizza's for under $10. Seriously how many slices can one person eat at one seating. I had to constanly ask what kind of pizza it is because there are hardly any topping on any of them.

After seeing many commercials about a buffet of pizza I was deeply interested. After going to CiCi's I was disappointed. The pizza is mediocre at best. Not only is it small but most of the pizzas I tasted were either average or just bad. They had abut 2 or 3 pizza worth eating. I won't be going to CiCi's by myself but with friends then maybe.
