Decent service, fresh veggies, and clean restaurant. What more can you ask for when going to Subway? This location is great if you're planning on having a picnic on the river. Stop here first!

The owner of the store(Adhir) is pretty much a liar and not a very good person. From personal experience and the experiences of those I know, as a customer, as someone applying there, as someone training there, and someone working there, his attitude is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend eating here or working here. Also, they never wash their hands and the store is always dirty. For a downtown area, this one is the very low end to say the least. Sad but true because I love subway. Go to the one on Ogden Ave or the one on Naper by Seven Eleven if you are looking for good service or a good job. (Also the owner probably shouldn't write a review on his own store, just saying *cough cough*)

The employees are rude and unfriendly, the store is dirty and unmaintained, and the owner is belligerent. The only time I visited this location, I visibly saw bugs on the floor. The ironic part is the owner is the only 5 star post at this location. How arrogant can you be?

This place is always understaffed. Ive only ever seen 2 people working here at lunch time, mid-week. That has to be the bare minimum number of people required to run a subway. The employees were so over-worked that the person who made my sandwich was literally shaking with exhaustion. The human body can only work so hard for so long before it shuts down involuntarily and this person seemed to be nearing that limit. Adhir W, treat your staff respect and get another person to work weekdays because that's just cruel, man. Also, you shouldn't write a 5 star review about your own restaurant. Seriously. 1 star to offset the 5 you gave yourself.

Worst Subway I've ever been to!!! I had to ask for more spinach on our veggie flatbread? The guy barely, and I mean " barely" put any on one half of a 12" sandwich. The most run-down looking place. Not to mention a guy in the back room with curly hair flying everywhere, no hat and that's where they prepare the food!!! They didn't seem to be trained ver well at making sandwiches or customer service. Good thing we were just visiting this area. I'd hate to think that this is the only location to go to if I worked in this area!!! "The Pitts"

I eat here 2-3 times a week. Service is always very good and the veggies fresh. No complaints. I recently noticed that they serve salads and now order a salad half the time. a very nice-sized portion for $5. No better place in downtown Naperville for the price.

brother and i were going to take the metra to chicago, but we arrived a bit early so we decided to grab some breakfast... the bad thing was that nothing was open in the area yet except for subway... not really a big fan of subway, but i was hungry... i had a tuna $5 footlong... but could only finish half the thing... the man had just opened up shop and he was very friendly so that's why i'm giving it 4 stars... it's a small location with only a couple booths... i'm glad they open early

I have been to the location twice this week. No, I'm not going on the Jared diet but it has been convenient. After work, before I head to the Nichols Library, I will stop in here for their daily special that is less than $3 bucks for a 6' sandwich. The veggies that I put on my sandwich has been very fresh, which is a huge +++. The sandwich artist guy is nice but told me some devastating news. Did you know that Subway has discontinued the spicy mustard from the line? This location has been very clean when I ate here and the restroom is quite tidy too. I will most definitely be back here soon.
