This Panda Express use to be the only one I would go to but they have fallen short and now I have erased the last and final Panda Restaraunt from my list. If you are curious of why that is.....Please read below They dont have any vegetarian options on their menu except fried rice.I love fried rice but I certainly cant make a meal out of it. Back in the day they use to have spicy bean curd(tofu) on the menu that was phenomenal for fast food standards but for some reason they took it off the menu.So the lovely folks at the lombard location were always so nice and would make me it special! I loved them for that but now they are super grumpy and refuse to make it.Boooooo!

If you have been to one Panda Express you have pretty much been to them all; uniformity is the name of the game - and that is okay. With that said, this is a pretty standard stand alone Panda Express. They have a self service soda fountain, a fair amount of seating and was very clean. On a side note, the guy who asked me if I wanted fried or white rice was very pleasant... more than I would have expected.

Went there at dinner time(about 5pm 5/27/2015) and they were out of my first three choices - Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken & Broccoli Beef(told me a 8-9 minute wait) and the rest of the entrees looked "like they'd been there a while". I'd never seen this at any other location. Poor management!

This been the worst experience I've had at a Panda Express. We didn't get greeted as we approached the counter. The brown and fried rice was not fully cooked. The orange chicken was good but was barely warm. The string bean chicken breast was also barely warm. My entire plate was cold near the end. Peppered chicken and broccoli beef were both barely warm as well. The spring rolls were room temp and tasted like oil. The trash cans were so full there was no where to put our trash when we finished eating. This is the only time I've had a bad experience at a Panda Express and I believe it is just this location. I will not return here again.

updated review - dropping this down to 2 stars for inconsistent service and being so darn stingy. My husband and son went to pick up 2 entrees on a Saturday evening. They were out of the Chicken Teriyaki and told my husband that it would be a few minutes for them to cook up more. As he waited, the worker asked my husband if he would like a glass of water while he waited. A glass of water?? Wow, don't put yourself out too much. As the wait time dragged on to 20 minutes, the worker asked my husband again if he would like a glass of water. I guess Panda Express cannot spare the nickel a small cup of soda would have cost them. The other entree, Walnut Shrimp, came with about 3 pieces of walnut that were, I kid you not, the size of a small green pea. We decided no more Panda Express. The best Teriyaki is at Joy Teriyaki on Army Trail road in Glendale Heights. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Original review - We did carry out. I haven't been to a Panda Express in quite awhile. I was pleasantly surprised by the new and varied entrees they have. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki entree and it was great. The shrimp entrees looked delicious. Next time for those. Restaurant was clean. Service was friendly and efficient. Convenient location

I've had much better experiences at Panda in the past- it's been a few years since I've been here but I had a taste for it so stopped by after church and was really looking forward to it. The guy who served me was very friendly and was great, but the food seemed very overcooked and just not fresh. I had orange chicken which I usually love but it seemed overcooked and like it had been sitting there an extra long time. I also had the broccoli beef and it seemed lukewarm and blah- I didn't even finish it after a couple bites. I thought the chicken potstickers were good but also not very fresh. It was disappointing!

We have eaten here several times, and always had a good experience. After driving by many times without stopping, we finally decided to give it a try. It's never looked busy, which made us kind of afraid to stop in. We're glad we gave it a try, since it's always been clean, and everyone is very nice. The food has always appeared fresh, even though there aren't many people there when we stop in. Everything we've had has tasted good and fresh. We would enjoy it more, if they had a few more options, but, we just go there when we have a taste for the Golden Treasure Shrimp and Orange Chicken.

I used to come here after my workouts and get some delicious chicken. The service was almost always fast and the food tasted so good!

I have now been to this location a few times. Im a fan of Panda Express as they are generally consistent all over the country. When I walked in, most of the food entrees looked fresh and are full. The service was excellent and speedy, just how I like it when i am hungry! I had a receipt survey completed to which i got broccoli beef as well. I saw another guest with hot sour soup and it looked delicious. The next time I came back I asked if they could give me a hot sour soup instead of the free entree and they had no problem doing so. The soup had plenty of ingredients and I was very happy they did the substitution for me. Every time I have been here, they gave me large heaping scoops of kung pao chicken and green bean chicken! I ate half of my food in the location and then took the rest back to the hotel for later. One time while dining, the manager on duty came by and asked if everything was good, which was a nice tough to show great service!

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city.
