If I could give it a zero I would.... Don't waste your time here. We came in granted during the first football game of the season but it took 40 minutes for our food to come out.... When it did it was cold. We sent it back to have it remade and the manager came by awkwardly to ask us about the situation. When he delivered our food he told us he was taking care of it which we were happy to hear. We wanted to stay and finish the games since everyone in our family likes different teams. They were doing a raffle where they would pull names from a basket every quarter and our kids won in the 3rd quarter... Both of them. They won a free dessert and an ice cream. By the time the 4th quarter started their dessert was still a no show and the server avoided us because she knew we were upset. After we informed the manager on duty about this he had the dessert delivered but at this point everyone was over it and not to mention it was gross anyways. Bottom line is we won't be back and the next time Buffalo Wild Wings is suggested it'll be a big hell no from me.

Fan of the food, but service is AWFUL as of late. Just walked out tonight because we sat for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. And it was not busy (one fantasy football draft table and one other family besides ours). All we wanted was someone to give us water. When we finally got attention, server came by and said " I'm not your server. Your server is really busy. Sorry". Not acceptable!

Weird service. Food was ok. Menus were really sticky and questionable. It was just ok.

I only give it one star because of a nice gentleman that attended us because no one would attend us. After he said he would pass us on onto another server, she never came. And when she was told to come she came and only picked up our plate and didnt ask if we needed something or anything. We told one of the managers and he got mad, it's not our fault the servers were crappy. And now again we were left waiting and again no one came. It wasn't even busy. I have had issues with this location before I found hairs in my food the last time I came months ago. I will definitely never come back! I will take my money somewhere else.

Surprisingly, before about a month ago, I had never been to the cultural phenomenon known as buffalo wild wings. Crazy, right? The atmosphere can be overwhelming for some, but I kind of liked the idea of giant screens playing every sport. I really loved the wings, fries and fried mushrooms. Awesome place

This Buffalo Wild Wings was underwhelming compared to other restaurants in this chain that I've been to, but I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. I came in towards closing on a weeknight after driving through Lombard on my way home from a concert. The kitchen was still open, I ordered right away and the food was quick. For some reason, the restaurant no longer had any ranch or bleu cheese. That's kind of essential at a wings place. I was kind of rushed out of the store, but I was there kind of late. Still, not the best Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

I usually frequent the bar, and I have to say, all bartenders are extremely friendly and professional. Also, the food is good... This is a good place to relax, watch sports, and/or play trivia.

Good food and good service. I always come here for great wings. Never been disappointed.

There weren't too many diners here when our group came. So why the service was so slooooow was beyond me. Don't get me wrong though. On the few occasions that we saw our server, the customer service was excellent. Just wish we got our food and check faster! Everyone ordered beer, but I ordered vodka and sprite because hard liquor is how I roll.... not! I'm just not a beer person by any means, so what options do I really have here? In the end, I was only able to drink half because I'm a weak sauce. Speaking of sauces! I usually order the boneless wings in hot sauce but decided to try a new sauce. I ordered the boneless wings lunch special for $7.95 with Asian Zing sauce. Now, I don't know if it's because I'm Asian, but the sauce was just okay to me. An American restaurant's interpretation of Asian flavor to me seems to rarely work out. I'm not saying that it was terrible, but I'd probably best stick to mah usual hot sauce. For this location, it's probably best to order ahead of time and pick it up or if you don't mind chilling here for a while.

I was just in a couple days ago with my husband, and the service and food was not that great. My husband asked for his sauce on the side and they brought it on the wings. And even then they were slightly dry. The Irish potato wedges were not very cheesy and kind of dry. The server was there, but not very attentive. She brought our drinks, shortly after the appetizers, shortly after our wings, and then a few minutes later the bill came. Are you kidding me? Can I enjoy my meal before you bring the bill please? I will stick to take out from this location. It's at least tolerable then... I will go elsewhere.

This location is just okay. I was here last night and I much prefer the one in Bloomingdale. I just happened to be in Lombard and wanted wings. I was in very good company that evening which made up for the food. Service was excellent, server, I wish I could remember her name but he was extremely polite and smiled constantly. Other positives are the daily specials. My only dislike was the actual food. My wings were dry, not enough sauce on the honey BBQ or medium wings. It was kind of disappointing because when it comes to food I am a flavor and texture person and the lack if moisture affected both. I will try it again because the server was great and I will tell them to make sure my food is to my liking.

The service at the host stand made for an awful experience. I asked to order a crispy chicken wrap with chipotle bbq dry seasoning to go and was told they only had a buffalo wrap and made it feel like I was making a huge inconvenience for her by having the sauce substituted. I've had the wrap before with the dry seasoning with no problems. It usually comes with fries, but the one I got had chips and salsa. When another guest came in and she was seating them I heard them ask her to surprise them by picking a table and her response was "I don't really care." I would travel farther to get good service at a bww.

Good customer service when you walk in but very bad when you call to place order for pick up. They keep transferring you and they don't ask to place u on hold. 15 min and talk to 3 different ppl for small order

After reading the reviews I didn't know what to expect, I had a really great experience. Our server Nicole was awesome!!!! Food was great!!! They showed the Ufc fight with no cover charge, what more can we ask for? I will definitely return to this location.

I don't write many bad reviews because typically I give places several chances- 99 percent of the time bad experiences are a fluke- not so at this place. I come here fairly regularly because of the location but every. single. time. the service is just so bad. I would say I get the correct drink about 50 percent of the time- they regularly bring me the wrong thing which wouldn't be so bad except every single time I am here I never see our waiter/waitress. You literally get one opportunity to order in the beginning and after that you are flagging them down for anything- even when the place is empty. This is with every server I've had I'm not exaggerating they never come by the table. Tonight I of course got the wrong drink- never saw or could flag down the waitress despite the place being nearly empty then after almost 45 minutes our food (boneless wings btw nothing fancy) still wasn't ready and I still had the wrong drink sitting in front of me- some girl with a miserable attitude who dropped one of our boneless wings (not our first waitress) gave us our food and as we asked for to go boxes because we had to leave tells us to "consult with our waitress- I'm not your waitress". Honestly the worst attitude I've seen from any server anywhere. Plus where is our waitress? this is a dead Tuesday night and you have some other chick with a terrible attitude bringing us our food after never talking to us? To add insult to the whole situation the boneless wings weren't even good which I sort of expected as they are hit and miss even on boneless wing night (how you manage to have stale boneless wings on a packed night when they are the main special I will never figure out- they are all identical just tossed in different sauces). This wasn't boneless wing night so completely stale (wtf took 45 minutes?). There is something wrong with this place- I don't know if its bad management, laziness, or something else but there is a culture of failure and misery at this dump.

I've been at this place a bunch of times with friends and colleagues. Went there again last night. The burgers aren't bad. The wings are of course their big thing, and they've got a great variety for those. The beer selection is good too. I don't really recommend the boneless wings, since they tend to be too heavily breaded, but the regulars are good. Last night we had the fried pickles for an appetizer, and I love those. We also tried their new potato wedges, and loved them. Also had the dessert tacos. Fantastic, but here's the warning: the dessert is way bigger than the picture, so save room. Service is good, not amazing, not bad. Very friendly.

Someone seriously needs to get a grip of this place. It's a bdubs so how could you hate it right? WRONG! If you go to any other bdubs compared to this one you'll find great inconsistencies. not only does the service suck here, but the food isn't up to the quality that any other restaurants in the chain. The wings are slowly, but surely lacking in quality as well. The servers are very rule and cannot separate gossiping with the other girls and actual work. Management needs to step up their game and get a grip on their business.

Late review, was here a year ago & dont plan on coming back... Employees seemed to be deaf & every time you ask a question they always say "WHAT???!" Instead of a more polite way of asking "I am sorry what was that?"... They seem to hate people who were coming in.

I'm a sucker for BWW so I gave it a fairly high rating. My experiences at this location vary. Sometimes it's great, sometimes not so much. The last time I came though, they sat us at a dirty table. The chairs had crumbs all over them. Next to the table on the floor were clumps of mud and grass. I assume it was from some kid playing football which is out of their control, but at least vacuum it up before seating someone at the table. I prefer getting my food to go. That being said, I'll continue to come here. I drank the BWW koolaid and now I am hooked.

3 orders of wings (snack size) and roasted garlic mushrooms = $30. way overpriced, mushrooms are the smallest mushrooms ive ever seen. Wings are just okay, but again they are very small. way over priced in my opinion for very mediocre/ borderline not good food.

I used to go to the location on Gary ave in Bloomingdale and it was okay and all but it wasn't 5 star for me in terms of service. So a couple days ago i stopped in at this location on my way home from work with a couple buddies. It was about an hour before close so i knew that the staff would already be pretty annoyed but when our server Reema came up to us she was cheerful and extremely helpful. She greeted us, joked around and had an overall good time interacting with us. So fast forward about 4 days and I'm back at this location because of the great first experience. Luckily, Reema was my server again! With the hawks game on i knew it would be pretty packed and the staff would be unable to assist us in a timely manner. But boy was i wrong.... I must have developed that assumption because of the previous location i used to go to. It honestly felt like we were the only ones there. Reema was checking up on us frequently and the food was out fast! After i finished eating she mentioned desserts and recommended the cinnamon squares which were the basically the definition of perfection. Much like our service. I can't stress enough how fantastic the service that Reema provided was. It was absolutely perfect. She was friendly, quick, and made this location my go to bdubs. Thanks for the awesome service Reema! I'll definitely be back for the next big game. (if i dont work that night!)

It was an unfortunate series of events. First we were told there were no booths, sat at a table.... Boom- open (clean) booth right in front of us. I point this out to the waitress, instantly she gone. So we just kinda sat there looking around like "Do we move? Do we stay?" She comes back a little later saying it's ok if we move they just usually 'do things in certain way' or something close to that. Probably to give servers even numbers of tables, I get that. But I'm the customer and I want a booth... so figure it out. Not that hard- people ask to switch tables all the time. She finally comes to get our drink order. My husband got a beer, I ask for the drink specials, she doesn't really know them. Keeps looking in her (order taking) book and talking really fast. All I can remember is root beer of some sort. So I ask for a smirnoff/mountain dew. She comes back with some dew mango colada. Which didn't taste bad, I just didn't order it and didn't want to get stuck paying $10 for a 'specialty' drink. So, she apologized and took the drink saying she "wasn't exactly sure what I ordered so had someone else put it in." Now, being a veteran server, she should have LEFT the wrong drink. All they are going to do it throw it out and since you messed up my order the least you can do is leave it to (somewhat) make up for your mistake. It's just a good serving move to insure you don't lose your tip. Well, it never got better. The tables were only half full and yet we were ignored. She repeatedly just kept walking past us when our empty drinks were sitting on the end of the table. We eventually flagged down a pink haired "Guest Experience Captain" He was great, super friendly and helped us a least get another drink and figure out the tablet games (although they were disgustingly dirty. They should have one of the 50 workers there wiping them down.) After she brought our next drinks we asked for the bill. She received no tip, which you have to be SERIOUSLY bad for me to do that. Because I understand being busy and getting in the weeds but she was terrible. Seemed new, and definitely not trained enough to be taking tables. As for the food- the wings are just too $$$ for what they offer. Always under sauced and way too much breading. And it really irritates me that you have to pay for celery and ranch. Really? And what happened to the carrots? Wings is in your freaking name! Should be included. No exceptions. My pork sandwich was ok. Nothing special. But my husbands nachos were very disappointing. He had to go on a scavenger hunt through the 4 inches of lettuce on top to even get to the 15 chips that were on there. Overall super disappointing for the one date night we got to go on in many months. We will not be returning. I suggest you spend your money on the other restaurants in the area. There are loads to choose from.

The food is pricy. The way you order your wings has changed. They dont go by numbers anymore. Snack. Small. Medium. Large. Large is 22 wings. Just ordered the "Ultimate Nachos" not what i expected. For the price i paid for i thought id get more nachos. They used to put alot more than they do now. I didnt revieve any sour cream. Only the salsa. Let me tell you.....i do love sourcream. Not sure why they dont serve it anymore. The food is good. Just wish i had more nachos and sourcream. 3 stars.

Service was terrible, all I wanted was a booth which may I say were open. They were closed apparently, according to our waitress, funny because 1 minutes later both booths were taken and our "open" side still had empty tables..when I asked the lady manager idie the reason for this..I was just curious more than anything if the waitress made it up or if it was a thing. She "explained" in a terrible manner with even worse attitude. Ridiculous. Never coming here again to deal with these people.

Nothing "Wild" about this place, except what I think is wildly high prices for chicken wings. I don't get the appeal, but then again, I'm not "wild" or from Buffalo. Chickens hate this place.

If you check my profile you will see that I tend to eat at one of these in different cities around the US. I'm a fan and this location even at a weird time (3pm) helped me find a late lunch after a meeting and served stuff up great and paid attention to us thought the meal even though it was an odd time.

Buffalo Wild Wings consistently has great food and usually an energetic environment to watch sports on their big screen televisions. My last experience at the Lombard location was very disappointing. Our server was rude and did not come back to our table for over 30 minutes after we ordered our food. I even had to go to the bar to get my own drink. She then gossiped about us with another server within ear shot while they took 20 minutes to wipe down a table. She then came to our table and started yelling about how she couldn't attend to us because she had issues with another table. The manager came over after noticing this unnecessary drama and said our server had 3 complaints earlier that day and that he will have to speak with her about her behavior. Not the most professional thing to say to customers. We ended up leaving without eating. Winfield location on Diehl Road has much better customer service so I will continue to go to Bdubs, just not the Lombard location. I don't like to let one bad experience taint my image of an entire company.

Pretty basic. The food seems to have gone down hill. For a long time, we did BWW every Thursday night. Cheap boneless wings - couldn't beat the deal. It had been a while since we'd gone in and this most recent time, it was kind of disappointing. The boneless wings used to be a lot bigger - now, they are about the size of mediocre chicken nuggets and there wasn't nearly enough sauce on many of them. It seems like the price was less before than it is now - smaller boneless wings for more money? Meh. Service was acceptable, after the initial wait to be seated while the girl who was supposed to be seating us was busy chatting with someone else. Our actual server was on the ball and brought us refills on a timely basis and got us the check pretty quickly, which is also a good thing. Not the greatest - sometimes a once in a while treat but hopefully the quality improves.

Called ahead to see if they got channels with the preseason games. I asked if they would be showing the miami dolphin game. The girl put me on hold and came back about 3 mins later saying yes we will have it on. I asked can you double check? She put me on hold and cane back and said Sir we are sure your game will be on. Long story short, I drove 40 mins and got to the restaurant 10 mins before the game tonight. Ordered my drink and appetizer and asked to get the game on. Of course they said that the game wasn't going to be on. Told them well I called and drove all this way. And got a sorry. Bottom line don't promise the customer one thing and UNDER DELIVER. You wasted an 1 he and half of my time and lost a customer whom during football season is with you every Sunday. And our table spends at least 100-150 a week. Don't waste my time lying to me just to get me in the door.

I'm seriously sitting here right now. I had just ordered food to go and I hear one of the cooks come out from the kitchen complaining about people ordering food. He then continued to bad mouth the people who order food past eleven. I mean I work in the restaurant business as well so I know last minute orders suck but come on. You shouldn't have your cooks and waiters blatantly talking about guests. It's just rude and makes the establishment look bad.

    (1)
  • T L.

In comparing it to other chicken wing establishments, it does a good job. Sometimes it seems as though the food takes a little long to come out. That's only sometimes though.... The staff are very friendly here but apparently there is a high turnover rate among them. So all of this is subject to change...

It's a B-dubs. It's pretty obvious what you're getting yourself into when you walk through the doors. Service is always anywhere from alright to pretty decent, but rarely ever horrendous or particularly outstanding. They have a small patio that can only be accessed from the main dining area. If you try and open the fence doors it will set off the alarm. I'm lazy, so I'm kinda sad I can't get to it directly from the lot. #firstworldproblems. My favorite sauce is Teriyaki since I can't handle much else past Asian Zing (which, by the way, takes exactly 7 seconds to engage). But I recently tried limited flavor Thai Curry and enjoyed it a lot.

  • Roseanne S.

I've been to some pretty crappy B-dubs but this location is great! You know what b-dubs is about, so I won't get into too much detail. The wings are great, though they could use a little more sauce. If you've never had the potato wedges here, I highly recommend them because they are delish! They aren't the run of the mill wedges. They are seasoned with sour cream and chives, so they've got some flavor to them. No need to dip them in anything. My bf and I were being fatties on this particular day, so we got a second order after our first meal, this time with cheese. The service was really great. We came on a Sunday afternoon, mainly to watch football. There were a bunch of good games on and since we were only able to watch one game at home (stupid market restrictions), we figured b-dubs would be a good place to go. Boy was it ever! It was a beautiful day so we sat out on the patio and what do ya know? They have TVs outside! So not only did we get to enjoy the weather, but we got to eat some food and watch multiple games. A few staff members even came out to ask which game we wanted the sound for which was awesome (the Bears weren't playing, in case you were wondering why that was even asked). Our waitress was also great. She checked on us regularly and didn't make fun of us for getting two orders of food, even though we were a little embarrased by how much we were eating. I was wearing a New Glarus beer (only found in Wisconsin) and she got really excited and told me where I could buy that beer here in Chicago. Sweet tip! I'll definitely be coming back to this location. It's close to home and has all the games!

The best Buffalo wings you'll ever taste are the ones you make at home, but when you're just not up to the task Buffalo Wild Wings cooks a solid wing. There are a lot of bad wings in the restaurant universe -- *cough* Pizza Hut *cough* -- but B-Dubs wings are respectable. We stick to tradition and order the Classic sauce though sometimes we vary the heat. We always carry out as we find the restaurant too loud, plus it's so close to home anyway. This location has easy parking for order pick up and usually we're in and out in no time. There have been a few annoying exceptions, but not enough to keep us away. I can't recommend the boneless wings. Just not the same flavor as meat on the bone. Take a pass.

The best ever sauce is Thai Curry followed very closely by Spicy Garlic ! Yum yum yum !

I love the TASTE of the food, but the service at this location is the absolute worst. We waited SO long for our food. My husband noticed they got our order wrong before leaving & told them...they opened the box, agreed, then went back to get the right food...came back & handed him the same wrong order & he came home trusting that they didn't. This is not the first time they've done this to us. I guess I don't get to have dinner since they sent bone-in jalepeno wings instead of boneless spicy garlic chicken tenders-a FAR cry from what We ordered. It tastes horrible. We live across town. The manager 'said' they'd send a gift card but we still don't get to eat tonight & frankly, have very little trust in their shitty service. I'm sure I'll have to call in a month or so asking, "where's my gift card?" & (surprise) they'll have no record of it. Basically they once again just took $ from us for something they did not provide. Pathetic.

WOW!!!!! I have never had such awful service in my life and honestly can say I will go to this particular BWW again! I live in Chicago, but I love BWW, my girlfriend and I went at about 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and the floor was rather empty with most the waitress doing side work. Our waitress Reema was awful!!!!! She brought me my iced tea and no sugar but never came back to our table till our food was done, so my friend went to the bar to get some. Then after she dropped off our food, she never came back to see how it was! When we were almost done, she stopped doing her side work from near us to bring us our bill not even in one of the freshly wiped down folders and left it walked away. Seriously as a former waitress, I was appalled, as a customer I was dumbfounded. I will keep loving BWW and the food was amazing, but service is everything, and as I told her, my cat could have done a better job.

I hate this location, the elmhurst one does a much better job. Staff is always dragging on checking up on you, refills seem to be a chore to the staff, and getting the order right seems to be an enormous task! I wish that the things that stood out about this place were positive and strong points, but they're not. My first bad experience, it was my boyfriends birthday and I asked our server if we could have a birthday "surprise" or if they had cake or anything special of him , and they told us that they don't do that. I was a bit surprised and disappointed, but I accepted the answer. We went again shortly after and guess what we saw, a birthday being served at a table across from us. That was very aggravating. Another time, we were a group of friends my friend had to nag the server for refills, her food also for some reason didn't come out with the rest of ours, there was some mistake, and by they time she got her entree the rest of us had almost finished eating. She also had a problem trying to get a to go box and asked several times. Another time I felt like our server was a ghost and sat the entire meal without a refill, or a check in to see how we were doing. Other times I have come in and we were seated and the cleaning staff must not be very observant bc I've found garbage, and dirty silverware on our " ready" to be seated tables Even ordering out I can't get it right, the person repeated my order to me and still I get the wrong items.. I only give 2 stars bc I like the wings. The service is crap here, barely worth a tip. Go to the elmhurst bdubs where they seem to have a manager that properly trains the staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received a birthday e-mail from BWW on June 11 which expires June 25 for a free snack size order of wings. I "used" it yesterday at the Lombard location, when my family and I joined my husband's softball team for some post-game celebrating. I showed it to the server from my phone before placing my order. I also ordered extra wings at full price. When the bill came the waitress said the manager was refusing to honor the corporate e-mail for the free wings because it wasn't printed. When I asked to speak to the manager, Jackie, the manager of the restaurant, came to the table and said they accept coupons but refused mine because if it wasn't printed, she didn't know if I'd used it before!! First of all, it says, "Must present a copy of this email to redeem offer." I did that. Secondly, I could've printed 100 e-mails and passed them out to strangers and Jackie would have no way of knowing - at least the original e-mail was on my phone and clearly directed to me, by name! Notwithstanding that, Jackie chose to HUMILIATE me in front of the team, my children and the other patrons of the restaurant that were watching, by suggesting I might be stealing from the company. Worse still, if they were going to refuse the e-mail, they should not have waited until AFTER we finished eating to tell me! Our team will NEVER visit the Lombard location again! BWW lost several solid customers. All over $5.99 from a legitimate coupon. Thanks for the "happy birthday" humiliation, BWW!

Get anything with the Jamaican jerk, it's my favorite. My only knock against this place is the fact that I don't like when the servers don't write down the order... it really doesn't impress me and is completely unnecessary. I got the chicken sandwich with the Jerk sauce and asked for ranch instead of blue cheese, instead I got the sandwich with both of the dressings on there... obviously they fixed it when I told them. The wings aren't as good as I remember or maybe they're the same and it's just the fact that I've now tried a lot more places. But they are usually overcooked and usually I have to ask for extra sauce since the first coating isn't really enough. But in the end, i'd go back since it is a fun place to watch games and enjoy a beer or three.

Am sitting here for 2 hours. We are a family of 2 kids and 2 adults. We did not order much, however, people that came before us got served faster than we did. My 1 year old was fussing because he was hungry. After 40 minutes the food finally came out, then we had to wait another 30 minutes after we finished eating because the waitress was hard of hearing or something we practically had to repeat everything we said. She mentioned she was new. Once we asked for our bill she asked if we were going to pay everything together?! I would like to think that maybe I'm being a little overly sensitive because we are a FAMILY of 4!!! I hope it has nothing to do with the fact we are a young Hispanic family. She really needs to use her words carefully (Brandy). We are still waiting for her to pick up our bill, the manager finally came and had to take it for us. This location stinks.

Our experience at this BWW was so bad, I probably won't return to any of their establishments. We took a group of ten, five adults and five kids, for a quick dinner after a basketball tournament. It was busy, but not slammed. We ordered drinks, they did their new sauces spiel and we finally ordered our food. We had one person that was a vegetarian. They have a limited menu for that, which is fine, but the person ordered a black bean burger only later to be told that they were out. Seriously? Then, after waiting 45 minutes for our food, I went to ask the manager, Amir, if he could look into it. He never came to the table, never indicated he did anything to help the situation. Another 15 minutes went by and they finally deliver 1/2 of the order. They had to go back and make two meals that they forgot. Once all of the food arrived, 1/2 of it was cold. At that point, we just wanted to leave. We ate, paid the bill, and will never return. They are many other places to choose from when going out, I would recommend staying away from this one.

The service and food at this location seem to be quite superior to other local BWWs. I don't know if its because its slightly smaller or if its because the crowd is different. This is the only BWW where I actually like sitting in the "dining" area instead of the bar because the atmosphere is just as energetic and "sports bar" like. The bar part itself is a lot smaller than most BWW but it still affords the same great atmosphere.

I have been here twice. Once to eat in, another time to take out. The eat in experience was marred by the service. I love chicken wings, especially the mango habanero flavor that they have over here and combining it with some nice draft beer. We were disappointed with the delay in service (also compounded by a waitress forgetting to put in our order) - it took them more than 40 minutes to give us 12 chicken wings.. Unacceptable for a BWW. That said, food is good and we enjoyed it. Next time, we came in and placed a take out order, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Prompt and responsive and the good taste of the mango habanero! :) It is a favorite chain of mine and I will keep going, more for the takeout than dine in.

Just went here for my little cousin's 13th birthday on Wednesday. It was her pick and she's big in to wings right now. It was a great night out! She loved it, isn't that all that matters?? I got a black bean burger with french fries, delicious! I haven't met a black bean burger I didn't like. We also had their chips and salsa as an appetizer. Definitely good, but they give you way too much salsa for way too few chips. Then again, it's only $3.99 so I shouldn't be expecting the world handed to me when we purchase it. Staff was very nice, very attentive. When I came in, I talked with the manager accidentally (just had flagged down the nearest person) and said it was my little cousin's 13th birthday and asked if they did anything. They brought her out a piece of chocolate cake with ice cream when we were done with dinner- delicious! A final note- they have trivia! Who doesn't love trivia? That should be a selling point right there.

I come here for two things: Wings and Blazing sauce. I've never even done the hot wing challenge and I'm truly not interested. The numbness that the sauce provokes in my mouth excites me! I know SICK! Lol. Their mango habanero sauce is also the ish. On Tuesdays they have 30 cent traditional wings and on Thursdays they have 40 cent boneless wings. I also get their buffalo chips to dip in my side of blazing. Recently I discovered their onion rings and fried pickles!!! Wowza! =] The staff here are as cool as polar bears. Very attentive! Not that I'm a huge sports fanatic but watching games here with some wings and beer makes them funner to watch!! OH and they also updated their outdoor patio this summer. They made it bigger, added an awning and some flat screen TVs.

Love BWW - the finger food is great - I always get traditional wings with carribean jerk and buffalo chips. The service here is better than normal but I think you can chalk that up to a bad economy- quite honestly I think a lot of the staff especially the waiters/waitresses are college grads. They are smart, take orders w/o a pad and paper and get it right every time. This place is A+

My wife and I have watched every Hawks game here for the last two years , and I have to say this is THE place in the Lombard to watch the Hawks . The staff is top shelf and they have giveaways between periods , which make this a total experience . It means so much to us that the staff know us by name and go out of their way to make sure that we have a awesome time .

Hipsters stay away! This is as mainstream as it gets.. but so what.. I like the Spicy Garlic sauce with everything! The wedges with queso dip on the side.. even a gardenburger with your choice of BWW sauce on it makes for a different experience every time! BlueMoon on tap.. different Games on 40 some TVs and projector screens.. this is the place to watch the games.. Yes..Sundays during football season its crowded inside and loud.. making it even better for a sports bar atmosphere.. The turnover in waitstaff makes the service inconsistent, but this is not the place to be picky about that kind of stuff.. Its easy to run up a large tab here.. drink specials are hard to come by unless you stick to light domestic drafts.. Meet me here for a Bears game!

This location is newer and a bit bigger than the Elmhurst location. Tried going to the Elmhurst location one night but it was packed so we ended up here. It was around 9 pm on a Friday and we were seated right away. The wings were decent (boneless in a variety of flavors) but the service wasn't the greatest. Our server was nice enough but it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get a drink refill. I would think when customers are eating hot and spicy wings, that drink refills would be #1 priority.

Service was slow, server was very pleasant. Wanted bone-in wings, she brought no-bone wings. Couldn't remember if she asked which one I wanted, nor could I remember if I had specified. Never tried them before, so i thought oh well, i'll try them. My mistake. Not so good. Felt they were far more interested in getting restaurant ready to close, I went in about 9 pm, instead if worrying how customers were doing. Honestly, wont be stopping in here again.

The food isn't the highest quality but it definitely curbs the craving when you want some chicken wings. This particular location is the biggest B Dubs that I have been in. The parking sucks because the lot is so small though. It's also a fun place to come to watch any sporting event on TV since they have a billion TV's throughout the restaurant. They have a lot of beers on tap as well. They have added some new sauces to the menu from the last time I was here. Our waiter was really nice, although he looked about 12 years old. A couple of people in our party did the Flamin Hot Wing Challenge. It was a lot of fun to watch grown men cry from the spicy sauce. I'm sure we'll definitely be back for some Bears games this season!

This place is pretty great. The food is a little salty, but what do you expect from a wing place? I remember one person in particular, her name was Sabrina and she did an excellent job taking my order over the phone. Once I got there she made sure to review the order with me to ensure that they got everything right! My co-workers and I generally make a very large order once or twice a week. I always make sure to bring a list with me so I can double check and be 100% sure everything is right because on a couple occasions they messed up one persons order... happened to be the same persons order every time lol... i found it pretty amusing, he didn't... This particular person should've brought a list with him to check the order, not b-dubs fault, they do a great job!

  • Clemente G.

B-dubs is B-dubs you can't beat the wing deals and the variety of sauces! Another thing that must not go unmentioned and my reasoning for which I'm writing this review is the service! Sabrina will always stand out in particular for outstanding service and everytime I go in I make sure to request her assistance! She is very prompt and super friendly! Ask for Sabrina's help and you will NOT be disappointed!

Being B-Dubs is a wing and sports place you can always expect two things, sports and descent food at an above average price. That's a given so the price of the food is comparable to me to about any other place. What separated my experience this time from previous visits was the service and food. I mean come on, you know your tip is contingent to making sure our drinks are filled and the food is correct and at least comes to the table in a somewhat acceptable time. There were literally 15 people in the whole restaurant and still when our food came my buddy, his first time at B-Dubs, had order traditional medium wings and boneless came out. The food server said sorry, keep the boneless, and I'll bring out the traditional wings. That's cool, he has something to eat while I eat. I get my food and immediately place hand over the wings. Yup, I feel no heat. They were luke warm at best. The waitress stops over a few seconds later and sees the boneless wings and says I'll take care of it and grabs the boneless wings and leaves. That's right, leaves my friend with no food. We tried to stop her but she was hell bent on grabbing the food and leaving with it. Now I understand that while working on your feet you can get hungry but, the waitress should not be eating and texting while serving. Just saying. I think my buddy's statement summed up our visit perfect, " Did she not like us for someone reason or was she trying to not get a tip?" I started with 2 stars but after writing this I think its a one.......... Wrong order + barely warm wings + long delivery + poor service = last time I am going.

BWW is ok...been here way more times than I can count, but mostly back in MI. The wings are tasty and it's fun to come here in big groups...I pretty much always get boneless with asian zing sauce and cheesy potato wedges. The food is overpriced, but if you go on one of their wing discount days, it might be worth it. The service wasn't that great, but I've only been to this location once. We came during the late afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all, so I was expecting better service. Maybe the guy was new? Who knows.

You can't really go wrong with wings, they are pretty easy to make. So this review is more about my service I received while I was here on two different visits. My first visit the fire alarm went off and I had a 4 month old baby with me which disturbed him a lot. I had to walk out of the restaurant for a good 10 minutes until the alarm finally went off. The waitress didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or explain anything. My second visit to this location was even worse. The waitress was so rude never said hi, how are you nothing! So not only is that rude to come up to the table without saying anything but it's also just plain awkward. It was so hard to get anything from her because she literally asked for our order dropped it off and left. Didn't ask if we needed anything. I don't think i've ever had such a rude server in my life. But thats what you get when you hire all these teenagers straight from high school who don't care about the customers at all.

Great spot.. if you need a break from typical Hooter wings then come here. the place was average but the service was excellent. The food was very good and wow be careful if you eat the mango habanero - its super hot! just getting the hot wings were good enough :) I definitely will go back.

My girl & I love comin in on Tues for 40 cent wings. Caribbean Jerk, Spicy Garlic, Mild, Medium & honey Bbq are my faves! & omg those potato wedges are soooo good, especially with sour cream. The chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream is a little taste of heaven. I enjoy playing games in the booth while waiting. It's $1 for a few credits, or u can watch the other screens for trivia. I'm addicted to the fruit game at the table though. We usually play each game together so we get more for our buck :D Service is always good, over the last year I've been at least 10 times. I usually get the same server, tall bald dude. He's cool. I like this BWW!

One time, I ate outside at this place, so I can definitely say that they have outside seating. I've also eaten inside at this place, so think about it. Either indoor or outdoor, it's available. That's nice in the winter. It seems like they have a real chicken emphasis here. Not too sure what that's all about, since there are pictures of bison everywhere. But they have a lot of different things with sauce on them, and a lot of different sauces. Things x Sauce = Saucy Things Think about it. The drinks here (soda pop) are big. It would probably take you at least 10 minutes to drink two of them. Then you'd have to wash that down with another one. Think about it. Highly recommended for the sauce, drinks, and both inside and outside seating.

We just ate dinner here tonight with our friends. We both had babies with us. The food was great but the restaurant is smaller than other BWW we've been too. And because of this they really didn't have a family dining area and it was really loud. So, it was hard to have a conversation without yelling.

Good Food but not worth the wait. My friends and I walked in on Wed night around 6pm. There was an hour wait and we might have stayed but we looked around and there were like 7 tables that were empty just not cleaned off??? All the employee's were running around mad like they all started work that very day. We decide to just grab food to go and there were a few groups of people who had the same idea and they said they were waiting for 30-45 for their food.???? Wow

A great place to watch the game and get some bar food. They have a great nacho burger, and fried pickles my favorite. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to my Sunday football games. The waitresses do at times mess up your food orders which is the only reason I am giving this place 4 out of 5 stars.

We walked in to a wall of stoic employees. Only when I walked past them to look for my party, did they say "Uhm, can we like, help you??" I mumbled that I was looking for someone, and they sloooooooooooooly moved out of the way. When we got to our seats, we chatted with our group for a bit, and picked out our food choices. Server took a little longer than he should have, but it was very busy, and we gave him some slack. When he arrived at our table, he sat down in a chair and proceeded to tell us about how his manager gives him a hard time about being Arab. The pointless story went on for way too long, as he gave us a play by play of the namecalling and pranks they pull on eachother. He finally gets around to taking our order. We only had to repeat ourselves three times. The incorrect drinks arrive, followed by half of the table's order, with no mention of how long the other food will take. We had to flag him down to get status on the missing items. More incorrect refills arrive. The food was as good as BWW can be, but the wierd service and mistakes will keep me from going to this location.

I really want to give this place -100 if yelp allowed it. This place particular BWW is horrible. We got one order of wings with no sauce and one order of wings which was ice-cold. The manager replaced the order and new wings warm but sauce was pathetic.. Got celery sticks after asking for 3 times.. Cant believe this place is still open.

Nobody does wings like Buffalo wild wings, truly as good as it gets. I have yet to find a chicken wings place that is even half as good. What's their secret? Their other offerings are great as well, and they have an amazing selection of beer on tap.

    (5)
  • Jessica M.

This is a great spot if you're craving wings - love the fact that they have boneless wings. The beer is cold and flowing and they usually have some sort of beer special. Our server was friendly and attentive. The hot wing challenge was fun. On Thursdays you can get 30-cent wings so that's a good deal. However, we wondered if we were getting wing rejects because they seemed small. One more thing, some of us were freezing! Thank goodness for the beer jackets.

  • Booda B.

This location is definitely improving. I gave it another shot last week for Boneless Thursday, and the place was encouragingly packed. Our server this time around, Evita, was awesomely friendly and the food was hot, so that fixes two big problems from my first visit. Evie was annoyed that our wings came out about two minutes after our appetizer and decided that we should be compensated with free ranch dressing - fine by me. I'll give them some more time to work out their issues and hopefully be able to upgrade them on my next visit. Maybe by then they will have adjusted the projection TVs so that the baseball scores are actually on the screen, not blurred on the wall above and below the screen. This isn't important, but I wonder about what their staff training sessions must be like. On my first visit, the server asked, "Would you like any alcoholic beverages?" On our second visit, our server asked, "Would you like a refreshing Coca-Cola product?" Alcoholic beverages and Coca-Cola products? What?

This place just does not do it for me, food is so-so, nothing stands out, I'd rather go somewhere else to eat. The service has been weak with a bit of bad attitude. I've been here to meet up with friends 3 times and tried the food 2 times. The guys like the wings here, I'd rather go to Hooters for wings. In any case, the only nice thing I can say is, on game day it is a fun crowd and I end up having a good time. Now if only the wait staff could cheer up and step up!

'eh, typical fare for a buffalo wild wings. Came here to meet an out of town friend (he's a freak for this place!). On a Friday night, at 10:00 the place was empty! That being said, service was SLOWER than molasses! Yikes! I'm sure I'll be back, only because my friend is a freak.

This place just does not do it for me. I will eat tehre only if I really want to watch a game, but I'd rather go somewhere else. The service is less than desirable. I actaully had a waitress stand 2 feet from me and complain to another employee that her hours were cut and she thought it was a bunch of crap. I'm there to relax, not here someone complain. Do that somewhere else! Besides, you can find better wings elsewhere.

So being from San Francisco we never get all these cool looking restaurant franchises such as Ruby Tuesdays, CiCi's, etc. For some reason you just want to try these places once. So while I was in Lombard for a seminar I had to swing by Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean, the place looks so awesome on TV with the getaway chairs and trap doors. Well let me tell you, they didn't have those cool contraptions! Instead they had this weird ordering system. You can either order at the front register or you can order at the table. Why is there a choice? And if you order individually, your party's food comes out at different times. When it does come out, your food is on styrofoam plates. If you're lucky, they'll forget one of your orders so everyone gets to stare at each other's weird, flimsy black styrofoam plates while the last person waits there in a half pissed and half embarrassed state. Yeah, we got lucky. Seems a bit cheesy, the whole thing. It seemed like a cross between T.G.I.Fridays, Taco Bell, and a Hooters (only the Buffalo Wing part). Oh well, at least I get to check that one off the list. Next stop is Ruby Tuesdays for their Triple Prime Burger! Where the hell is there a Ruby Tuesdays?

I enjoy watching the game at BWW, but this location is still so new that it is working out it's kinks. on 7-4-08 I went to grab a beer and wings with my b-friend and it was so dead in there that the waitress actually stood at our table while we watched the game and stuffed our faces. It was really awkward and I almost wanted to ask her if she just wanted to pull up a seat.

    (3)
  • Jennifer D.

The food is terrible here and at every BWW. Salsa is from a SYSCO plastic jug, the lettuce is iceberg, etc. Eveything is fried pretty much. Kids meals have no options for a side but fries. The food sucks, the wings are small and oh, fried. The video games are $1 each!!

Definitely a fan great wings - awesome place and we guys go there often .. I would give it a 5 star rating if it weren't for 1 or 2 staff (90% of your guys are fantastic) Some of the staff (especially in the bar section have no clue about customer service or being polite). I recently went there and was surprised by the kind of faces "she" (it isn't a he) was making and her rude demeanor (like she was doing us a favor) - and she is new - all your existing crew is fantastic ... Just saying !

TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This location has really gone down hill. The food has always been so-so, but what I really disliked the last two times I've gone in here is the place is an absolute MESS! The floors are filthy with visible garbage lying everywhere, and the empty tables are stacked with dirty cups and garbage! I was shocked. The staff just organizes the trash into a pile and then leaves it there. And I don't mean for 2-5 minutes then come back, there were many tables just piled with trash for the whole time we were eating. Disgusting.

Positives: - good sports viewing experience - food was pretty good Negatives: - shocking service. One waitress actually quit on the spot that night. Took 20 minutes to get ranch dressing for chicken wings. Waitress clearly hated our table. Had it out for us. - kitchen was backed up nearly an hour

Went in and ordered a medium boneless hot bbq to go. Got the box and it was kinda smashed already, by the yime i got home sauce was leaking out into the bag. Went to eat one and it tasted kinda funny. Inspected closer and they were regular hot wings.. Okay thinking they just gave me the wrong order. Looked at the sticker on the front and what do i see? They fucking placed a hot bbq sticker over a regular bbq ones? Really? Thats really low.
